"Lansia mengalami perubahan biologis, psikologis dan sosial. Diperlukan dukungan untuk membantu lansia beradaptasi melalui pendekatan keperawatan. Tujuan dari KIA ini adalah menggambarkan penerapan terapi kelompok terapeutik dan reminisence untuk mencapai integritas diri menggunakan pendekatan model stres adaptasi stuart dan model adaptasi Roy. Sejumlah 20 lansia menjalani terapi TKT, 10 yang mengalami depresi dan HDRS dilanjutkan dengan terapi reminisence.
Hasil: terjadi peningkatan integritas diri lansia, penurunan tanda gejala depresi dan HDRS.
Kesimpulan: pemberian TKT dapat membantu lansia beradaptasi dan mencapai integritas diri, sedangkan reminisence mampu menurunkan tanda gejala depresi dan HDRS. Diperlukan penelitian lanjut tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian integritas diri.

Elderly changing biologically, psychologically and socially through time. They need support to adapt changes in their lifetime. The purpose of this scientific work is to know the Therapeutic Group Therapy dan Reminisence Application to Achieve Personal Integrity in Elderly Through Stuart Stress Adaptation and Roy Adaptation Model. 20 Elderly recruited to therapeutic group therapy, and 10 depressed elderly continued with Reminiscence therapy.
The Result shows there were increasing personal integrity and decreasing symptom of depression and situational low sel-esteem.
Therapeutic group therapy help elderly adapt the changes, while Reminiscence decrease depression and situational low self-esteem. Need further research about factors influence personal integrity in elderly.

"Upaya promosi kesehatan jiwa sejak masa anak-anak penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Karya ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan menggambarkan hasil penerapan terapi kelompok terapeutik anak toddler dengan memberdayakan ibu dan kader kesehatan jiwa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penerapan terapi kelompok terapeutik dalam program Community Mental Health Nursing. Terapi kelompok terapeutik dapat meningkatkan pencapaian tugas perkembangan kemandirian anak, kemampuan ibu dalam menstimulasi perkembangan anak toddler secara holistik (motorik, kognitif, bahasa, emosikepribadian, moral-spiritual, psikososial), dan kemampuan kader kesehatan jiwa membantu keluarga untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan kemandirian anak toddler. Perawat Jiwa di Puskesmas dapat menerapkan terapi kelompok terapeutik dengan memberdayakan ibu, keluarga, dan kader kesehatan jiwa.

Mental health promotion in toddlerhood has important role to improve of Indonesian human resource quality. This scientific report describes implementation of toddler’s group therapeutic therapy by empowering mother and mental health cadre. The method used is toddler’s group therapeutic therapy in community mental health nursing program. The result showed the therapy could promote the achievement of autonomy in toddlerhood, the mothers’ ability in stimulating the holistic development of the toddlers (motoric, cognitive, language, emotion, personality, morale – spiritual, and psychosocial), and mental health cadre’s ability to help toddler’s family for otonomy development achievement. Mental health nurses in primary health care can implement the group therapeutic therapy by mother and mental health cadre empowerment.

"Kecemasan dewasa muda dalam menghadapi Quarter-life crisis berdampak pada terganggunya proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan masa dewasa muda. Intervensi yang digunakan adalah Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik dewasa muda dan Thought Stoppung. Kerangka yang digunakan adalah Model Stres Adaptasi Stuart dan Model Adaptasi Roy. Aplikasi TKT dan Thought Stopping dapat membantu pemenuhan tugas perkembangan dan manajemen kecemasan dewasa muda. Analisa dilakukan pada 36 klien. Hasil Analisa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan tugas dan aspek perkembangan serta penurunan angka Quarter-life crisis dan tanda dan gejala kecemasan. Saran dari Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan klien dewasa muda menstimulasi aspek perkembangan dan manajemen kecemasan untuk mendukung tugas perkembangan dewasa muda “intimacy” baik dari teman, keluarga maupun perawat CMHN.

