"Lanskap merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi rumah tangga dalam memilih hunian. Lanskap dapat memberikan pengaruh eksternal berupa view amenities dan pemilik apartemen bersedia membayar harga premium untuk pemandangan yang indah. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode hedonic price untuk mengestimasi pengaruh pemandangan lanskap terhadap harga apartemen. Beberapa jenis pemandangan yang diestimasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemandangan pegunungan, laut, danau, sungai, perkotaan, taman, lapangan olahraga, dan jalan raya. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa pemandangan pegunungan, lapangan olahraga dan jalan raya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga apartemen. Namun, pemandangan sungai berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga apartemen. Jenis pemandangan lainnya seperti laut, danau, perkotaan, dan taman tidak signifikan mempengaruhi harga apartemen.

Landscape is one of important factor for household in making housing decision. Landscape can provide external effect such as view amenities and apartment owners are willing to pay a premium for apartment with a scenic view. This study applied hedonic price to estimate the effect of landscape view on apartment prices. Several types of view that estimated in this study are mountain, sea, lake, river, city, garden, sport center, and street view. The estimation result shows that mountain, sport center, and street view have a positifly significant impact on apartement prices. However, river view has a negatively significant impact on apartement prices. Other types of view such as sea, lake, city, and garden view have no significant impact on apartment prices. "

"Indonesia adalah negara yang rawan terkena bencana alam seperti letusan gunung berapi, longsor dan tsunami. Rumah adalah aset yang berharga namun menanggung proporsi kerusakan yang tinggi akibat bencana alam, oleh karena itu penting untuk mengetahui apakah kejadian bencana alam mempengaruhi keputusan rumah tangga untuk memiliki rumah di Indonesia. Paper ini mengadopsi metode harga hedonik untuk menjelaskan dampak dari bencana alam yang terjadi belakangan ini terhadap harga rumah di Indonesia menggunakan data Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) gelombang empat tahun 2014. Harga imputed rent digabung dengan karakteristik standar metode harga hedonik dan kejadian bencana. Estimasi menunjukkan bahwa dari beberapa jenis bencana alam, kejadian letusan gunung berapi berdampak signifikan terhadap harga. Hasil ini menyiratkan bahwa kejadian bencana alam memang mempengaruhi keputusan rumah tangga untuk memiliki rumah, terutama kejadian letusan gunung berapi. Implikasi kebijakan utama yang disarankan pada paper ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan dampak bencana alam terutama letusan gunung berapi terhadap pasar perumahan.

Indonesia is a country that is prone to many types of natural disaster, such as volcanic eruption, landslide, and tsunami. Houses bear a high proportion of damage from natural disasters, and since a house is one of the most important assets of people's lives, it is important to know whether the occurrence of these natural hazards affects household's decision to own a house in Indonesia. This paper adopts the hedonic pricing method to explain the impact of recent natural disaster onto housing price in Indonesia using data from Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) wave five in 2014. The imputed rent price is coupled with disaster occurrence and other standard characteristics in the hedonic pricing method. The estimation shows that among various types of natural hazard, the occurrence of volcanic hazard has a significant impact on the imputed rent price. This result implies that natural hazard indeed affects people's decision to own a property, especially the volcanic disaster. The main policy implication for this paper is to increase people's awareness of natural disaster's impact especially that of volcanic hazards, on the housing market in Indonesia."

"View merupakan hasil dari persepsi manusia yang dipengaruhi oleh jarak dan posisi pengamat terhadap objek yang diamati. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui keterkaitan antara view dan harga suatu unit apartemen. Pemilihan unit apartemen berdasarkan view dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian level lantainya.
Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di Apartemen Regatta. Analisis regresi dan kurva digunakan untuk menujukkan hubungan antara ketinggian level lantai apartemen dengan harga.
Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa view ini dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian level lantai, di mana ketinggian level lantai berbanding lurus dengan kualitas view yang didapat dan harganya.

View is the result of human perception that affected by distance and position of observer to object. This study investigate the relationship between view and price of an apartment unit. Selection of an apartment unit based of view that influenced by the height of the floor level.
The method used is a case study in the Regatta Apartments. Regression analyze and curve are used to shows the relationship between the height of the floor level apartments with price.
The result show that view is influenced by the height of the floor level, where it directly proportional to the quality of the view obtained and the price.

"Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of immersion time in artificial saliva on the flexural strength of provisional crown and bridge (p-c&b) materials.
Materials and Methods: Two types of p-c&b materials were used in this study: Light polymerized p-c&b material (Revotek LC) and autopolymerized p-c&b material (PerfecTemp II). A total of 100 specimens were fabricated and measured according to ISO 4049/2000. A stainless steel mould was used to prepare 2mm x 2mm x 25mm bar shaped specimens. All materials were dispensed and manipulated according to the manufacturers' instructions. The specimens were divided into 5 groups (n=10). Each specimen of the first group was measured immediately after preparation. The second, third, fourth and fifth groups were immersed in artificial saliva at 37°C in an incubator for 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, respectively. Flexural strength was tested by Universal Mechanical Testing Machine Shimadzu in a 3-point bending test. The Repeated ANOVA and Post-Hoc Bonferroni test were used to compare the continuous variables between the groups.
Result: The results showed flexural strength of Revotek LC were higher than PerfecTemp II achieved the highest value in 7 days.
Conclusion: Flexural strength of p-c&b materials were influenced by immersion time in artificial saliva and the type of p-c&b materials."

