"Perhitungan NPV, IRR dan juga Payback Period merupakan perhitungan yang penting dilakukan dalam menentukan keputusan penerimaan atau penolakan dari suatu usulan proyek. Selain perhitungan tersebut, manajemen risiko juga merupakan hal penting yang dilakukan manajemen dalam menentukan keputusan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana perhitungan NPV, IRR dan Payback Period serta bagaimana manajemen risiko yang dilakukan pada suatu usulan proyek. Data yang didapat untuk melakukan penulisan merupakan data yang terdapat pada dokumen kelayakan studi dari salah satu proyek. Setelah menjabarkan perhitungan dan menjabarkan manajemen risiko, penjabaran tersebut dibandingkan dengan teori untuk menguji kesesuaiannya.

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi metode perhitungan NPV, IRR, dan rasio utang-ekuitas yang digunakan oleh PT SVT Indonesia Advisory. Selain itu, tujuan lainnya adalah menganalisis kesesuaian prosedur perhitungan tersebut dengan konsep dan teori keuangan. Laporan ini juga disusun untuk pengembangan pribadi dan profesional penulis dengan menganalisis pengalaman magang di PT Indonesia Advisory. Hasil evaluasi dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa proses perhitungan NPV, IRR, dan rasio utangekuitas di PT SVT Indonesia Advisory sejalan dengan teori yang ada, meskipun ada penyesuaian yang berbeda dalam praktiknya. Pengalaman magang selama kurang lebih tiga bulan di PT SVT Indonesia Advisory telah memberikan banyak pembelajaran bagi penulis baik dari segi keterampilan teknis maupun interpersonal, yang akan bermanfaat bagi pengembangan karir penulis di masa depan.

Internship report aims to evaluate the methods of calculating NPV, IRR, and debt-equity ratio used by PT SVT Indonesia Advisory. Additionally, it aims to analyze the suitability of these calculation procedures with financial concepts and theories. The report is also prepared for the personal and professional development of the author by analyzing the internship experience at PT Indonesia Advisory. The evaluation and analysis results indicate that the NPV, IRR, and debt-equity ratio calculation processes at PT SVT Indonesia Advisory are in line with existing theories, although there are different adjustments in practice. The internship experience for approximately three months at PT SVT Indonesia Advisory has provided the author with significant learning opportunities in both technical and interpersonal skills, which will be beneficial for the author's future career development."
