"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penyebab utama masalah kinerja di Billing Department XYZ dan menyusun sebuah rancangan intervensi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Wawancara dan diskusi dilakukan untuk melengkapi data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi sebagai aspek yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja di Billing Department XYZ. Nilai motivating potensial score (MPS), skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy dan feedback dari pekerjaan Biller (Billing Staff) sangat rendah. Autonomy yang nilainya paling rendah diprioritaskan untuk diintervensi. Prinsip implementasi yang digunakan adalah establishing client relationship dan vertically loading.

The purpose of this study is to determine the main cause of job performance problem in Billing Department XYZ and to develop an intervention program. This study used a quantitative method by using Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS) in data collection. Results show that the main cause of job performance problem is Biller's work motivation. All scores for Motivating potential score (MPS), skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback from Biller's work are very low. Since autonomy's score is the lowest, job enrichment intervention program is designed based on this characteristic. Establishing client relationship and vertically loading the job is used as the main principles in implementing the intervention."

Keberadaan Snickers sudah bisa ditemui di berbagai pusat perbelanjaan namun masih saja beberapa kelompok masyarakat yang mengganggap Snickers hanya sebagai snacks cokelat yang tidak ada bedanya dengan merk lain. Perencanaan strategi komunikasi pemasaran ini akan berpusat pada peningkatan awareness dan product knowledge akan Snickers, sebagai energy bar yang sangat baik dikonsumsi disaat aktivitas yang menguras energi dan butuh asupan praktis untuk memenuhi kondisi perut yang lapar. Tujuan pemasaran Snickers adalah memegang kendali market share dan peningkatan jumlah penjualan, dari sisi komunikasi adalah khalayak sasaran mulai memberi perhatian keberadaan Snickers. Biaya kampanye Snickers adalah Rp. 17.675.810.000,- yang dimulai pada bulan Februari-April 2015. Untuk menjaga strategi ini berjalan dengan baik, maka akan dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi yang bertujuan kampanye yang dilakukan sudah efektif, efisien dan tepat sasaran. Kegunaan evaluasi juga sangat penting untuk langkah kampanye yang akan dilakukan mendatang.

The focus of this study is to elaborate on Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy for Snickers campaign "Bikin Nagih". Snickers is a product of Mars, Inc. Mars, Inc. is known by a variety of excellent confectionery products.Snickers existence can already be found in various shopping stores/malls but still only a few groups of people who assume Snickers chocolate are just as no different from other brands. The planning of marketing communications strategy will focus on increasing awareness and product knowledge of Snickers. The energy bar is suitable in activity that takes over-energy and need practical intake to satisfy a hungry stomach. Snickers marketing goal is to control of the market share and increase the number of sales, in terms of communication is, the target audience begin to pay attention to the existence of Snickers. Snickers campaign cost is Rp .17.675.810.000, - which will be began in February-April 2015. In order to maintain this strategy goes well, usability of monitoring and evaluation is also very important, to measure the campaign will be held in the next period.

"Poverty is one of social topic which will be talked and disputed continously at national and international forum. The fact shows that development which has done can not reduce indigent population in the world. To reduce poverty, we have to know who ingoing in indigent category and where they stay behind. MARS is a classification method which are innovative and relative flexible to investigate relationship pattern among dependent and independent variables without any assumption to its functional form.This research investigates the model accuration of MARS for village or sub-district's status, indigent (code 1) or not indigent (code 0), obtained by PSE'05.There are 27 predictor variables obtained by PODES SE'06. This research shows that the accuration of classification in indigent sub-district for urban region is 100 percents, affected by 17 community factors, i.e., distance to nearby post office, ratio of families live in flood gristle, healthy card receiver family percentage, ratio of health facility per 1000 citizen, total industrial enterprise, distance to nearby market, distance of village to the capital regency, agricultural family percentage, pra-KS and sejahtera 1 family percentage, distance of village to other capital regency, ratio of non PLN electricity user, total market, ratio of families, live in dirty residence, family having indigent card percentage, unskilled laborer in agriculture percentage, total telephone-shop, and distance of village to the capital district."

