"End-of-life Vehicle (ELV) recovery is a promising strategy to minimize the environmental impact of automotives on environmental sustainability. This study aims to assess the community’s knowledge from a socio-technical perspective on ELV. A survey was conducted in Japan and Malaysia to assess public perception on ELV recovery. The results showed that the communities in both countries have basic knowledge and a reasonably good level of awareness on environmental issues and recovery strategies such as recycling. However, there is a high level of uncertainty on the concept of ELV reuse and remanufacturing, as more than 50% of respondents were unsure of their willingness to participate in ELV initiatives. The respondents agreed that the industry and government should take the necessary steps to support the reuse strategy. The paper concludes with suggestions from a socio-technical perspective, which aim to ensure an effective implementation of ELV recovery through reuse and remanufacturing."

"Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, khususnya setelah pandemi, penggunaan platform e-commerce untuk berbelanja online meningkat pesat di Indonesia, dengan tren live streaming shopping menjadi salah satu inovasi terbaru yang menarik perhatian konsumen. Namun, meskipun popularitasnya meningkat, kegiatan berbelanja melalui live streaming di e-commerce Indonesia sering menghadapi berbagai masalah yang mengganggu kepercayaan konsumen yang merupakan salah satu elemen kunci dalam membentuk niat pembelian dan keterlibatan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen dan perilaku pembelian aktual di live streaming ecommerce. Teori socio-technical dan teori trust transfer digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor social enabler dan technical enabler terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan perilaku pembelian aktual. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 785 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, dan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara kualitatif dengan 30 responden yang dianalisis melalui content analysis untuk mendukung hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor social enabler, yaitu active control, two-way communication, dan synchronicity, serta faktor technical enabler seperti visibility affordance dan guidance shopping affordance, terbukti meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap platform, streamer, dan produk. Aspek technical enabler lainnya, yaitu metavoicing affordance, tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust in streamer. Kepercayaan pada streamer juga terbukti mempengaruhi kepercayaan pada produk, sesuai dengan teori trust transfer. Niat pembelian dalam live streaming juga terbukti dipengaruhi oleh consumer trust dan kemudian berpengaruh terhadap actual purchase. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi penyedia layanan live streaming, terkhusus pihak pengembangnya, mengenai aspek live streaming apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan perilaku pembelian konsumen.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, particularly following the pandemic, the use of ecommerce
platforms for online shopping has increased in Indonesia, with the trend of live
streaming shopping emerging as one of the latest innovations capturing consumer attention.
However, despite its growing popularity, live streaming shopping in Indonesian e-commerce
frequently encounters various issues that undermine consumer trust—one of the key elements
in shaping purchase intentions and consumer engagement. This study aims to identify the
factors influencing consumer trust and actual purchasing behavior in live streaming ecommerce.
Socio-technical theory and trust transfer theory are employed to identify the
relationships between social enablers and technical enablers and their impact on consumer
trust and actual purchasing behavior. The research involved 785 respondents analyzed using
PLS-SEM, followed by qualitative interviews with 30 respondents analyzed through content
analysis to support the findings. The results indicate that social enablers, such as active
control, two-way communication, and synchronicity, as well as technical enablers like
visibility affordance and guidance shopping affordance, significantly enhance trust in the
platform, streamer, and product. Another technical enabler aspect, metavoicing affordance,
does not have a significant effect on trust in streamer. Trust in the streamer also influences
trust in the product, in line with trust transfer theory. Purchase intentions in live streaming
are shown to be affected by consumer trust, which subsequently impacts actual purchases.
These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for live streaming service providers
and developers regarding the aspects of live streaming that influence consumer trust and
purchasing behavior.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan pegawai UPT Balai Kesejahteraan Sosial tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat mengacu pada gambaran pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari uji pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada Kepala UPT, Kepala Sub Bagian Tata Usaha, Pegawai Administrasi, Pekerja Sosial, Petugas Kebersihan dan Dapur. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi ialah pendidikan, pengalaman, kebudayaan, sosial budaya, pekerjaan, minat, keyakinan, paparan informasi, faktor pihak eksternal dan faktor teknis penyuluhan.

