"Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh penerapan sejumlah aktivitas dalam green supply chain management (GSCM), terhadap operational performance dan supply chain performance pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di JABODETABEK. Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 70 responden yang merupakan pemilik dan manajer dari UKM dengan bidang usaha umum yang berlokasi di JABODETABEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas reverse logistics dan green manufacturing terhadap operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap supply chain performance. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung dari reverse logistics dan green manufacturing terhadap supply chain performance.Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan dan pemilihan atas aktivitas yang tepat dalam penerapan GSCM pada UKM di JABODETABEK, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif performa dari operasional UKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara langsung performa dari rantai pasokan UKM.

This thesis examines the effect of implementing a number of activities in green supply chain management (GSCM), on operational performance and supply chain performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in JABODETABEK. Respondents from this study involved 70 respondents who were owners and managers of SMEs with general business fields located in JABODETABEK. The results obtained are there are positive effects of the activities of reverse logistics and green manufacturing on operational performance and there is a positive effect of operational performance on supply chain performance. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed the direct influence of reverse logistics and green manufacturing on supply chain performance.

These results indicate the need for planning and selection of appropriate activities in GSCM implementation for SMEs in JABODETABEK, through the application of appropriate GSCM activities in SME activities that can positively influence the performance of SME operations, and even directly influence the performance of SME supply chains."

Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 175 responden yang merupakan pemilik atau manajer dari UMKM dengan bidang usaha umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Sequential Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL versi 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas GSCM terhadap environmental performance dan operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap business performance.. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dari GSCM terhadap business performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan atas aktivitas dalam penerapan GSCM pada UMKM di Jawa Barat, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UMKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif environmental dan operasional performance UMKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung performa dari business performance UMKM.

This research examines the effect of implementation a number of activities in green supply chain management (GSCM) on environmental performance, operational performance and business performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java province. Research respondents involved 175 respondents who are owners or managers of MSMEs with general business fields. This study used a data analysis method in the form of Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL version 8.80 software. The results obtained are that there is a positive effect of GSCM activities on environmental performance and operational performance and a positive effect of operational performance on business performance. In addition, the analysis results also show the indirect effect of GSCM business performance. These results indicate the need for planning for activities in the application of GSCM to MSMEs in West Java, the proper application of GSCM in MSME activities can positively affect the environmental and operational performance of MSMEs, even indirectly affect the performance of MSME business performance."

"Salah satu penyumbang pencemaran lingkungan di negara berkembang adalah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang disebabkan oleh proses rantai pasok yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai praktik green supply chain management (GSCM) terhadap kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Terutama untuk meneliti dengan adanya ecocentricity dan traceability rantai pasok yang memoderasi antara praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional. Metode judgement sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan terdapat 93 responden yang berkontribusi. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara daring dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pemodelan Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik green supply chain management memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional UMKM industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Ecocentricity rantai pasok memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional. Namun, traceability rantai pasok tidak memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional.

One of the contributors to environmental pollution in developing countries is micro, small, and medium enterprises caused by supply chain processes that are not environmentally friendly. This study discusses green supply chain management (GSCM) practices on environmental performance and operational costs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food and beverage industry. Especially to examine the existence of supply chain ecocentricity and traceability that moderates GSCM practices with environmental performance and operational costs. The judgment sampling method was used in this study, and 93 respondents contributed. Research questionnaires were distributed online, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that green supply chain management practices have a significant relationship to environmental performance and operational costs of MSMEs in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. Supply chain ecocentricity moderates the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operating costs. However, supply chain traceability does not moderate the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operational costs."

"Saat ini tren penggunaan kosmetik di Indonesia tidak untuk wanita saja, namun telah berinovasi pada produk kosmetik bagi pria maupun anak-anak. Hingga tahun 2019, pemerintah Indonesia mencatat terdapat sebanyak 797 perusahaan kosmetik dalam negeri baik dari skala kecil, menengah maupun besar dimana angka tersebut meningkat dari jumlah pada tahun sebelumnya yaitu sebesar 760 perusahaan. Kinerja industri kosmetik juga mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 5.59% pada tahun 2020 dan berhasil menyumbang devisa negara dengan nilai ekspor mencapai USD 317 juta atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 15.2% dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Aliran supply chain dalam akivitas bisnis tentunya merupakan hal yang rumit untuk dibicarakan karena aktivitas, koneksi dan keterkaitan antar elemen dari hulu ke hilir penuh dengan risiko dan ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model penilaian kinerja supply chain padaperusahaan kosmetik di Indonesia, sehingga pengelolaan risiko dan ketidakpastian dalam jaringan supply chain dapat dieksplor lebih lanjut sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam melakukan mitigasi risiko yang tepat. Terdapat 3 metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, pertama adalah literature review untuk mengumpulkan indikator SCOR lalu memvalidassi dengan expert, adalah ANP untuk mengetahui bobot dan pengaruh antar dimensi. Ketiga adalah melakukan evaluasi dengan methode traffic light. 27 indikator dalam 5 parameter telah berhasil tervalidasi dari 41 indikator oleh 3 expert di bidang industri kosmetik dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 7,9.untuk evaluasi nya dari dari 5 parameter 3 harus segera di evaluasi performancenya dikarenakan lebih rendah dari target. Untuk parameter plan harus segera menyediakan buffer stock Ketika terjadi keterlambatan raw material dan memfasilitasi data historical sales untuk proses perhitungan forecast lalu untuk delivery adalah memastikan barang yang dikirim dalam kondisi bagus serta melakukan perjanjian dengan distributor untuk proses return dilakukan sebulan sekali dan untuk parameter source menambahkan buffer time jika terjadi delay pengiriman.

Currently, the trend of using cosmetics in Indonesia is not only for women, but has made innovations in cosmetic products for men and children. Until 2019, the Indonesian government recorded that there were 797 domestic cosmetic companies, both small, medium and large scale, where this number increased from the previous year's number of 760 companies. The performance of the cosmetics industry also grew by 5.59% in 2020 and succeeded in contributing to foreign exchange with an export value reaching USD 317 million, an increase of 15.2% compared to the previous year. The supply chain flow in business activities is certainly a complicated matter to discuss because activities, connections and linkages between elements from upstream to downstream are full of risks and uncertainties. This study aims to design a supply chain performance assessment model for cosmetic companies in Indonesia, so that the management of risk and uncertainty in the supply chain network can be further explored so that it can be used as a reference in carrying out appropriate risk mitigation. There are 3 methods used in this study, the first is a literature review to collect SCOR indikators and then validated by experts, namely ANP to determine the weight and influence between dimensions. The third is to evaluate the traffic light method. 27 indicators in 5 parameters have been successfully validated from 41 indicators by 3 experts in the cosmetics industry with an average value of 7.9. for the evaluation of the 5 parameters 3, the performance must be evaluated immediately because it is lower than the target. Karena dengan sistem teknologi informasi diharapkan bisa memberikan kinerja operasional rantai pasokan yang baik yang bisa dijadikan tolak ukur produktivitas sebuah perusahaan.Penelitian ini didesain untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh penyelarasan teknologi informasi dan pertukaran informasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja operasional yang terdiri dari efisiensi biaya dan respon konsumen yang menjadi isu di perusahaan manufaktur dan ritel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan sampel 70 responden yang merupakan divisi operasional dalam sebuah perusahaan manufaktur maupun ritel. Survey dilakukan secara offline dan online selama bulan Maret - Juni 2015. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis yang diperoleh adalah hasil bahwa penyelarasan teknologi informasi dan pertukaran informasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi biaya dan respon konsumen.
