"Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan salah satu masalah keperawatan jiwa yang dapat dialami oleh pasien skizofrenia. Perilaku kekerasan menjadi respon maladaptif ketika pasien skizofrenia tidak mampu mengontrol diri sendiri yang ditunjukan dengan perilaku merusak, mencederai, dan ancaman hal ini juga dapat membahayakan diri sendiri dan lingkungan pasien. Tujuan laporan kasus ini yaitu untuk menganalisis mengenai penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan jiwa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengontrol periaku kekerasan pada pasien skizofrenia. Analisis dilakukan pada pengelolaan pasien di Ruang Sadewa Rumah Sakit dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa intervensi keperawatan generalis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pasien skizofrenia dalam mengontrol perilaku kekerasan. Hal ini ditandai dengan peningkatan komponen penilaian kemampuan setelah diberikannya tindakan keperawatan.

The risk of violent behavior is one of the mental nursing problems that can be experienced by schizophrenic patients. Violent behavior becomes a maladaptive response when schizophrenic patients are unable to control themselves which is indicated by destructive, injuring, and threatening behavior that can also endanger themselves and the patient's environment. The purpose of this case report is to analyze the application of mental nursing care standards in improving the ability to control violent behavior in schizophrenic patients. The analysis was carried out on the management of patients in the Sadewa Room, dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. The results of the analysis show that generalist nursing interventions can improve the ability of schizophrenic patients to control violent behavior. This is marked by an increase in the ability assessment component after the nursing action is given"

"Era globalisasi, yang ditandai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berdampak pads persaingan pasar kerja, termasuk di sekter keperawatan, sehingga mendorong profesi keperawatan di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme (pendidikan minimal D-III Keperawatan) dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanannya berorientasi pada manajemen mutu layman kesehatan yang tinggi. Tenaga keperawatan (PNS Depkes, 2002) terbesar lulusan SPKl sederajat 73.6 persen. Keterbatasan tenaga pelaksana di pelayanan menjadi masalah utama bagi pengelola untuk mengijinkannya perawat mengikuti pendidikan D-III dengan meninggalkan dinas. Untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan di atas, dibuat Program Khusus D-III Keperawatan, pagi had mereka tetap dinas di RSIPuskesmas, dan sore harinya mengikuti kuliah. Program ini telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 1997, untuk itu perlu dilakukan pemantauan mutu pendidikan guna menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas.
Tujuan umum penelitian untuk mengetahui mute pendidikan Program Khusus D Ill Keperawatan ditinjau dari persepsi lulusan tentang kinerjanya, mutu input dan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) di Institusi Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik, menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian lulusan tahun 2000 sampai 2005 di lima provinsi yaitu Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Timur, Lampung, Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Sarnpel penelitian ini lulusan Pendidikan D-III Keperawatan Program Khusus di Poltekes Makasar, Samarinda, Tanjong Karang, Semarang dan Surabaya. Jumlah sampel lulusan 166 orang, atasan 54 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner diisi langsung oleh responden. Analisis menggurtakan univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Hasil penelitian: kinerja lulusan menurut persepsi lulusan maupun atasan lebih dari separuh responden menyatakan baik. Namun yang perlu perbaikan guna peningkatan mutu outcome pendidikan adalah: pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan lanjut, keperawatan kesehatan masyarakat, pendidikan kesehatan dan kemampuan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah penelitian keperawatan. Persepsi Input pendidikan: lebih dan separuh lulusan menyatakan ketenagaan dan sarana prasarana pendidikan baik, sebagian besar menyatakan kurikulum pendidikan dan administrasi pendidikan baik, namun yang dibiayai penuh oleh instansi hanya 21.1 persen. Sarana prasarana hubungannya paling signifikan dengan kinerja (nilai OR = 2.63) menjadi prioritas utama, yaitu kelengkapan buku referensi terbaru di peerpustakaan. Persepsi PBM pendidikan: lebih dari separuh lulusan menyatakan kesiapan institusi, kesiapan dosen, kesiapan pembimbing klinik baik. Interaksi dosen-mahasiswa dan metode pembelajaran sebagian besar menyatakan baik. Kesiapan dosen menjadi faktor yang paling signifikan hubungannya dengan kinerja lulusan (nilai OR = 3.56), maka variabel ini menjadi prioritas utama yang perlu perbaikan, terutama dalam ketepatan jam mengajar dosen.
Berdasarkan hasil di atas, maka saran bagi Pusdiknakes agar Program Khusus D-Ili Keperawatan tetap dilanjutkan, dan mempertimbangkan penambahan kurikulum tentang after care service dalam pelayanan keperawatan, guna persiapan praktik mandiri perawat profesional, serta melakukan uji kompetensi dosen secara berkala. Dalam upaya continuous quality improvement Pendidikan D-III Keperawatan maka Pusdiknakes, Poltekes dan Dinas Kesehatan/RS agar melaksanakan supervisi langsung secara berkala guna memonitor input dan PBM Pendidikan-III Keperawatan. Bagi Program Studi Keperawatan agar melengkapi sarana prasarana (buku-buku terbaru, alat di laboratorium klinik, penyediaan dosen dan pembimbing klinik yang kompeten), Serta memonitor pelaksanaan PBM oleh dosen terutama ketepatan mengajar, pengajaran di laboratorium klinik, dan kedatangan pembimbing akademiklklinik ke lahan praktik.