The focus of this study are factors that affects employees knowledge-based clean and healthy living in UPT Balai Kesejahteraan Sosial, based on the result of knowledge test. The method of this research is qualitative method by semi-structured interview to Head of UPT, Head of Administration, Administration officer, Social Workers, Cleaning Service, and Cook. The result shown that the factors is education, experience, culture, social-culture, job description, interest, beliefs, information exposure, external factors, and counseling technical."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh siklus hidup perusahaan terhadap aktivitas akuisisi, termasuk pengaruh siklus hidup perusahaan acquirer terhadap kondisi wealth dari akuisisi, persentase saham yang diakuisisi, dan metode pembayaran dalam akuisisi. Data penelitian ini berjumlah 32 sampel perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan melakukan akuisisi pada periode 2000-2011. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi logit dan metode regresi linier berganda. Pada penelitian ini terdapat empat model penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang pertama menunjukkan bahwa siklus hidup perusahaan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi probabilita perusahaan melakukan akuisisi. Hasil penelitian yang kedua menunjukkan bahwa siklus hidup perusahaan yang melakukan akuisisi (acquirer) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada kondisi wealth pemegang saham perusahaan. Hasil penelitian yang ketiga menunjukkan bahwa siklus hidup perusahaan acquirer berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada persentase saham yang diakuisisi. Hasil penelitian yang keempat menunjukkan bahwa siklus hidup perusahaan acquirer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada metode pembayaran dalam akuisisi.

This study aims to analyze corporate life cycle influence to acquisition activities, including acquirer corporate?s life cycle influence to shareholders wealth, percentage of shares acquired, and payment method in acquisition. Sample data represents 32 sample which are companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which perform acquisition in period 2000-2011. Data analysis is conducted using logit regression method and double linear regression method. This study consist of four models. The first model result showed that corporate life cycle has no significant relationship with acquisition. The second model result showed that acquirer corporate?s life cycle has negative and significant relationship with shareholders wealth. The third model result showed that acquirer corporate?s life cycle has no significant relationship with percentage of shares acquired. The fourth model result showed that acquirer corporate`s life cycle has positive and significant relationship with payment method in acquisition."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses knowledge acquisition pada bisnis kuliner, dan faktor yang menjadi pengahambat knowledge acquisition. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Studi kasus penelitian ini dilakukan di Macaroni Panggang, dimana Macaroni Panggang menjadi salah satu bisnis kuliner yang melakukan knowledge acquisition pada menu-menu masakan dan manajemen restoran. Data yang dianalisis adalah hasil wawancara dengan pemilik, supervisor dan wakil supervisor Macaroni Panggang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat empat proses knowledge acquisition di Macaroni Panggang yaitu perencanaan, pengambilan pengetahuan, tahap pengujian, dan tahap revisi. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat knowledge acquisition di Macaroni Panggang adalah faktor sumber daya manusia. Saat ini Macaroni Panggang belum memiliki sumber daya yang mempuni untuk melakukan knowledge acquisition. Hal tersebut membuat tidak seluruh pengetahuan yang diambil dapat dijadikan sebuah produk nyata di Macaroni Panggang.

This study aims to analyze the process of knowledge acquisition in the culinary business, and the factors that inhibit knowledge acquisition. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research case study was carried out in Macaroni Panggang, where Macaroni Panggang became one of the culinary businesses that carried out knowledge acquisition on food menus and restaurant management. The data analyzed are the results of interviews with owners, supervisors and vice supervisors of Macaroni Panggang. The results of the study found that there are four knowledge acquisition processes in Macaroni Panggang namely planning, taking knowledge, testing stage, and revision stage. Factors that inhibit knowledge acquisition in Macaroni Panggang are human resource factors. At present Macaroni Panggang does not yet have the resources to conduct knowledge acquisition. This makes not all the knowledge taken can be a real product in Macaroni Panggang. "