"Pemberhentian operasional maskapai akibat COVID-19 menyebabkan munculnya biaya tambahan
sehingga maskapai kesulitan menanggapi permohonan refund. Penelitian pada skripsi ini
dilakukan untuk menguji apakah menaikkan harga dan mengurangi refund dapat dianggap adil
sebagai upaya melindungi laba. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh
cara menginformasikan kenaikan harga dan mengurangi refund menggunakan rupiah
dibandingkan dengan persentase terhadap persepsi keadilan. Akhirnya penelitian ini juga
dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh persepsi keadilan pada intensi membeli kembali. Eksperimen
menggunakan empat versi vignette dilakukan pada 83 mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia yang
pernah membeli tiket pesawat dalam negeri sejak tahun 2019. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan
menunjukkan bahwa menaikkan harga dan mengurangi refund dianggap adil sebagai upaya
melindungi laba. Kemudian, pada transaksi tidak adil, frekuensi intensi membeli kembali lebih
rendah. Tetapi, penggunaan rupiah dan persentase tidak berpengaruh pada persepsi keadilan.

The restriction for airlines to operate because of COVID-19 has caused an increase in operational
costs, causing them a hard time to fulfill refund requests. This research aims to know whether
increasing prices and reducing refunds are considered fair as a way of protecting profit. Moreover,
this research also aims to overview the effect of informing price increase and reducing refund
using nominal versus percentage on fairness perception. Lastly, this research also aims to see the
effect of fairness perception on repurchase intention. Experiments using four versions of vignettes
were carried out on 83 bachelor students from Universitas Indonesia who had purchased a local
flight ticket since 2019. Hypotheses testing with Chi-square: Test for Goodness of Fit shows that
increasing price and reducing refunds are both perceived as fair to protect profit. Then, on
transactions that were considered unfair, the frequency of repurchase intention is lower. But the
findings show that there is no effect of using nominal or percentage on fairness perception.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai demarketing sebagai strategi alternatif bagi bank untuk meningkatkan keuntungannya, yaitu dengan cara memberikan stimuli demarketing kepada nasabah pemilik kartu kredit Classic / Gold. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah 2 Tipe Demarketing: Price, Product x 2 Kekuatan Stimuli: Strong, Weak x 2 Self Regulatory Focus: Promotion, Prevention x 2 Switching Cost: High, Low . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cara yang paling efektif untuk membuat nasabah yang kurang menguntungkan mau mengakhiri hubungannya dengan bank Exit Relationship adalah dengan memberikan stimuli berupa kenaikan harga / biaya Price dengan kekuatan stimuli yang Strong, hal ini akan diperkuat apabila nasabah tersebut memiliki Self Regulatory Focus berupa Promotion, tanpa memandang apakah Switching Cost-nya termasuk dalam kategori tinggi ataupun rendah.Sedangkan apabila tujuan bank adalah untuk mengubah perilaku nasabahnya agar mau melakukan Relationship Improvement, maka cara demarketing yang paling efektif adalah dengan memberikan stimuli berupa perubahan fitur produk dengan kekuatan stimuli yang Weak. Hal tersebut dapat diperkuat apabila nasabah tersebut memiliki Self Regulatory Focus berupa Promotion dengan tingkat Switching Cost yang tinggi

ABSTRACT
This research is aim to examine demarketing as one of bank rsquo s alternative strategies to induce their profit by giving demarketing stimulies to their Classic Gold credit card holders. The experimental design that used in this research is 2 Demarketing Type Price, Product x 2 Stimuli Power Strong, Weak x 2 Self Regulatory Focus Promotion, Prevention x 2 Switching Cost High, Low . This research result shows the most effective way to make customer intend to Exit Relationship is by giving the price increase stimuli with the Strong stimulation, and the willingness to end the relationship will be stronger if the customer have the Promotion Self Regulatory Focus, without considering the level of Switching Cost they have.And if the bank is intend to change the customer relationship behavior so they want to do the Relationship Improvement, the most effective way is by giving them the Product change stimuli with Weak strength, and that willingness will improve and more powerful if the customer have the Promotion Self Regulatory Focus and High level of Switching Cost"

"Using panel data set 2002-2010, this paper examines the correlation between natural disasters and regional poverty in Indonesia. The variable for natural disasters in this paper is the number of houses destroyed by natural disasters. This paper also uses control variable that consists of socio-economic indicators at provincial level in Indonesia. It found that natural disaster has positive and significant correlation with the provincial
poverty rates in Indonesia. Therefore, poverty reduction strategy in Indonesia should consider the negative impacts of natural disasters that will hamper poverty reduction. Another important finding in this study is that in control variable, only agricultural share to Regional Gross Domestic Product that has significant and positive correlation with poverty rates.

Menggunakan panel data periode 2002-2010, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara bencana alam dan tingkat kemiskinan di level propinsi di Indonesia.
Bencana alam diwakili variabel jumlah rumah yg rusak akibat bencana alam. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan control variable yang terdiri dari socio-economic indicators di tingkat propinsi di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bencana alam memiliki positive and significant correlation dengan tingkat kemiskinan di level propinsi di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu kebijakan pengurangan kemiskinan di Indonesia seharusnya juga mempertimbangkan faktor bencana alam yang akan menghambat program pengurangan kemiskinan di Indonesia.
