"Customer satisfaction index models have been developed in many countries, including Indonesia. Those models were commonly not focused on the socioeconomic status (SES) of the customer, so this condition could be a research gap. The aims of this research is to analyze the customer satisfaction index model of branded cooking oil product in Bogor, Indonesia based on SES established from the household monthly routine consumption. Questionnaires were used as primary data collection instrument in this study, while data analysis was carried out with variance based structural equation modeling (SEM) which is also known as Partial Least Square (PLS) model, and Kruskall Wallis nonparametric test. Perceived quality, perceived value and customer expectation as were significantly influencing the customer satisfaction construct in the structural model. This study also concluded found that there is different level of overall customer satisfaction on the three levels of customer?s SES.

Model indeks kepuasan pelanggan telah banyak dikembangkan di berbagai negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Berbagai model tersebut pada umumnya tidak memberi fokus berarti pada status sosial ekonomi (SES) pelanggan, sehingga kondisi ini menyebabkan adanya kesenjangan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model indeks kepuasan pelanggan minyak goreng bermerek di Bogor, Indonesia berdasarkan pada SES yang dibentuk dari tingkat konsumsi rutin rumah tangga per bulan. Pengumpulan data primer pada studi kasus ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis varians atau yang lebih dikenal dengan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dan analisis uji statistik nonparametrik Kruskall Wallis. Kepuasan pelanggan mampu dibentuk secara positif dan signifikan dengan menggunakan konstruk persepsi kualitas, persepsi nilai dan harapan pelanggan, dalam model struktural. Studi ini juga menemukan adanya perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan pada tiga tingkat SES dari pelanggan."

"Kualitas pelayanan merupakan hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan adalah kepribadian frontliner yang bertemu secara langsung untuk melayanai pelanggan. Kepribadian ini bisa dipengaruhi oleh usia dari frontliner atau yang saat ini marak disebut generasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai kualitas pelayanan dari frontliner generasi X dan Y dan menentukan atribut kualitas yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Atribut kualitas yang terpilih dari masing-masing generasi akan digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk membuat standar kualitas layanan yang sama. Kuisioner akan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan penilaian kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh frontliner generasi X dan Y. Data diperoleh dari PT PLN (Persero) sebagai studi kasus karena memiliki karakteristik sebagai perusahaan jasa serta menggunakan frontliner dalam melayani pelanggan. Model dikembangkan dengan menggunakan integrasi Servqual dan model Kano yang ditambahkan dengan faktor generasi frontliner X dan Y untuk mendapatkan nilai kualitas pelayanan dan atribut yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Service quality is a very influential thing to customer satisfaction. One of the factors that influence service quality is the front liner`s personality who meets directly to serve the customer. This personality can be influenced by the age of the front liner or what is currently rampant is called a generation. This study aims to get the value of service quality from frontliner of generation X and Y and determine quality attributes that can improve customer satisfaction. Selected quality attributes of each generation will be used by companies to create the same service quality standards. Questionnaires will be carried out to obtain customer satisfaction ratings on service quality provided by generation X and Y front liner. Data is obtained from electricity service provider as a case study because it has characteristics as a service company and uses front liners in serving customers. The model was developed using Servqual integration and Kano models which were added with the front liner X and Y generation factors to obtain service quality values and attributes that could be used to increase customer satisfaction."

"Tantangan untuk memperoleh kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan semakin besar di persaingan yang semakin kompetitif saat ini. Terutama pada sektor perbankan yang menawarkan produk yang relatif sama seperti sektor perbankan. Studi sebelumnya telah membuktikan bahwa inovasi layanan merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dihindari untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan sangat penting untuk mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam industri perbankan. Di sisi lain, model konseptual yang matang mengenai faktor yang mepengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan sudah lebih dulu ditemukan dengan mempertimbangkan service quality sebagai antecedent. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi model konseptual baru dari kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di industri perbankan Indonesia dengan inovasi layanan dan konsep kualitas layanan sebagai anteseden, dengan juga dimensi kualitas layanan yang digunakan. Untuk memvalidasi model konseptual yang diusulkan, survei online dilakukan dan data dari 274 pelanggan bank ritel sampel di Indonesia digunakan. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil SEM menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas layanan, kepuasan, dan loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan service quality berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pelanggan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kemudian, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini memperkaya studi yang ada yang berfokus pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam perbankan terutama dalam konteks negara berkembang.