The anxiety experienced by young adults in facing a Quarter-life crisis affects their growth and development processes. The interventions used were Therapeutic Group Therapy for young adults and Thought Stopping. The frameworks used were Stuart's Stress Adaptation Model and Roy's Adaptation Model. The application of Therapeutic Group Therapy and Thought Stopping can assist in fulfilling developmental tasks and managing anxiety in young adults. The analysis was conducted on 36 clients. The results showed an improvement in developmental tasks and aspects, as well as a decrease in the incidence of Quarter-life crisis and anxiety symptoms. The recommendation from this final scientific work is to enhance young adults' ability to stimulate developmental aspects and manage anxiety to support the developmental task of "intimacy" from friends, family, and CMHN nurses."

"Remaja harus dapat mencapai tugas perkembangan
Remaja harus dapat mencapai tugas perkembangan identitas diri agar tidak terjadi kebingungan peran yang dapat memunculkan ide bunuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menerapakan Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik dan Family Psychoeducation Therapy (FPE) sebagai upaya pencegahan ide bunuh diri pada remaja dengan pendekatan model adaptasi stres Stuart. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain operational research dengan jumlah sampel 42 individu yang dibagi menjadi 20 remaja dalam kelompok kontrol dan 22 remaja dalam kelompok intervensi. Hasil analisis Mann-whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol yang diberikan TKT, pendampingan, dan latihan mandiri dengan kelompok intervensi yang diberikan TKT, FPE, pendampingan, dan latihan mandiri secara bermakna (p value < 0,05). Penerapan TKT dan FPE direkomendasikan karena dapat menurunkan ide bunuh diri, meningkatkan tugas dan aspek perkembangan, serta meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat remaja.

Adolescents must be able to achieve the task of developing self-identity so that role confusion does not occur which can give rise to suicidal ideation. The aim of this research is to apply Therapeutic Group Therapy and Family Psychoeducation Therapy (FPE) as an effort to prevent suicidal ideation in adolescents using the Stuart stress adaptation model approach. This research used an operational research design with a sample size of 42 individuals divided into 20 teenagers in the control group and 22 teenagers in the intervention group. The results of the Mann-Whitney analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the control group that was given TKT, mentoring, and independent training and the intervention group that was given TKT, FPE, mentoring, and independent training (p value < 0.05). The implementation of TKT and FPE is recommended because it can reduce suicidal ideation, improve tasks and developmental aspects, and increase the family's ability to care for adolescents."

"Defisit perawatan diri adalah salah satu gejala negatif dari skizoprenia, merupakan ketidakmampuan melakukan perawatan diri. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah memberikan gambaran penerapan terapi generalis, terapi aktivitas kelompok, terapi perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap tanda dan gejala serta kemampuan klien defisit perawatan diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik melalui pendekatan model stres adaptasi Stuart dan model adaptasi Roy di Rumah Sakit Jiwa. Penerapan terapi generalis dan terapi aktivitas kelompok pada 40 klien, dengan hasil 16 klien mengalami penurunan tanda dan gejala serta peningkatan kemampuan perawatan diri. Penerapan terapi perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga merupakan terapi lanjutan hanya terhadap 24 klien, hasilnya 23 klien mengalami penurunan tanda dan gejala serta peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarga dalam perawatan diri klien. Direkomendasikan kombinasi terapi perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga dengan pendekatan model stres adaptasi Stuart dan model adaptasi Roy menjadi standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa untuk klien defisit perawatan diri.

Self-care deficit is one of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia, an inability to perform self-care. The purpose of writing this final scientific work is to provide a description of the application of generalist therapy, group activity therapy, behavior therapy and family psychoeducation for signs and symptoms as well as the client's ability to self-care deficit. The method used is descriptive analytic approach stress adaptation model of Stuart and Roy adaptation model at the Mental Hospital. Application of generalist therapy and groups therapeutic activity at 40 client, with the results of 16 clients decreased signs and symptoms as well as improving self-care ability. The application of behavior therapy and family psychoeducation is an advanced therapy only for 24 clients, the result is 23 clients decreased signs and symptoms as well as improving the ability of clients and families in self-care clients. Recommended combination of behavior therapy and family psychoeducation with stress adaptation model approach Stuart and Roy adaptation model become standard therapy for the soul of nursing specialist client self-care deficit."

