Analisis Situasi
Creative entrepreneur adalah seseorang yang menanam modal melalui
bakatnya sendiri atau orang lain, yang jika dikelola dengan baik akan
menghasilkan manfaat bagi lingkungan dan ekonomi. Creative
entrepreneur merupakan langkah untuk mewujudkan ekonomi kreatif
Indonesia. Beberapa tahun belakangan, konsep creative entrepreneur
diminati oleh kalangan anak muda, tak terkecuali mahasiswa
Universitas Indonesia
Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat program ini antara lain memberikan informasi lengkap dan
memperkenalkan mahasiswa UI tentang creative entrepreneur.
Program ini bertujuan untuk memicu semangat kewirausahaan, melalui
bakat yang dimilikinya.
Prototipe yang Dikembangkan
Program radio yang diajukan adalah program yang khusus membahas
creative entrepreneur dengan sasaran khusus mahasiswa UI dan
sasaran umum anak muda Indonesia, dengan usia 18-35 tahun.
Program tersebut disajikan dalam format talk show dengan
mengundang narasumber, sesuai topik per pekannya. Topik-topik yang
ditawarkan tiap pekannya, berpedoman pada subsektor industri kreatif
Pekan Produk Kreatif Indonesia 2011 dan riset khalayak.
Evaluasi
-Pre test dilakukan dengan kuesioner online untuk mendapatkan
masukan agar program bisa lebih baik dan sesuai kebutuhan khalayak.
-Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner online
kepada pendengar program Be Creativepreneur!.
-Evaluasi dari pendengar juga dilakukan melalui analisis pesan yang
masuk melalui e-mail, SMS, maupun media sosial. Dari evaluasi ini
akan terlihat pula seberapa besar respon dan interaksi pendengar
terhadap program Be Creativepreneur!

The Developed Prototype
Radio program that is proposed is the particular program that
discusses creative entrepreneur with UI students as the certain target
and Indonesian youth aged 18-35 as the general target. The
program is presented in a format of talk show by inviting
interviewee, according to weekly topic. The topics that are offered
every week are based on subsector creative industry, Pekan Produk
Kreatif Indonesia 2011 and public research.
The Evaluation
-Pretest is done with online questionnaire to get suggestion so the
program can be better and fit the public needs.
-Evaluation is done by spreading online questionnaire method to the
listeners of program Be Creativepreneur!
-Evaluation is also done by analyzing messages in e-mail, SMS, and

"ABSTRAK
Industri kreatif di Indonesia menghadapi banyak peluang untuk berkembang. Kemajuan teknologi serta bonus demografi yang diharapkan di Indonesia menjembatani kemungkinan untuk mempercepat efisiensi industri kreatif yang akan berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi. Kaum muda harus menyadari pentingnya partisipasi kreatif mereka dalam media digital, karena mereka bertanggung jawab atas berlangsungnya kehidupan masyarakat. Rasa memiliki antar satu sama lain akan memulai bentuk kreatif lebih lanjut seperti kewiraswastaan, di mana manfaatnya bisa diberikan untuk individu maupun masyarakat. Makalah ini akan meneliti berbagai jenis partisipasi kreatif oleh anak muda, pentingnya, dan bagaimana hal itu dapat berdampak pada pengembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan tinjauan pustaka, wawancara mendalam, dan studi kasus. Kisah sukses yang ditemukan di kaum muda di bidang tertentu akan menjadi masukkan rekomendasi peneliti tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kesadaran kaum muda tentang pentingnya industri kreatif di Indonesia dan partisipasi mereka yang turut berpengaruh dalam perkembangannya.

ABSTRACT
Creative industry in Indonesia is facing a great deal of opportunities to develop. The advancement of technology as well as the expected demographic bonus in Indonesia bridges the possibility to accelerate the efficiency of the creative industry that will contribute to the growth of the economic sector. Young people must be well aware of the importance of their creative participation in digital media, as they are responsible for the occurrence of the society. The sense of belonging with others will then initiate further form of creative such as entrepreneurship, in which the benefits could be taken for individuals as well as for community. This paper will examine the different types of creative participation by youth, the importance, and how it may be impactful towards the development of creative industry in Indonesia. By using qualitative research methods, the research was done by doing literature review, in depth interview, and case study. The successful stories found in youth will then become insights for the researcher rsquo s recommendation on how to make youth to become aware of the importance of creative industry as well as their creative participation towards its development. "

"ABSTRAK
Kreativitas didefinisikan sebagai kreasi dari sebuah gagasan (dalam bentuk produk maupun tanggapan) yang sesuai, berguna dan baru. Namun, dengan kepentingan yang istimewa, kreativitas masih belum mendapat perhatian dalam riset ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran kreativitas terhadap kinerja wirausahawan muda. Selain itu, jenis insentif yang digunakan dalam mendorong peningkatan kreativitas juga akan dievaluasi. Penulis mendapatkan kinerja kreativitas dari wirausaha muda melalui ?tugas? yang bersifat ex-ante dalam 2 sistem insentif, flat rate dan kompetisi. Penulis mengacak sampel yang digunakan dalam perlakuan dasar dan kontrol. Hasi menunjukan bahwa, perlakuan dalam bentuk kompetisi gagal untuk meningkatkan kreativitas (secara signifikan); serta kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa dari wirausahawan disamping jenis kelamin, motivasi bisnis dan lama usaha. meskipun kreativitas terbukti penting dalam kinerja wirausahawan tetapi, kehadiran insentif dalam bentuk uang tidak dapat mendorong secara signifikan peningkatan dari kreativitas.