Globalisation Era, indicated by the development of science and technology caused work market competition in the world, also at nursing sector. This condition urged the nurses to be a professional ones by continued their study minimum at Diploma III Degree. In 2002 there were about 73.6 percent of the Nurses who works as a government employer in Indonesia, their education background from SPK (similar with Senior High School). They couldn,t continued their study caused by the implementer nurse in hospital or community public health is limited. So the manager prohibited them continued their study at Diploma III in Nursing Reguler Program. In compliance with the matter, the nurses could continued their study in the afternoon at The Diploma III of Nursing Education Special Program, but they still working in the morning. This Program has been working from 1997 until now; so it needed quality monitoring in order to produce qualified improvement graduation .
General objective of this research is to find out information about quality of the Diploma III Nursing Education Special Program from the graduates perception about their competency and its relation with quality of input and process at the education in the institution when they studied there. This is a quantitative survey research using cross sectional design. Population of this research is graduation of the Diploma III Nursing Education Special Program in the year 2000 - 2005, from five Capital Province (Makasar, Samarinda, Tanjungkarang, Semarang and Surabaya). The amount of sample is 166 graduates and 54 graduate managers. Data collected is primary data using questionnaire that is filled in directly by the respondence themselves. Analysis conducted is univariate, bivariate, and multivariate.
The result of this research shows that competency performanced of the graduates more than fifty percent of the responders is good (67.5 percent according to the graduates and 53.7 percent according to the manger). In order to promote continuous quality improvement in the institution, the area of graduates competency which need improvement are: community health nursing care, advanced nursing care, health education and nursing research identification. The result of Institution Input according to the graduates: more than fifty percent graduates said the man power and equipment is good (60.8 and 59.0 percent), the majority curriculum and administration is good (81.9 and 90.0 percent), but only 21.1 percent institution which pay for their education fee fully. Equipment is the most significant related to graduates performanced (OR = 2.63), is the first priority to be improve, specially supply of the new literature reference books in the library and nursing equipment in clinical laboratory. The result of education process: more than fifty percent graduates said institution, lecturer and clinical instructor preparation is good (65.7, 72.9 and 66.9 percent), and the majority lecturer inter-action and teaching methodology is good (84.3 and 86.7 percent). Lecturer preparation is the most significant related to graduates performanced (OR = 3.56) is the first priority to be improve, specially on time in class exactness.
Based on the research result, it is advised for Pusdiknakes to conilnue Diploma III Nursing Education Special Program, and considered to add curriculum of after care service in nursing, in order to prepare independence clinical nursing practice. Also implemented lecturer competency test periodically. In related with continuous quality improvement of the education, it is advised for Pusdiknakes, Poltekes, Province/Territory Health DepartmentlHospital Board of Director monitored the input and education process in the institution. For Board of institution director fulfilled qualified equipment, competence lecturer and clinical instructor. Monitoring lecturer and clinical instructor individually during educational process, especially on time when they teach in class."

