"Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan telah membuat aplikasi DashboardDitjen Yankes yang dapat diunduh secara gratis pada play store aplikasi android dengan mengintegrasikan sistem informasi rumah sakit di seluruh rumah sakitvertikal dibawah Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Aplikasi Dashboard Ditjen Yankesmerupakan salah satu inovasi dari Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan yangbertujuan memberikan kemudahan akses informasi pelayanan di Rumah sakit bagipasien serta merupakan salah satu tools dalam menilai kinerja pelayanan rumahsakit bagi Kementerian Kesehatan RI dan Rumah sakit itu sendiri. Berdasarkanhal tersebut, maka evaluasi sistem menurut persepsi pengguna sangat penting,karena merekalah yang seharusnya merasakan kebutuhan dan manfaat dari sistem.Untuk mengetahui keinginan dari pengguna mengenai sistem informasi makadiperlukan suatu alat evaluasi yang akan ditanyakan kepada pengguna. Hal-halyang akan ditanyakan kepada pengguna meliputi performa, informasi, aspekefisiensi dan aspek pelayanan. Acuan yang akan digunakan utuk evaluasi sisteminformasi adalah menggunakan metode PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance,Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service. Hasilpenelitian Informasi yang dihasilkan dalam aplikasi dashboard ditjen yankesmasih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Usulan perbaikanPengembangan aplikasi tidak hanya pada content dan fitur-fitur yang ada didalamaplikasi tetapi juga dari segi infrastruktur dan sarana serta prasarana yang dapatmenunjang aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dalam hal ini yang harus menjadifokus juga yaitu kapasitas server, jaringan internet yang memadai serta sarana danprasarana lainnya.The Directorate General of Health Services has made an Application DashboardDitjenYankes which can be downloaded for free in the play store androidapplication by integrating hospital information systems in all hospitals under theMinistry of Health Vertical. Melalui laporan tahunan terlihat bahwa setiap tahunnya terdapat peningkatan jumlah lead, namun opportunity yang dihasilkan belum mencapai target dan cenderung menurun. Hasilnya, marketing performance yang ada pada Direktorat Jaringan dan Retail Bank Mandiri terlihat terus menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Terdapat saran dari pengguna aplikasi LMS yang telah diwawancarai agar dilakukan pengembangan dashboard monitoring terhadap aplikasi LMS. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian, yaitu pengembangan Dashboard, user-centered design, key performance indicator. Lima tahap pada penelitian yaitu studi literatur, perumusan masalah, perancangan metodologi penelitian, implementasi metode pengembangan desain interaksi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahapan implementasi metode pengembangan desain interaksi terdiri dari Identifikasi penggunaan Dashboard secara umum, Analisis konten Dashboard, Perencanaan desain dan layout Dashboard, dan evaluasi penggunaan. Dashboard yang dihasilkan cukup sesuai dengan ekspektasi pengguna yang telah diwawancarai. Pengguna diberikan kesempatan untuk mencoba purawarupa kemudian menuangkan pengalamannya ke dalam design thinking canvas. Hasilnya terdapat beberapa kelebihan, kekurangan, dan poin peningkatan dalam aspek user experience.

As a result, the marketing performance of the Network and Retail Directorate of Bank Mandiri continues to decline from year to year. There are suggestions from LMS application users who have been interviewed to develop a monitoring dashboard for the LMS application. The theoretical basis used in conducting research, namely the development of Dashboard, user-centered design, key performance indicators. The five stages of research are literature study, problem formulation, research methodology design, implementation of interaction design development methods, and drawing conclusions. The implementation stages of the interaction design development method consist of Identification of Dashboard usage in general, Dashboard content analysis, Dashboard design and layout planning, and usage evaluation. The developed dashboard is quite in line with the users expectation. Users were given the opportunity to try the prototype and write their experiences into the design thinking canvas. As a result, there are several advantages, disadvantages, and points of improvement in the user experience aspect."