"Lagu mars merupakan salah satu media komunikasi dengan lirik yang membawa pesan kepada khalayaknya. Tulisan ini akan membahas bagaimana sebuah lagu mars sebagai strategi internal relations mencerminkan identitas organisasi dari Universitas Indonesia. Secara spesifik tulisan ini akan menggunakan metode dari Dr. Balmer dengan menginterpretasi lirik dari communicated Identity di dalam lagu dan melihat keselarasannya dengan actual dentity dari Universitas Indonesia. Tulisan ini mengungkap bahwa sebuah lirik lagu mars juga memiliki peran penting dalam membangun identitas suatu organisasi dan praktisi public relations harus mulai memerhatikannya.
Corporate Anthem is considered one of a communication media containing lyricsto bring a message to its audience. This paper attempts to see how a corporate anthem`s as an internal relations strategy represents the organizational identity of University of Indonesia. Specifically, this paper will use the method of Dr. Balmer`s by interpreting the lyric from communicated identity given in the song and see how consistent it is with the actual identity of University of Indonesia. This paper reveals that a corporate anthem`s lyric also plays a notable part in building an identity of an organization and public relations practioners need to take concerns."

"kabupaten tertinggal merupakan kabupaten yang masyarakat serta wilayhnya relatif kurang berkembang dibandingkan daerah lain dalam skala nasional berdasarkan kategori perekonomian masyarakat, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), infrastruktur, kemampuan keuangan daerah, aksebilitas, dan karakteristik daerah. pengklasifikasian kabupaten tertinggal tidaklah mudah karena melibatkan variable dan observasi dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak. selain itu diantara variable yang digunakan memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan yang lain. MARS adalah salah satu metode pengklasifikasian yang mampu menangani data berdimensi tinggi dengan pola data yang tidak diketahui sebelumnya. dari model MARS yang dibangun, terdapat lima variable utama yang berpengaruh terhadap ketertinggalan kabupaten diantaranya adalah pengeluaran konsumsi per kapita, angka harapan hidup, persentase rumah tangga pengguna listrik, rata-rata jarak dari kantor desa/kelurahan ke kantor kabupaten yang membawahi, serta jumlah desa yang memiliki pasar tanpa bangunan permanen. akurasi dari model MARS yang terbentuk sangan tinggi, yakni mencapai 97,83 persen dan dapat dipergunakan untuk melakukan prediksi ketertinggalan kabupaten."

"Budaya organisasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Hal ini karena dalam budaya organisasi terdapat nilai-nilai yang mengatur bagaimana individu berperilaku dan bertindak sebagaimana mestinya selama menjadi bagian dari suatu organisasi. Budaya organisasi yang berisi nilai-nilai perusahaan, merupakan suatu hal yang dijunjung tinggi oleh perusahaan, akan terus disosialisasikan untuk memastikan nilai-nilai tersebut terjaga dan tertanam pada setiap anggota organisasi. Makalah ini merupakan bentuk refleksi pengalaman magang saya selama 5 bulan (Februari 2024-Juni 2024) sebagai karyawan magang divisi People Management di PT. United Tractors. Penulisan ini akan berfokus mengenai bagaimana strategi perusahaan dalam mensosialisasikan nilai-nilai perusahaannya, terutama melalui lagu mars perusahaan. Lagu mars yang berisi nilai-nilai, tujuan, dan cita-cita perusahaan, wajib dinyanyikan oleh seluruh anggota organisasi pada setiap acara. Lagu mars dapat menciptakan perasaan sense of belonging anggota kepada perusahaan, yang dibuktikan dengan timbulnya tanggung jawab bersama anggota akan kesuksesan perusahaan. Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa strategi sosialisasi nilai-nilai perusahaan melalui lagu mars tidak berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya beberapa anggota organisasi yang tidak mencerminkan perasaan sense of belonging, dibuktikan dengan beberapa anggota yang masih melakukan pelanggaran seperti tidak memiliki rasa tanggung jawab bersama terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan.

