"Relationship Marketing merupakan suatu strategi pemasaran yang memfokuskan diri dalam hal menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, suplier, dan distributor. Strategi ini faktanya merupakan sebuah atternatif dari strategi-strategi yang ada.Strategi ini digunakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen,berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Relationship Marketing yang menekankan kepada pemeliharaan dan membina hubungan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mempelajari pengaruli dari bonding, empathy, reciprocity, dan trust yang kesemuanya merupakan bentuk-bentuk relationship marketing terhadap .kepuasan konsumen, Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 85 nasabah pembiayaan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Insan Cita dengan menggunakan skala Likert dan uji Regresi dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (u 5%) sebagai alat analisa datanya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dari bonding, empathy, reciprocity dan thrust terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun ketika penelitian dilakukan secara bersama dalam satu waktu, menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengaruh positif hanya terdapat pada bonding, empathy. dan trust -terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sementara variabel recipmcity secara statistik tidak signifikan. Dampak terhadap keputusan manajerial juga didiskusikan dalam penelitian ini.

Relationship Marketing is one of marketing strategies which Poises on keeping good relationship with customers, suppliers, and distributors. this strategy is, in fact an alternative of the available strategies. This strategy used in the purpose of increasing the consumers satisfaction, due to the principles of relationship marketing in which it emphasizes the maintenance and attractiveness of the long term-relationship. This research attempts to study the influence of bonding. empathy. reciprocity, and trust which all are the ,form of relationship marketing rotirard the consumer satisfaction. A research is conducted to 85 consumers BPR5' Insan Cita by employing the Likert scale and Regression test Jiff the data anlysi.s with 95% of confidence coefficient (u 5%).
The result shows that there is a positive influence from bonding, empathy, reciprocity, and trust toward the customers .satisfaction when the research conducted individually. But when the research conducted together at the same time, the result shows that there is a positive influence from bonding. empathy, and trust only toiiard the customers satisfaction. Reciprocity variabel from statistic test is not significance. Managerial implication is also discussed in this article.

"ABSTRAK
Disertasi ini mengkaji secara sosiologis lembaga keuangan mikro berbasis syariah (LKMS) atau lazim disebut BMT. Dengan berpijak pada kerangka teori institusional baru (new institusionalism), disertasi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dalam pengumpulan datanya. Disertasi memilih LKMS di Cipulir, Jakarta dan Banda Aceh sebagai sasaran penelitian karena perbedaan lingkungan sosial budaya dan ekonomi masyarakatnya. Disertasi ini menemukan bahwa sistem bagi hasil dalam teknologi keuangan syariah bersifat hybrid karena merupakan institusi sosial informal yang diadopsi kemudian dikontekstualisasikan dalam sebuah makna dan kondisi tertentu sebagai sebuah sistem teknologi keuangan LKMS yang khas. Secara teoritis, mekanisme hiybrid ini membantu institusi-institusi sosial informal untuk bisa operasional dan kompatibel dengan sistem keuangan moderen seperti pada LKMS. Kepada pemerintah, disertasi merekomendasikan untuk membuat kebijakan yang kondusif bagi perkembangan lembaga keuangan mikro yang sesuai dengan sistem sosial budaya dan agama masyarakat setempat.

ABSTRACT
This dissertation studies sociologically a syariah-based microfinance institute (LKMS) which is usually known as BMT. By applying the framework of new institutionalism, this dissertation utilizes qualitative approach in its data collection. This dissertation chose LKMS in Cipulir, Jakarta and Banda Aceh as its object of study because of socio-cultural and economic differences of both society. This dissertation found that the profit and loss sharing system at the LKMS is regarded hybrid as it was previously adopted from traditional institution and recontextualized in a new meaning and certain condition. Theoretically, this hybrid mechanism will help tradisional and informal institution to become applicable and operational with the moderen finance system of LKMS. This dissertation recommends the government to carry out a policy which is condusive to the development of microfinance institutes fitting with the local culture and religion."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas pengawasan Sperbankan yariah di Indonesia,pokok pembahasan dalam penelitian ini pengawasan terhadap bank Syariah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan di indonesia dan perbandingan pengawasan perbankan syariah di Indonesia,Malaysia dan Iran,metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yurudis normatif melalui studi kepustakaan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pengawasan kepatuhan perbankan syariah terhadap prinsip kehati-hatian dilakukan oleh bank Indonesia dan pengawasan dan pengawasan terhadap prinsip syriah dalam kegiatan bank Indonesia dan pengawasan prinsip syariah.