"Tahap perkembangan anak usia sekolah dikenal dengan industry vs inferiority berada pada rentang usia 6-12. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan menggambarkan hasil pelaksanaan terapi kelompok terapeutik TKT anak usia sekolah di komunitas dengan melibatkan 30 orang anak usia sekolah berusia 8-9 tahun, dibagi dalam dua kelompok besar. Metode yang digunakan adalah case study. Kelompok I dilakukan tindakan keperawatan ners dan tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis psikoedukasi keluarga dan terapi kelompok terapeutik. Kelompok II hanya dilakukan tindakan keperawatan ners dan terapi kelompok terapeutik.
Hasil tindakan keperawatan menunjukkan semua anak usia sekolah mengalami peningkatan dalam aspek perkembangan dan kemampuan industry serta kemampuan keluarga. TKT mempengaruhi perkembangan anak usia sekolah secara signifikan. Pelaksanaan TKT anak usia sekolah dengan melibatkan orang tua pada saat terapi sangat direkomendasikan pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat dengan memberdayakan KKJ sebagai mitra perawat dalam mencapai perkembangan fase industry.

Stage of school age development are known by the industry versus inferiority that are range in the 6 12 years. This paper aims to describe the results of the implementation of group therapy, therapeutic TKT school age in the community by involving 30 school age, children are range 8 9 years, were divided into two large groups. The method used is a case study. Group I action nursing nurses and specialist nurses nursing actions family psychoeducation group therapy and therapeutic to empower the role KKJ of the volunteer in the home visit. Group II only do nurses and nursing actions therapeutic group therapy.
The results of nursing actions show all school age has increased in the aspects of development and the ability of industry and the ability of the family. TKT implementation of school age by involving parents at the time therapy is highly recommended in order of mental health services in the community by empowering KKJ as nursing partners in achieving the development phase of industry.

"Isolasi sosial merupakan masalah keperawatan di ruang Arimbi RS. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor dengan jumlah terbanyak (62,5 %) dari 48 klien yang dirawat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan Renidayati, keliat dan Sabri (2008) ditemukan tentang keefektifan terapi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah isolasi sosial klien yaitu terapi Social Skill training untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan sosialisasi Klien. Penelitian yang dilakukan Wiyati, Hamid dan Gayatri (2009) tentang efektifitas terapi Family Psychoeducation didapatkan hasil pada keluarga ada peningkatan kemampuan afektif dan psikomotor sehingga meningkatkan dukungan keluarga.
Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan terapi Social Skill Training dan Family Psychoeducation pada klien isolasi sosial dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Stress Adaptasi Stuart dan Model Sistem Neuman. Metode yang digunakan adalah study serial kasus. Tindakan diberikan pada 30 pasien isolasi sosial, 16 pasien mendapatkan terapi Social Skill training saja, 14 klien yang lain mendapatkan terapi Social Skill training dan family psychoeducation.
Hasil terapi menunjukan penurunan gejala isolasi sosial dan peningkatan kemampuan ketrampilan sosial lebih banyak pada pasien yang mendapatkan terapi social skill training dan terapi Family Psychoeducation dibandingkan dengan pasien isolasi sosial yang hanya mendapatkan terapi social Skill training. Rekomendasi dari karya ilmiah ini adalah terapi social skill training dan terapi Family Psychoeducation dapat menjadi standar terapi spesialis pada klien isolasi sosial.

Results of the therapy showed a reduction in symptoms of social isolation and increase social skills more ability in patients receiving therapy and social skills training Family Psychoeducation therapy compared with patients who only receive social isolation social therapy Skill training. Recommendation of this paper is therapeutic social skills training and therapy Family Psychoeducation may become standard therapy specialist in social isolation clients.

"Harga diri rendah merupakan masalah psikososial yang sering dialami oleh seseorang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya pada lansia. Tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi reminiscence, psikoedukasi keluarga dan suportif diberikan pada lansia dengan harga diri rendah bertujuan untuk melihat tanda gejala, kemampuan klien mengatasi harga diri rendah dan kemampuan keluarga serta kelompok dalam merawat. Tindakan keperawatan terhadap 5 lansia dengan harga diri rendah dilaporkan dalam bentuk laporan kasus. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah hilangnya tanda gejala harga diri rendah, meningkatnya kemampuan lansia dalam mengatasi harga diri rendah dan kemampuan keluarga serta kelompok dalam merawat. Studi ini merupakan salah satu evidence based efektivitas dari tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi reminiscence, psikoedukasi keluarga dan suportif terhadap lansia dengan harga diri rendah yang memerlukan evaluasi lanjut dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan jumlah pertemuan yang lebih sering.

