ABSTRACTThis research aimed to examine parental career related behaviors i.e. support, interference, and lack of engagement categorized from mother or father as predictors of career adaptability i.e. career concern, control, curiosity, and confidence in Indonesian undergraduate students. Parental career related behaviors are measured by parental career related behaviors inventory Dietrich Kracke, 2009 and career adaptability is measured by International version of Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012 that have been adapted to Indonesian. Offline and online questionnaire was distributed to 365 undergraduate students. Based on multiple regression analysis, the result showed that maternal career related behaviors not significantly predicted career adaptability on final year undergraduate student, F 3, 361 1,868, p 0,05. In addition, paternal career related behaviors also not significantly predicted career adaptability, F 3, 361 1,556, p 0,05.