ABSTRACT
the thesis discusses the syariah banking supervision in Indonesia, the subject matter in this study is the supervision of syariah banking is based on legislation and law in Indonesia and the comparison of syariah banking sipervision in Indonesia, Malaysia and Iran. The research method used is a normative legal research through a literature study. This study found that sipervision of compaliance to the principles of shariah banking pridential conducted by Bank Indonesia and oversight of Shariah principles in Islamic banking activities conducted by the Sharia supervisory board. Supervision of the shariah principle is inseparable from the role of the Nation Islamic Council of Indonesia Ulama Council issuing fatwas on islamic banking products and services."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari beberapa variabel makro seperti perubahan inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, nilai tukar uang dan indeks syariah (Jff} terhadap kinerja reksa dana syariah.
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan observasi terhadap nilai aktiva bersih (NAB) reksa dana syariah yang diumumkan di media massa. Sedangkan data data mengenai tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, nilai tukar uang dan indeks syariah diperoleh dari publikasi Bank Indonesia dan Bursa Efek Jakarta. Waktu yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2004.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi liner berganda, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan beberapa pengujian pendahuluan seperti normalitas dari data, pengujian autokorelasi, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Selain itu dilakukan juga pengujian stasioneritas dari data. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian regresi dengan nilai oc = 0,05. yaitu uji F, uji t, dan uji R2.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan secara bersama-sama variabel-variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana syariah, sedangkan hasil regresi menunjukkan variabel-variabel yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh yang beragam. Untuk inflasi, lairs, nilai tukar dan JII pengaruhnya adalah positif, sedangkan untuk SBI pengaruhnya adalah negatif. Dan semua variabel yang diteliti, ill merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak signifikan.
Dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dapat diketahui bahwa selama periode penelitian besarnya perubahan dari kinerja reksa dana syariah yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabeI yang diteliti adalah sebesar 49,4%. Sementara sisanya sebesar 50,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.

This research was conducted to find out the effect of microeconomics variables such as inflation rate, risk free interest rate, Rupiah exchange rate against US Dollar and syariah index to the performance of syariah mutual funds.
To overcome the purpose, we observed the net assets value (NAY) of syariah mutual funds which published in newspaper. When inflation rate, interest rate, exchange rate and syariah index taken from Bank Indonesia and Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) publications. We use year 2001 up to 2004 as the time period
This research performed using multiple regressions method, in the beginning w .e have done some preliminary test such as normality of the data, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroskedasticity test. We also do the stationerity test. And finally we do regression test such as F test, t test, and R2 test by the significant level of 95% (a = 0,05).
The result of the F test showed that there is a significant effect of inflation rate, interest rate, exchange rate, and syariah index to the performance of syariah mutual funds. From the t-test result indicated there is a positive influence from inflation rate, exchange rate, and syariah index for the performance of syariah mutual funds and negative influence from interest rate. Syariah index is the only variable that has a significant effect.
From R2 test, we can obtain conclusion that the degree of change in the performance of syariah mutual funds can be expained by observed variables is 49,4%, whether the rest can be explained from other factors that didn't observed in this research."

"The trend of marketing approaches that used by the company recently moved so lastly. A lot of marketing approach have born so fast but a lot of them has left by the company so quickly.
The Network Marketing Concept or more known as Multi Level Marketing Concept is a Marketing Concept that known by a lot of people all over the world. The next step is the birth of concept of Multi Level Marketing Shariah, the concept of Multi Level Marketing that is based on Islamic Spirit for getting their performance according to Al-Qur'an and Sunnah.
But what we called Concept of Multi Level Marketing Shariah is a concept that still so strange in our mind. People then want to know, what concept is this and how is the application of this concept in a company? And what are the indicators of its success?
By using theory of Multi Level Da'wah by Hidayat (2003:4) and Descriptive Method of Research that consist of study of reference and field of study, the writer want to answer what is Concept of Multi Level Marketing Shariah, how is the application of this concept in the company, what are the differences with the conventional and what are the indicator of its success in the company.
At the end of this research analysis, the writer also try to give a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) analysis on the application of this concept at PT. Ahad Net International.

