"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier pada peserta didik kelas 9. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 532 peserta didik kelas 9 di Jakarta dan Depok. Keberfungsian keluarga diukur menggunakan alat ukur FACES II Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II dan FCS Family Communication Scale. Sedangkan, adaptabilitas karier diukur menggunakan CAAS Career Adapt-Abilities Scale International Form.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier r = 0,404, p < 0,01. Artinya, semakin tinggi peserta didik kelas 9 mempersepsikan keberfungsian keluarganya, semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karier peserta didik tersebut. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan perbedaan keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier pada beberapa aspek demografis, yaitu jenis kelamin dan keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan non-akademis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, keberfungsian keluarga perlu dipertimbangkan dalam konseling karier agar peserta didik kelas 9 memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between family functioning and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants were 532 9th grade students in Jakarta and Depok. Family functioning was measured by FACES II Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II and FCS Family Communication Scale. Meanwhile, career adaptability was measured by CAAS Career Adapt Abilities Scale International Form.
The result showed a significant positive relationship between family functioning and career adaptability r 0,404, p 0,01. It means that the higher students perceive their family functioning, the higher their career adaptability. In addition, the result also showed the influence of gender and participation in non academic activities on family functioning and career adaptability. Based on these results, family functioning should be considered on career counseling so that students would have good career adaptability.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah career adaptability memiliki peran yang lebih kuat dalam kepuasan hidup karyawan dibandingkan dengan kepribadian grit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan regresi berganda. Ketiga variabel tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Satisfaction With Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup secara keseluruhan, Short Grit Scale untuk mengukur grit, dan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 untuk mengukur kemampuan beradaptasi karir. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 karyawan dengan rentang usia 25-40 tahun dan telah bekerja di perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (r = 0,381, p <0,05) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan hidup karyawan, sedangkan grit tidak (r = 0,009, p> 0,05). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (β = 0,433, p <0,05) memiliki peran yang lebih kuat daripada kepribadian grit (β = -0,157, p> 0,05) dalam memprediksi kepuasan hidup karyawan.

This study aims to determine whether career adaptability has a stronger role in employee life satisfaction than grit personality. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method and multiple regression. These three variables were measured using the Satisfaction With Life Scale measuring tool to measure overall life satisfaction, the Short Grit Scale to measure grit, and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 to measure career adaptability. Participants in this study totaled 113 employees with an age range of 25-40 years and had worked at the company where they worked for at least one year. The analysis showed that career adaptation (r = 0.381, p <0.05) had a positive and significant relationship with employee life satisfaction, while grit did not (r = 0.009, p> 0.05). The analysis also showed that career adaptation (β = 0.433, p <0.05) had a stronger role than grit personality (β = -0.157, p> 0.05) in predicting employee life satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 611 siswa yang berasal dari dua SMPN di Depok yang termasuk pada tahap perkembangan remaja. Untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karier digunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli 2012. Keterlibatan belajar diukur menggunakan alat ukur School Engagement Measurement SEM -MacArthur yang dikembangkan oleh Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, dan Paris 2005. Untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier, peneliti menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan belajar dengan adaptabilitas karier. Dimensi keterlibatan belajar yang memiliki hubungan paling kuat dengan adaptabilitas karier adalah keterlibatan kognitif.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants in this study were 611 students from two junior high schools in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, who are classified as adolescents in development stage theories Papalia Feldmand, 2012. To measure career adaptability, the Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS developed by Savickas dan Porfeli 2012 was used. The School Engagement Measurement SEM MacArthur developed by Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, and Paris 2005 was implemented to measure learning engagement. To identify the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability The Pearson Correlation statistical method was used. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability. Cognitive engagement was the dimension of learning engagement with the strongest relation to career adaptability."

"Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat hubungan antara academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Adaptabilitas karier adalah kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas yang terprediksi untuk mempersiapkan dan turut berperan dalam pekerjaan, serta mampu mengatasi situasi tidak terduga yang mungkin muncul karena adanya perubahan dalam pekerjaan dan kondisi kerja. Pada siswa kelas 9, tantangan karier sebagian besar datang dari kehidupan akademiknya di sekolah, terlebih ketika akan menghadapi masa transisi karier dari siswa SMP menjadi siswa SMA. Kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap karier dapat membantu siswa mencapai kesuksesan karier di masa depan. Di samping itu, upaya siswa untuk menjadi adaptif terhadap perubahan dalam kariernya tersebut perlu diiringi dengan adanya kemampuan diri untuk terus berhasil mengatasi segala tantangan yang dihadapi. Terlebih dalam konteks akademik, istilah yang menggambarkan kesiapan siswa untuk berhasil mengatasi tantangan yang muncul di kehidupan akademiknya adalah academic buoyancy.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Academic Buoyancy Martin Marsh, 2008 yang dikembangkan oleh Nurafifah 2011 berdasarkan lima faktor academic buoyancy dan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Savickas Porfeli, 2012 yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti untuk mengukur academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 597 siswa kelas 9 dari dua SMP Negeri di Depok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa kelas 9 r = 0,535 dan p = 0,000 pada LoS 0,01. Hasil mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi academic buoyancy siswa maka semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas kariernya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting bagi siswa kelas 9 untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier dalam berespon secara adaptif menghadapi masa transisi karier dan melewati segala tantangan karier di sepanjang kehidupannya.

The aim of this research is to find the relationship between academic buoyancy and career adaptability in 9th grader students. Career adaptability defined as readiness to cope with the predictable tasks of preparing for and participating in the work role and with the unpredictable adjustments prompted by the changes in work and work conditions. For 9th grader students, in near future of their career, they will face a transition from junior to senior high school students, and all the changes it brings. On the other side, the efforts student make to become adaptable in every change will best be put together with the ability to keep success in dealing with every challenge. Particularly in 9th grader students, challenges mostly come in academic setting. At this point, a term that reflects students rsquo ability to do such thing is academic buoyancy, refers to readiness to successfully deal with academic setbacks, named difficulties, obstacles, and challenges that occurs in academic context.
In this research, Academic Buoyancy Scale from Martin and Marsh 2008 that has been developed by Nurafifah 2011 and Career Adapt Abilities Scale Savickas Porfeli, 2012 were used to measure academic buoyancy and career adaptability among students. Participants are 597 students of grade 9 from two junior high schools in Depok.
Result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic buoyancy and career adaptability r 0,535 p 0,000 LoS 0,01 . The results indicates that the higher the academic buoyancy of the students, the higher their career adaptability will be. Based on the results of this study, it is important for students in grade 9 to have career adaptability in responding adaptively to face a career transition period and all career challenges throughout their lives.

Penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh adaptabilitas karier. Subjek dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para dosen yang mengajar di Jabodetabek. Menggunakan metode convenience sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 227 dosen. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), menggunakan program Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan langsung variabel independen (dukungan organisasi) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan kerja) dengan dimediasi adaptabilitas karier."

"Berbagai perubahan terjadi akibat dampak dari pandemi COVID-19 yang menuntut mahasiswa agar dapat lebih adaptif dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk bisa melakukan transisi karier yang baik dengan mengikuti program magang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan melibatkan sebanyak 189 mahasiswa usia 18-25 (M = 21,49, SD = 0,835) yang berasal dari perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang mengikuti program magang. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012) dan Vocational Identity Scale Assessment (VISA) oleh Porfeli et al. (2011). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa identitas vokasional memiliki peran secara signifikan pada adaptabilitas karier (F(6,189)= 20,402, p = 0,000, R2= 0,402). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik, perlu bagi mahasiswa untuk memiliki identitas vokasional yang baik pula. Meski demikian, jika dilihat dari setiap dimensi identitas vokasional, hanya terdapat tiga sub-dimensi yang berperan pada adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa yaitu exploration in-depth, career commitment making, dan commitment flexibility. Limitasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Various changes have occurred as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which demands that students be more adaptive in preparing themselves for a successful career transition by participating in internship programs. This research is a quantitative study that uses multiple regression analysis involving 189 final-year students aged 18-25 (M = 21.49, SD = 0.835) from universities in Indonesia who participated in an internship program. The data collection process was carried out using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) from Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and Vocational Identity Scale Assessment (VISA) from Porfeli et al. (2011). The results of the study revealed that vocational identity had a significant role in career adaptability among undergraduate students who have or have been participating in internship programs (F(6,189) = 20.402, p = 0.000 , R2 = 0.402). These results show that in order to have good career adaptability, it is necessary for students to have a good vocational identity as well. However, if we look at each vocational identity dimension, there are only three sub dimensions that play a role in student career adaptability, namely in-depth exploration, making career commitments, and commitment flexibility. Limitations and suggestions for further research are described in this study."