Low self esteem is a psychosocial problem that is often experienced by a person in daily life and especially in the elderly. General nursing intervention, reminiscence therapy, family psychoeducation and support are given to the elderly who experience low self-esteem in order to see the signs of symptoms, the ability of the client to overcome low self-esteem and the ability of families and groups in caring. Nursing actions against 5 elderly people with low self-esteem are reported in the form of case report. The results obtained low self-esteem are loss of signs of, increased the ability of elderly in overcoming low self-esteem and ability of family and group in care. This study is one of an evidence-based from the effectiveness of general nursing intervention, reminiscence therapy, family psychoeducation and support toward the elderly with low self-esteem that requiring further evaluation with larger sample counts and more frequent meetings."

"[ABSTRAK
Pikiran negative pada klien harga diri rendah kronik menyebabkan klien sulit berpikir jernih dan logis terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran pengaruh penerapan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien harga diri rendah kronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan model stres dan adaptasi Stuart. Tindakan keperawatan terapi pikiran perilaku diberikan pada 20 klien dimana 15 keluarga klien diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga. Hasil pelaksanaan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi pada klien menunjukan adanya penurunan tanda gejala pada aspek social dan perilaku serta peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam pemberian terapi psikofarmaka dan mengunkapkan pikiran negative yang lebih besar dibanding klien dan yang hanya mendapatkan terapi pikiran dan perilaku, Kombinasi terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa.

"Tahun 2010 populasi lansia bertambah hingga 10% dari sekitar 13,85 juta jiwa (DitjenRehsos/kemensos, 2012). Setiap individu tidak bisa menghindari penuaan.Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik Lansia (TKT) dan Psikoedukasi Keluarga (PEK) merupakan salah satu sebagai intervensi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pencapaian Integritas diri lansia.
Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh TKT-PEK terhadap integritas diri dan dukungan keluarga lansia di RW I dan RW XI Kelurahan Tanah Baru Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Desain penelitian quasi experimental pre-post test group design. Sampel 79 lansia meliputi 40 klien kelompok TKT dan PEK, 39 klien kelompok TKT. Analisis data dengan t test dan regresi linier ganda.
Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada peningkatan integritas diri lansia secara bermakna pada kelompok yang mendapatkan TKT- PEK dan TKT secara bermakna p value ≤ 0,05. Peningkatan pada kelompok yang mendapat TKT dan PEK lebih tinggi secara bermakna dibandingkan dengan TKT saja (p value ≤ 0,005). Dukungan keluarga berhubungan secara bermakna dengan integritas diri lansia. TKT- PEK direkomendasikan diterapkan sebagai terapi keperawatan lanjutan dalam merawat lansia di komunitas.

In 2010 the elderly population increases up to 10% of the 13.85 million people (Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation / Ministry of Social Affairs, 2012). The aging process is inevitable, every individual must be able to deal with it. The ability to adapt to changes affecting the integrity of the elderly themselves. Psychotherapy can help seniors achieve personal integrity is TKT-PEK.
This study aims to determine the effect of TKT-PEK the integrity of self and family support elderly in RW I and RW XI New Lands Village North Bogor. Quasiexperimental research design pre-post test design group. Sample amounted to 79 elderly client groups that include 40 TKT-PEK, TKT 39 client groups. Analisia data by Independent Test and multiple linear regression.
The result is no difference between a given integrity TKT-PEK and TKT in his family to be given to the significance of 0.001. There is a significant relationship between family support with integrity elderly. TKT-PEK is the most contributing factor that increases the ability of elderly people to reach self-integrity characteristics of the elderly and other factors. TKT-PEK recommended to be applied as a therapy in advanced nursing care for the elderly in the community."