"Positive correlation between concentration and profitability is not always a result of collusion. Market concentration can be a proxy efficiency and product differentiation that have done by company. The company that can be mentioned efficient and have done product diferentiation can improve market share, and industry that consist of the company has tendency to be concentrated.
This research tries to prove whether market share and concentration in Islamic and conventional banking industry as proxy to efficiency. If it is proven, so there is no relationship between market share and concentration with profitability. It is appropriate with efficient structure hypothesis.
Using separated pooled data for Islamic and conventional banking industry at period January 2002 until November 2005. This research use adjusted Smirlock mode! with fired eject method. By this research, it is expected that Islamic banking industry support efficient structure hypothesis, and conventional banking industry support diferentiation hypothesis.

"There are two purposes that want to be assessed in this study The _first purpose is to indicate whether the moral hazard problems are occurred in the Indonesian Sharia Bank (The moral hazard in this paper is the indirect Moral hazard which is the negligence of bank in the financing process influencing the moral hazard problems of the debtor in the other side. The second purpose is to assess whether the _financing policies in the Sharia Banking are influenced by profit sharing system, The data for assessing this paper are acquired from the monthly financial reports published by Sharia Banks such as BSM? and BMI from January 2001 to December 2004.
The research based on the Ever Correction Model in the long term shows that the increasing of allocation ratio of Murabahah to Musyarakah and Mudharabah results the increasing of non performing financing ratio. It indicates that the moral hazard problems are occurred in BML The moral hazard indication demonstrates that bank is both less careful in financing and less incentive in monitoring process. It also demonstrates the weakness of the Sharia bank's operational system in countering the debtor's moral hazard The Granger Causality Test proves that profit sharing ratio (nisbah) between bank and debtor influences return ratio, however it does not influence financing allocation). On the other hand _financing allocation ratio influences nisbah ratio, furthermore in BSM case, return ratio influences nisbah ratio. This description shows that nisbah ratio is not only an instrument for calculating revenue/return distribution but also an instrument for Sharia bank in synchronizing profit sharing level with the interest Vale in conventional bank.

"Pertumbuhan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia sangat tinggi, mencapai lebih dari 30% per tahunnya. Namun market sharenya masih saja sangat kecil yaitu hanya sebesar 3,2 %. Oleh karena itu upaya untuk terus meningkatkan pertumbuhan bank syariah terus dilakukan. Salah satunya dengan mendorong bank syariah melakukan inovasi produk. Inovasi produk ini diharapkan akan menjadi salah satu strategi untuk terus meningkatkan pertumbuhan aset bank syariah yang pada akhirnya akan membantu memperbesar market share perbankan syariah di Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Inovasi produk perbankan syariah di Indonesia, berdasarkan kerangka teoritis dan penelitian sebelumnya. Survei dilakukan terhadap 31 bank umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah di seluruh Indonesia dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis faktor dan Analisis Jalur dengan program AMOS versi 6.0.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi inovasi produk perbankan syariah di Indonesia adalah sumber daya manusia, budaya perusahaan, strategi perusahaan, struktur perusahaan dan faktor eksternal (fatwa DSN, regulasi BI, pertumbuhan pasar dan tingkat persaingan).

The growth of Islamic banking industry in Indonesia is very high, reaching more than 30% for each year. But its market share is still very small, that is only 3.2%. Therefore, the efforts to enhance the growth of Islamic banks must continue to be done. One way that can be done is by encouraging Islamic banks to innovate their products. Product innovation is expected as one of strategy to continually enhance the growth of Islamic banks assets that will ultimately help increase the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the product innovation of Islamic banking in Indonesia, based on the theoretical framework and previous researches. The survey was conducted to 31 Islamic banks and Islamic business units throughout Indonesia using questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained were processed using the method of factor analysis and path analysis with the program AMOS version 6.0.
The study concluded that the factors that can affect product innovation of Islamic banking in Indonesia is a human resources, corporate culture, corporate strategy, corporate structure and exter."