Organizational culture has a very important role in the success of a company.This is because in organizational culture there are values that regulate how individuals behave and act appropriately while being part of an organization. Organizational culture which contains company values, which is something that is upheld by the company, will continue to be socialized to ensure that these values are maintained and ingrained in every member of the organization. This paper is a reflection of my internship experience for 5 months (February 2024-June 2024) as an intern in the People Management division at PT. United Tractors. This writing will focus on how the company's strategies are carried out to socialize its values, especially through the company's march. The company march, which contains the company's values, goals, and aspirations, must be sung by all members of the organization at every event. The march can create a sense of belonging among members to the company, which is proven by the emergence of a shared responsibility for the company's success. The final result shows that the strategy of socializing the company's values through marching song did not work well. This is because there are several members of the organization who don't reflect a sense of belonging, as evidenced by some members who still violate responsibilities such as not having a shared sense of responsibility for the company's success."

"Telah dilakukan penelitian terhadap siswa secatam TNI-AD yang sedang melaksanakan ketahanan mars di Rindam Jaya. Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui apakah ketahanan mars menyebabkan mars hemoglobinuria dan apakah ada korelasi antara berat badan dan kecepatan berjalan dengan kadar hemoglobin yang terbentuk dalam urin. Rancangan peoelitian: Potong lintang. Jumlah subyek peoelitian: 80 orang. Cara penelitian: melakukan penimbangan berat badan sebelum melaksanakan ketahanan mars dan pengambilan urin sebanyak paling sedikit 1/3 penampung sebelum, saat dan setelah melaksanakan ketahanan mars. Basil penelitian: prevalensi mars hemoglobinuria 100%. Berat badan berkorelasi positip dengan kadar hemoglobin urin yang terbentuk (r = 0.278 dan p = 0.012), sedangkan korelasi antara kecepatan berjalan dengan kadar hemoglobin yang terbentuk tidak dapat diukur. Kesimpulan: Ketahanan mars menyebabkan mars hemoglobinuria dan berat badan mempunyai korelasi positip dengan kadar hemoglobin urin yang terbentuk.

A study involving new army recruits who participated in ketahanan mars at Rindam Jaya had been performed. Objective: the aim of this study was to determine whether ketahanan mars caused march hemoglobinuria and whether body weight and walking velocity had correlation with march hemoglobinuria. Study design: cross sectional study. Participants: 80 new army recruits. Methods: Body weight was measured before the activity and at least 1/3 of the bottle of urine volume was taken before, during and after the activity. Result: all of the participants had march hemoglobinuria after the activity (100%). There was a positive correlation between body weight and march hemoglobinuria (r = 0.278, P = 0.012) but correlation between walking velocity and march hemoglobinuria could not be determined. Conclusion: ketahanan mars caused march hemoglobinuria and body weight had positive correlation with march hemoglobinuria.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penyebab utama masalah kinerja pegawai di Organisasi PTNI dan menyusun sebuah rancangan intervensi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap unsur pimpinan organisasi untuk memperoleh data awal tentang kemungkinan penyebab rendahnya kinerja, serta kuesioner untuk memperoleh data tentang kinerja, motivasi, kemampuan, persepsi peran dan faktor-faktor situasional terhadap pegawai PTNI.
Hasil uji korelasi dan uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi peran merupakan faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Organisasi PTNI diikuti oleh faktor kemampuan. Aspek-aspek dari persepsi peran yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja adalah aspek pertumbuhan pribadi dan hubungan saling bantu. Rancangan program intervensi team building diterapkan untuk menangani aspek-aspek dari persepsi peran yaitu pertumbuhan pribadi, hubungan saling bantu serta faktor kemampuan pegawai di Organisasi PTNI.

The purpose of this study was to determine the main cause of employees performance problems in organizations PTNI and devise an intervention plan to address them. This study uses a quantitative approach. Interviews conducted on the leadership organizations to obtain preliminary data on the possible causes of poor performance, and questionnaires to obtain data on the performance, motivation, ability, role perceptions and situational factors on employees of PTNI.
The results of correlation test and regression test showed that the role perception is the dominant factor affecting the employees performance in the PTNI organization followed by ability factor. These aspects of the role perception of the dominant influence on performance namely personal growth and mutual aid. The team building intervention program design implemented to address those aspects of role perception namely personal growth, mutual aid and the ability of employees in the PTNI organization.