"Rumah sakit sebagai institusi penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan dan dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan, Rumah Sakit wajib untuk melakukan akreditasi secara berkala, minimal tiga tahun sekali. Perkembangan terkini untuk standar akreditasi rumah sakit di Indonesia disempurnakan dengan mengacu pada versi 2012 yang berfokus pada pasien. Rumah Sakit 'X' merupakan rumah sakit kelas C yang sebelumnya telah terakreditasi lima pelayanan dasar pada penilaian akreditasi versi 2007 yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2012. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenganalisis kesenjangan antara standar pelayanan yang ada dan diaplikasikan di Rumah Sakit 'X' dengan elemen penilaian yang tercakup dalam tiga Bab Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Nasional versi 2012. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa standar pelayanan menurut Hak Pasien dan Keluarga serta Pendidikan Pasien dan Kelurga masih belum sesuai, kebijakan dan dokumen yang belum ada secara resmi. Standar pelayanan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) pun masih belum sesuai, karena belum berkesinambungannya fungsi komite serta belum terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi. Pengorganisasian tim Akreditasi telah berjalan cukup optimal, walaupun kuantitas anggota tim yang terbatas. Disarankan agar pemenuhan dokumen dan kebijakan dikoordinasikan secepatnya, dan disosialisasikan segera setelah kebijakan dan dokumen tersebut disetujui, agar dapat diadaptasi dan diaplikasikan. Pendampingan dan evaluasi secara berkala oleh manajemen tetap diperlukan untuk dapat mencapai target kelulusan akreditasi yang diharapkan rumah sakit.
Hospitals as a health care provider in the individuals plenary are required to provide a good quality services in accordance with established standards. In an effort to improve the service quality, hospital accreditation required to perform on a regular basis, at least every 3 (three) years. Recent developments for hospital accreditation standards in Indonesia improved by referring to the 2012 version that focuses on the patient. 'X' Hospital is a grade C Hospital who have previously accredited to the 2007 version of the accreditation assessment which conducted in 2012. The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap between the existing standards that applied in 'X' Hospital with the elements covered in 3 (three) chapters of Hospital Accreditation Standard (2012 version). The research used qualitative approach, was carried out through in-depth interviews and review of secondary documents. This research found that the standard of service according to Patient and Family Rights as well as in Patient and Family Education, are still not appropriate, due to the policies and documents that did not exist officially. The standard of Prevention and Control of Infection (PCI) is still not appropriate, because there is discontinuity function of the committee and unmet infrastructure that supports the Prevention and Control of Infection program. The organizing team of Accreditation has been running quite optimal, although the team members in a limited quantity. The fulfillment of the document and policy have to be coordinated and disseminated as soon as the policy and the document is approved, so can be well adapted and applied by the staff. Mentoring and periodic evaluation by hospital management are still needed in order to achieve the expected target of hospital accreditation."

"Kompetensi klinis profesi ners adalah elemen esensial yang dapat menjamin efektifitas, efisisensi dan kepuasan pelayanan yang diberikan perawat. Diperlukan standar kompetensi valid dan reliable untuk dapat menjamin bahwa profesi ners dapat memenuhi aspek keamanan dan keselamatan klien. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menyusun dan mengembangkan model standar kompetensi klinis ners Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pararell, mixed method yang terdiri atas tiga tahap penelitian. Tahap 1 analisa tugas, survey pada 410 perawat pada 57 kabupaten di 19 provinsi, didapatkan 175 tugas hasil survey yang terkonfirmasi oleh ahli. Tahap 2 pengembangan standar, terbentuk standar kompetensi klinis dengan hieraki 1 nilai perawat, 2 organisasi praktik, 5 ranah, 29 subranah, 39 unit kompetensi, dan 267 elemen kompetensi. Tahap 3 validasi standar, survey pada kelompok praktisi dan akademisi di 28 propinsi pada 214 responden, mayoritas (90,2%) menilai baik dan sangat baik dan tidak ada perbedaan nilai yang bermakna (p=0,390) antar kelompok. Simpulan, struktur taxonomy keilmuan ini diharapkan akan semakin mengokohkan keperawatan sebagai profesi dan academic discipline. Komponen standar kompetensi klinis yang dihasilkan dalam studi ini dapat menjadi prototipkomponen standar kompetensi nasional. Perlu studi lebih lanjut untuk penyempurnaan dan finalisasi proses pengembangan standar kompetensi klinis perawat, khususnya profesi ners di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, kerjasama negara-negara ASEAN mungkin penting dilakukan untuk mengembangkan core competency ASEAN yang telah disepakati dengan tetap menghormati keunikan dan kebutuhan tiap negara anggota.

Clinical competence of professional nurse is an essential element that can ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of the services provided by nurses. A valid and reliable standard of competence is needed to ensure that nurses can meet the safety and security aspects of the community. The research aims to develop a standard model of nurse clinical competence. The approach used is the mix method (pararel type) consists of three stages of research. Stage 1 task analysis, survey on 410 nurses in 57 districts in 19 provinces, obtained 175 survey assignments confirmed by experts. Stage 2 of standard development, clinical competency standards are formed with a hierarchy of 1 nurse value, 2 practice organizations, 5 domains, 29 sub-domains, 39 competency units, and 267 competency elements. Stage 3 standard validation, a survey on groups of practitioners and academics in 28 provinces on 214 respondents, the majority (90.2%) rated it as good and very good and there was no significant difference in scores (p = 0.390) between groups. In conclusion, the taxonmy of the standar may strengthen the nurse as profession and academic discipline. The standards can be used as components of national competency standards of Indonesian nurse. Further research is needed for developing complete standard. Moreover, collaborative research with ASEAN countries will play important role to develop a standard model based on ASEAN's 5 core competencies that still respect the needs and uniqueness of each country."
