"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di Industri PT. Guardian Pharmatama yang dilaksanakan bulan Juli - September tahun 2016 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi; memahami penerapan GMP CPOB di Industri Farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi ini juga ditunjang dengan tugas khusus yaitu pembuatan form rekonsiliasi produk, material kemas, dan bendera untuk departemen produksi di PT. Guardian Pharmatama. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui tata cara perhitungan rekonsiliasi, mengetahui cara pembuatan prosedur tetap di PT. Guardian Pharmatama, mempermudah manajemen PT. Guardian Pharmatama dalam melakukan investigasi produk, dan mencegah complain dari pelanggan terkait lolosnya sambungan foil pada strip atau blister.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT. Guardian Pharmatama, was held on July September 2016, aims to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists at pharmaceutical industry to have knowledges, skills, and experience to do the pharmaceutical works at pharmaceutical industry to understand the application GMP CPOB at pharmaceutical industry and to have knowledge about the problem about pharmaceutical works at pharmaceutical industry. The internship also gives the author experience to do a special task about making a product reconciliation, packaging material reconciliation, and flags for production department at PT. Guardian Pharmatama. The special task aims to determine the procedure for calculation of reconciliation, knowing how to make Standard Operational Procedure SOP at PT. Guardian Phamatama, helping the managerial of PT. Guardian Pharmatama for product investigation, and prevention of complaining from consumer because the pass of foil connection at strip or blister."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu Analisis Perbedaan Antara Approval Terbaru dari Suatu Perubahan Yang Didaftarkan di BPOM dengan Approval yang Telah Diimplementasikan Sebelumnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk megetahui perbedaan antara approval terbaru dari suatu perubahan yang didaftarkan di Badan POM dengan approval yang telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya, serta memastikan spesifikasi produk yang di produksi di PT Abbott Indonesia masih sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan POM.

Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia for the September-October 2019 Period aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP (CPOB) in the pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the Pharmaceutical Industry lasts for two months with a special assignment, namely Analysis of the Difference Between the Latest Approval of a Change Registered at the BPOM and the Approval that has been previously implemented. This special task aims to find out the difference between the latest approval of a change registered at the POM with the approval previously implemented, and to ensure that the product specifications produced at PT Abbott Indonesia are still in accordance with the provisions of the POM."

"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Guardian Pharmatama Plant Citeureup, Bogor. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, melalui PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat mempelajari secara langsung penerapan cGMP CPOB dan mengetahui gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Modul Pelatihan Kualitas Dasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan PT Guardian Pharmatama terhadap pemahaman CPOB dan penerapan aspeknya serta mengevaluasi efektivitas Pelatihan Kualitas Dasar yang dilakukan selama PKPA.

ABSTRACTInternship was conducted at PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup Plant, Bogor. This internship is aimed to make the student of apothecary profession understand the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, through this internship the student of apothecary profession is expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, as well as practical experience in doing the pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The students of apothecary profession are also expected to learn directly the implementation of cGMP CPOB and know the real picture of the problems in pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment that is given entitled Creating a Basic Quality Training Module that aims to improve the knowledge of the employees of PT Guardian Pharmatama towards CPOB comprehension and the implementation of its rsquo aspects and evaluate the effectiveness of Basic Quality Training conducted during internship program."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting dalam bidang kesehatan, sehingga apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran dan kompetensi di dunia kerja, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di beberapa tempat, yaitu di PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung, dan PT Aventis Pharma. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di berbagai tempat selama praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists have an important role as one of the healthcare professional. Pharmacists must comply with the competency standards before get into the professional practices. Therefore, in order to get experiences working as a healthcare professional, the Pharmacists Internship Program that called as Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) have been implemented. The prospective pharmacists get to do the internship at several places, such as PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung, and PT Aventis Pharma. The prospective pharmacists are expected to get more knowledge and experiences to do the pharmaceutical practices in various places during the PKPA."