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are more challenging to obtain in today increasingly competitive market including banking sector which offered relatively similar product. Earlier study has proven that service innovation is an inevitable necessity for firm's survival and is critical to influence the customer satisfaction and loyalty in banking industry. On the other hand, a well-developed conceptual model of satisfaction and loyalty in service industry has been established, considering service quality as the antecedent. This study is aimed to develop and validate a new conceptual model of customer satisfaction and loyalty in Indonesia banking industry with service innovation and service quality concept as the antecedent, with also employed service quality dimensions. In order to validate the proposed conceptual model, online survey was conducted and data from 274 sampled customers of retail bank in Indonesia was used. The data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM results show that service innovation has positive effect to service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty while service quality has positive impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has positive impact on customer loyalty. However, the effect of service quality to customer loyalty was not supported. This study enriches existing study which focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty in banking especially in emerging country context. Moreover, this study provides additional knowledge with incorporating service innovation and service quality as antecedent of customer satisfaction and loyalty in banking industry."

When the insurance company sold the product, they accompanied by broker insurance. Broker insurance served as an intermediary between insurance and customer. Researcher tried to find out the correlation between satisfaction with loyalty of health insurance’s customer PT. MAA Life Assurance when the customer used insurance broker Services. The research used quantitative approach in order to have understanding and strong interpretation about a social phenomenon through research. The research was among descriptive research to described research object based on the fact notice from the sample research or as it is. Primary data gathering were acquired by spreading the questionnaires to discover consumer from respondents’ experience when they bought health insurance product from PT. MAA Life Assurance and used broker insurance Services. Secondary data were acquired by literature study to optimized theoretical framework in decided the purpose and goal of the research also the concept and other theoretical material in conjunction with research problem. The data analyses used multiple linier regression. Analysis result in the research concluded about there was a correlation between satisfaction with customer loyalty of PT. MAA Life Assurance’s Customer. Quality of product, price, and Services also gave contribution in loyalty customer."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh service quality ( technical and
functional quality ), relationship satisfaction ( trust dan commitment ) terhadap
satisfaction ( kepuasaan ) dan loyalty ( loyalitas ) pada retailer provider kartu 3
(Tri), Kepercayaan yang baik di mata konsumen dibutuhkan para provider untuk
membangkitkan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap provider. Menurut Tjiptono (
2005), kualitas pelayanan adalah tingkat keunggulan yang diharapkan dan
pengendalian atas tingkat keunggulan tersebut untuk memenuhi keinginan
pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif yang dibangun berdasarkan
penelitian sebelumnya dari Ruben Chumpitaz Service quality, relationship
satisfaction, trust, commitment and business –to- business loyalty (2006). Dari
hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya pengaruh antara service quality ( technical
and functional quality ), relationship satisfaction ( trust dan commitment )
terhadap satisfaction ( kepuasaan ) dan loyalty ( loyalitas ). Diharapkan dengan
penelitian ini provider Tri dapat terus meningkatkan customer satisfaction agar
dapat meningkatkan loyalty dari pelanggan.

ABSTRACT
This thesis highlights the importance of the effect of service quality (Technical
and Functional Quality), Relationship Quality (Trust and Commitment) of
Satisfaction and Loyalty of Tri’s Retailer. Every company needs to build believe
in order to get customer satisfaction. PT. Hutchison CP Telecommunications (Tri)
has given the best to its customers. According to Tjiptono ( 2005), service quality
is the level of excellence expected and control over the level of excellence to meet
the customer. The research was conducted qualitatively based on previous studies
of Ruben Chumpitaz Service quality, relationship satisfaction, trust, commitment
and business-to-business loyalty (2006). From the results, there is influence of
service quality (technical and functional quality), relationship satisfaction (trust
and commitment) to the satisfaction and loyalty. Hopefully with this finding that
Tri could improve customer satisfaction which makes the level of customer more
loyal to Tri."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mempelajari tentang konsep kekuatan dari tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas sikap dan loyalitas perilaku, dalam konteks Restoran Marche. Dalam penelitian ini, tingkat kepuasan yang diasumsikan sebagai suatu sikap memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas melalui moderasi tiga atribut kekuatan sikap yang sering digunakan dalam psikologi, yaitu keyakinan, kepentingan dan ambivalensi. Studi ini merupakan perluasan dari penelitian sebelumnya mengenai konsep kekuatan dari tingkat kepuasan konsumen dengan menggunakan konteks restoran dan menggunakan dua jenis loyalitas, yaitu loyalitas sikap dan loyalitas perilaku. Setiap konsumen memiliki tingkat kekuatan yang berbeda-beda dalam menyampaikan tingkat kepuasannya. Konsumen yang menyatakan bahwa dirinya puas terhadap suatu obyek (seperti kualitas pelayanan restoran), belum tentu akan memiliki sifat loyalitas. Tingkat kepuasan yang kekuatannya lemah dapat berakibat pada disloyalitas dari konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks Restoran Marche, ketiga atribut kekuatan sikap tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hubungan kepuasan dengan loyalitas sikap maupun perilaku dari konsumen Restoran Marche. Namun, arah hubungan dari moderasi atribut kekuatan sikap tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen dapat diperkuat atau diperlemah oleh atribut kekuatan sikap.

