"ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan program intervensi untukmengatasi masalah konflik lintas budaya antara karyawan yang terjadi diorganisasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode action research dalam melakukandiagnosis dan rencana tindakan/intervensi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwakonflik terjadi disebabkan karena rendahnya kecerdasan budaya karyawan.Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dirancang intervensi berupa program pelatihan danpengembangan kecerdasan budaya karyawan baik melalui pelatihan di kelasmaupun pengembangan melalui proses belajar dari pengalaman (experientiallearning).

ABSTRACTThe aim of the study is to develop an intervention program to manage interculturalconflict among staff within organization. This study using action research modelto diagnosis problem and propose an intervention. The study prove that theconflict happened resulted from the gaps of staff's cultural intelligence. Based onthat we develop a training and development program to improve staff culturalintelligence both by class room training and experiential learning program."