This research is focused on executive dashboard Design in Pertamina Shipping using Ecological Interface Design (EID) Framework which highlight the concept of visualizing information related with constraints of Shipping work domain.Ecological Interface Design (EID) Framework uses a modelling basis known as abstraction hierarchy (AH) framework as a tools to identify all constraints in Shipping work domain. By using abstraction hierarchy, Shipping work domain will be extracted through decomposition process into 5 levels of abstraction, known as functional purpose, abstract function, generalized function, physicalfunction, dan physical form. Data collection is conducted by interview and discussion as an input for abstraction hierarchy modelling; questionnaire to test the executive dashboard design; and data collection to model Shipping operational performance by collecting all necessary data from realization of vessel movements and activities.From the analysis, it can be summarized that there is a trade off between the effort to display constraints and their inter-relation in the system along with the implementation of the awareness concept to alarm all potential problems that candistract the system, compared to the complexity of visualizing the information into the dashboard."

Maintenance scorecard disusun berdasarkan hirarki perusahaan yang fundamental yaitu corporate level, strategic level, dan functional level. Terdapat 6 perspektif pada MSC yaitu productivity, cost effectiveness, safety,quality, environment, dan learning. Performance dashboard adalah suatu laporan yang efektif yang dirancang dengan mengembangkan sebuah laporan yang menampilkan KPI penting dalam format visual sehingga penggunaannya bersifat komplementer terhadap scorecard. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat rancangan maintenance scorecard dan performance dashboard pada PT. X yang merupakan industri otomotif. Hasil perancangan ini adalah usulan hirarki Key Performance Indicator (KPI) di tiap level perusahaan pada masing-masing perspektif MSC. Dihasilkan sebanyak 36 KPI yang relevan, meliputi : 10 KPI pada productivity, 7 KPI pada cost effectiveness, 7 KPI pada safety, 7 KPI pada quality, 2 KPI pada environmental, dan 4 KPI pada learning. Performance dashboard dirancang dengan memuat KPI penting berdasarkan hasil pembobotan dengan metode AHP sebagai visualisasi KPI sehingga dapat dikontrol dan dimonitor oleh semua pihak dalam perusahaan.

Maintenance management is an important supporting aspect for automotive industry. As an asset intensive industry, it needs an effective maintenance management to optimalize productivity while minimizing cost, focus on quality, safety, and environment . Therefore, it needs a comphrehensive and structural performance measurement. Maintenance Scorecard is a comphrehensive approach used to develop and implement strategy in the area of asset management.

Maintenance scorecard developed based on fundamental hierarchy in the company that are corporate level, strategic level, and functional level. MSC consist of 6 perspectives :productivity, cost effectiveness, safety, quality, environment, and learning. Performance dashboard is an effective report that designed and developed to visualized KPI in a table, chart, and diagram, so the use of performance dashboard is complement the scorecard.

This research is aimed to design a maintenance scorecard and performance dashboard in PT. X as an automotive industry.The result is propose hierarchy Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in each organization level and MSC perspective. There are 36 relevan KPI: 10 KPI on productivity, 7 KPI on cost effectiveness, 7 KPI on safety, 7 KPI on quality, 2 KPI onenvironmental, and 4 KPI on learning. Performance dashboard is designed to visualized important KPI that weighted with AHP method. This maintenance scorecard and performance dashboard can used by the company to measure, monitor, and control their performance in order to make a continous improvement."

"Tesis ini membahas pengembangan Sistem Informasi Online Kebutuhan Tenaga Kesehatan Rumah Sakit di Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Tujuan pengembangan yaitu membangun prototipe panel informasi Kebutuhan Tenaga Kesehatan yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Online untuk mendukung kebijakan pemenuhan tenaga kesehatan. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) berbasis prototipe. Pengembangan sistem informasi dilaksanakan dalam waktu singkat dengan melibatkan pengguna sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Input sistem informasi ini yaitu basis data SIRS Online yang selanjutnya dihitung menggunakan standar minimal kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan jenis dan klasifikasi rumah sakit untuk menghasilkan informasi. Penyajian informasi per wilayah yaitu grafik kekurangan, rekapitulasi kekurangan per kelas RS, grafik kondisi pemenuhan, detail kondisi pemenuhan per RS, tabel kekurangan dan kelebihan tenaga kesehatan rumah sakit, serta rekomendasi provinsi prioritas pemenuhan tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan besaran masalah di setiap wilayah. Perangkat lunak prototipe ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySql dan penyajian informasi HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap, dan Highchart. Sistem informasi ini dapat diakses secara online menggunakan komputer maupun smart phone sehingga informasi dapat di download untuk kepentingan analisis tahap berikutnya.