ABSTRACT
The study in this thesis revolves around the satisfaction strength concept and its relationship with attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty in the Marche Restaurants context. This study extends the satisfaction strength literature by expanding the context into the restaurant industry, namely Marche Restaurant, and using two types of loyalty, namely attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Here, the level of customer satisfaction is assumed to be an attitude that has impacts on loyalty via three strength-related attributes, namely certainty, importance and ambivalence. Every customer has a different strength in their statement of satisfaction. A customer who states that he/she is satisfied toward a product or service (such as service quality), is not necessarily have loyalty toward the product or service. A weakly held satisfaction will lead to customer disloyalty or defection. The result of the study showed that in the Marche Restaurant, all the three strength-related context did not moderate the relationship between the customer and their attitudinal and behavoral loyalty. However, the direction of the relationship still indicate that the level of satisfaction can be strengthen or weakened by those three strength-related attribute."

Perkembangan industri ritel pada tahun-tahun belakangan ini terlihat
sangat pesat. Bisnis ritel di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan pesat
dikarenakan faktor meningkatnya jumlah dan pendapatan penduduk Indonesia
yang menyebabkan taraf hidup masyarakat Indonesia meningkat. Sehingga tidak
mengherankan pertumbuhan gerai-gerai minimarket di berbagai daerah di
Indonesia dapat meningkat dengan pesat. Indikatornya adalah dengan semakin
banyaknya toko ritel yang ada di Indonesia. Dalam karya tulis ini akan dibahas
mengenai dimensi-dimensi Store Image mana yang berpengaruh terhadap
Customer Satisfaction. Store Image merupakan kepribadian toko yang melekat
dibenak konsumen dalam sebuah ritel. Dimensi Store Image menurut penelitian
Theodoridis adalah: Product, Price, Atmosphere, Personnel, Merchandising, In-
Store Convenience. Salah satu industri Ritel yang musti menjaga Store Image
adalah Alfamart. Dimana untuk mampu bertahan Alfamart harus mengetahui
faktor-faktor store image yang mempengaruhi customer satisfaction. Dari hasil
penelitian ini membuktikan secara empiris bahwa Store Image dapat
mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara
siginificant terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan bersifat searah terhadap Customer
Satisfaction adalah variabel Product, Price, Personnel dan In-Store Convenience.

ABSTRACT
The development of the retail industry in recent years looks very rapidly.
Retail business in Indonesia experienced rapid development due to the increasing
number of factor income and residents of Indonesia that led to the welfare of
society Indonesia increased. So it's not surprising growth outlets-outlets a
minimart in various areas in Indonesia could rise rapidly. The charge indicators
will is by growing number of retail stores that existed in Indonesia. In this paper
will be discussed regarding the dimensions Store Image where the effect on
Customer Satisfaction. Store Image is the personality of the store that is attached
to a retail consumer dibenak. Dimensions of Store Image according to research
Theodoridis is Product, Price, Atmosphere, Personnel, Merchandising, In-Store
Convenience. One of the retail industry that must maintain the Store Image is
Alfamart. Where to be able to survive Alfamart should know the factors that affect
the image store is customer satisfaction. From the results of this research prove
empirically that Store Image can affect Customer Satisfaction. Influential factors
in Customer Satisfaction against the siginificant and direct nature towards
Customer Satisfaction is a variable Product, Price, Personnel and In-Store
Convenience."