"Dari banyaknya faktor yang memepengaruhi adaptabilitas karier, kepribadian proaktif memiliki peran yang cukup penting. Hal ini dikarenakan ciri kepribadian individu yang berkaitan khusus dengan karier adalah perilaku proaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Asumsi yang ditegakkan adalah ketika individu memiliki kepribadian proaktif yang tinggi, maka adaptabilitas kariernya baik. Kepribadian proaktif adalah perilaku yang mempunyai sifat secara langsung mempengaruhi lingkungan. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 206 mahasiswa tingkat akhir, berusia 18-25 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimantal dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini ialah incidental sampling menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring dengan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karier dan Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tedapat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap adaptabilitas karier (r2 = .078, p = .000). Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk pengembangan ilmu psikologi pendidikan dan memberikan masukan kepada konselor karier maupun pembimbing akademik untuk mempertimbangkan aspek kepribadian proaktif dalam perkembangan karier mahasiswa.

Of the many factors that influence career adaptability, proactive personality has an important role. This is because individual personality traits that are specifically related to career are proactive behavior.This study aims to examine the effect of proactive personality on final-year student career adaptability. The assumption made is when an individual have high proactive personality, then their career adaptability is good. The proactive personality is behavior that directly affects the environment. The study participants were 206 final year students, aged 18-25 years. This research is non-experimental quantitative research with a correlational research design. The data collection technique in this study was incidental sampling distributed online using Career Adapt-Abilities Scale to measure career adaptability and Proactive Personality Scale to measure proactive personality. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of proactive personality on career adaptability (r2 = .078, p = .000). The results of this study are useful for educational psychology’s development and provide input for career counselors and academic counselors to consider proactive personality aspects in college students career development"

Responden penelitian ini merupakan 608 orang siswa SMK yang berdomisili di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna hidup memiliki efek mediasi parsial pada pengaruh psychological hardiness terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Sementara itu, psychological hardiness memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap adaptabilitas karier.

This study is a quantitative research about the role of meaning of life on the effect of psychological hardiness towards career adaptability. Career adaptability was measured with Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS) developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2013), psychological hardiness was measured with Dispositional Resilience Scale 15-Revised developed by Bartone (2007), and meaning of life was measured with Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) developed by Steger dkk (2006). Participants of this research are 608 vocational students who are currently living in Indonesia. Results showed that meaning of life partially mediated the effect of psychological hardiness towards career adaptability. However, psychological hardiness has a strong direct effect towards career adaptability."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya pengambilan keputusan karier dengan adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja. Keputusan karier yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini pun berfokus pada keputusan individu saat memilih pekerjaan. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat di antara lima gaya pengambilan keputusan, yakni rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant, dan spontaneous yang mendukung keterampilan adaptabilitas karier. Pengukuran gaya pengambilan keputusan karier menggunakan alat ukur General Decision Making Scale (GDMS). Selain itu pengukuran adaptabilitas karier menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Sebanyak 170 lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang sedang bekerja berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisa memperlihatkan semua gaya pengambilan keputusan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier. Lalu, hanya gaya pengambilan keputusan rational yang berkorelasi positif dan mendukung adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui parental career-related behaviors seperti, tingkah laku mendukung, ikut campur, dan kurang terlibat sebagai prediktor yang dikategorikan dari ibu dan ayah terhadap adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Pengukuran parental career-related behaviors menggunakan parental career-related behaviors inventory Dietrich Kracke, 2009 , sementara adaptabilitas karier menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS versi internasional Savickas Porfeli, 2012 yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 365 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Indonesia. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa tingkah laku ibu yang mendukung, ikut campur, dan kurang terlibat dalam karier anak tidak memprediksi secara signifikan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir, F 3, 361 = 1,868, p>0,05. Sementara itu, ketiga tingkah laku ayah juga tidak memprediksi secara signifikan adaptabilitas karier, F 3, 361 = 1,556, p>0,05.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to examine parental career related behaviors i.e. support, interference, and lack of engagement categorized from mother or father as predictors of career adaptability i.e. career concern, control, curiosity, and confidence in Indonesian undergraduate students. Parental career related behaviors are measured by parental career related behaviors inventory Dietrich Kracke, 2009 and career adaptability is measured by International version of Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012 that have been adapted to Indonesian. Offline and online questionnaire was distributed to 365 undergraduate students. Based on multiple regression analysis, the result showed that maternal career related behaviors not significantly predicted career adaptability on final year undergraduate student, F 3, 361 1,868, p 0,05. In addition, paternal career related behaviors also not significantly predicted career adaptability, F 3, 361 1,556, p 0,05."