This thesis discusses the development of Online Information Systems for Hospital Health Human Resources Needs in the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of development is to build a dashboard prototype of Health Human Resources Needs integrated with Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit(SIRS) Online or Hospital Information Online System support policy making of hospital health human resources fulfillment. Information system development method using Prototype-based System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. The development of information systems is implemented in a short time by involving the user so that according to user's needs. This information system input is SIRS Online database which is then calculated using minimum standard of health worker needs based on type and classification of hospital to produce information. Information presented by region, there are graphics information of needs by region, recapitulations of needs by hospital class, graphs of fulfillment condition, details fulfillment condition by hospital, tables of needs and excess of hospital health human resources, and recommendation of priority province for health personnel fulfillment based on problem scale in each region. This prototype software uses PHP programming language, MySql database and presentation of HTML information, Javascript, Bootstrap, and Highchart. This information system can be accessed online using computer or smart phone so that information can be downloaded for the interest of the next level analysis."

Internship at Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices in general, and Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services in particular; have knowledge of tasks and functions of government agencies in the pharmaceutical sector; have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do work in government; and have real life perspective on pharmaceutical practice issues in government. This internship was conducted for two weeks with special assignment ldquo;Review of Policies and Implementation of Rational Use of Medicine in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore rdquo;. The objective of this special assignment is so that the prospective pharmacist is able to review policies and implementation of rational use of medicine in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore."

It also undertakes special assignments on policy analysis and it rsquo;s implementation in rational medicine use in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore to make comparisons for the Indonesian government to increase rational use of medicines in Indonesia."

Pemerintah lewat Kementrian Kesehatan berperan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Pemerintah berusaha untuk melayani kesehatan untuk seluruh masyarakat untuk Negara yang sejahtera. Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan sebagai unsur pelaksana memiliki tugas menyelenggarakan perumusan serta pelaksanaan kebijakan di bidang pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Kepemimpinan dari Direktur Jendral Pelayanan Kesehatan berperan penting dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam mencapai visi dan misi dalam Direktorat Pelayanan Kesehatan. Akan tetapi seorang pemimpin dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dalam memberikan arahan, menggerakan bawahan, dan menjadi seorang contoh dalam suatu kepemimpinan bukan merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang mudah. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan Direktur Jenderal di Direktorat Pelayanan Kesehatan Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan teori gaya kepemimpinan. Teori gaya kepemimpinan konsep dari thoha yaitu gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, gaya kepemimpinan bebas, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif. Bila melihat manfaat penelitian ini murni, segi waktunya cross sectional dan pengambilan datanya melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber terkait, serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Direktur Jendral memiliki gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Saran Direktur Jendral dapat mengatur manajemen waktu lebih baik lagi untuk dapat mengikuti acara bersama di dalam organisasi.

ABSTRACTHealth aspects are important factors that will be related to the progress of the State of Indonesia. The level of health in Indonesia is still low at this time. Health is the basic right of every human being. In this case the role of the Government is responsible for improving the quality of life, especially health in life. The government through the Ministry of Health plays a role in improving public health in Indonesia. The government strives to serve in the health aspect for the entire community to become a prosperous country. The Directorate General of Health Services as an executing element that is under and responsible to the Minister of Health who has the task of organizing the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of health services in accordance with the provisions of legislation. The leadership of the Director General of Health Services plays an important role in the successful implementation of duties and responsibilities in achieving the vision and mission in the Directorate of Health Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. However, a leader in implementing the right leadership style in giving direction, mobilizing subordinates, and becoming an example in leadership is not an easy job. Therefore this study aims to analyze the leadership style of the Director General at the Directorate of Health Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia based on leadership style theory. The leadership style theory is authoritarian leadership style, free leadership style, democratic leadership style. This study uses a quantitative approach and is included in descriptive research. When looking at the benefits of this study purely, the time aspect is cross sectional and the data collection is through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with related sources, as well as literature. The results of this study indicate that the Director General`s leadership style has a democratic leadership style. The advice of the Director General is to be able to better manage the time to be able to participate in events within the organization."