ABSTRACT
Creativity is the creation of ideas in the form of response or production that are appropriate, useful and novel. Yet, with its exceptional importance, there has not been much attention to creativity in economics research. This paper aims to investigate what factors contribute to level of creativity and the role of creativity towards young entrepreneur performance. Furthermore, it also evaluates various incentive systems that determine the creativity. We elicits the creativity performance of young entrepreneur, in the ex-ante goals and constraints task under two incentive schemes, a flat fee and a competition. We randomize the sample participants between base and control treatment. The results show that, the competition treatment fail to increase the creativity; creativity proves to significantly increase the entrepreneurs? performance along with the gender, business motivation and, business duration. Even though creativity is proven important on entrepreneur performance but, the presence of incentives especially in financial incentives cannot foster a significantly higher creativity."

Minat membaca masyarakat Indonesia masih tergolong rendah karena minimnya sarana, informasi, serta koleksi buku. Di sisi lain, upaya mengapresiasi karya sastra Indonesia mulai berkembang baik. Namun, kebanyakan orang cenderung menganggap sastra itu berat. Padahal sastra banyak memberikan manfaat. Diperlukan adanya program khusus soal karya sastra Indonesia untuk segmen dewasa muda. Media yang digunakan adalah radio karena meski jangkauannya luas tetapi bisa membangun hubungan personal.
Hasil riset khalayak terhadap 55 pendengar radio menunjukkan mayoritas dari mereka merasa butuh dan tertarik dengan ide program bertema sastra. Hampir semua responden setuju jika program karya sastra Indonesia ini direalisasikan.
Bagian 2: Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat bagi khalayak: Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya mengenal karya sastra Indonesia.
Manfaat bagi pengelola: Meningkatkan citra positif karena menghadirkan program yang mendidik masyarakat tentang sastra Indonesia.

Program bertema sastra ini mengusung format talkshow, dengan nama ?AKSARA? (Apresiasi Karya Sastra Indonesia). Program akan mengudara di KBR, setiap Sabtu, selama 1 jam, pukul 19.00-20.00 WIB. Program ini menghadirkan sastrawan, penyair, budayawan, atau kritikus sastra sebagai narasumber.
Bagian 4: Evaluasi
Media pre-test dilakukan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebanyak 2 kali. Peserta FGD adalah 10 orang berusia 20-30 tahun. Pre-test dilakukan sebulan sebelum hari siaran program dan setelah prototipe program diproduksi.
Evaluasi akan dilaksanakan secara aktif dan pasif, setelah program disiarkan. Metodenya adalah kuesioner digital dan memantau respon pendengar via SMS, email, dan Twitter.

On the other hand, many people tend to assume that literature is way too heavy, when actually it may give a very rewarding results to the ones study it. There is a growing need for a special program that discusses Indonesian literature targeting young adults segment. Radio became the media that the writer choose because it has the ability to reach a wide-scope of listeners, while still maintaining intimate-personal relationship with its designated listeners.
The result of audience?s research to the 55 radio listeners show that the majority of them need and excited to the idea of literature-themed programme. Most of them agree, incase this program of Indonesian literature to be created.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat dari mahasiswa akuntansi untuk menjadi entrepreneur sebagai pilihan karir. Theory of planned behavior (TPB) digunakan dalam menganalisis minat mahasiswa akuntansi. Sesuai dengan teori, tiga komponen yang diteliti berpengaruh positif terhadap minat untuk menjadi entrepreneur yaitu sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, serta kompetensi akuntansi dan manajemen bisnis sebagai proksi dari perceived behavioral control. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2012 dan 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa attitude toward entrepreneurial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi menjadi entrepreneur. Norma subjektif berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat menjadi entrepreneur. Kompetensi akuntansi dan manajemen bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi menjadi entrepreneur sebagai pilihan karir.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know about accounting students? interest to become an entrepreneur as a career choice. Theory of planned behavior (TPB) is used to analyse the interest of accounting students. Based on the theory, three factors are studied whether affects positively toward interest to become an entrepreneur. They are attitude toward entrepreneurial, subjective norm, and accounting competencies as a proxy of perceived behavioral control. Sample of this research is Accounting students in University of Indonesia batch 2012 and 2013. The result shows that attitude toward entrepreneurial positively affects interest of accounting students to become an entrepreneur. On the other hand, subjective norm negatively affects interest of accounting students to become an entrepreneur. Third factor, accounting and business management competencies doesn?t affect interest of accounting students to become an entrepreneur as a career choice

Analisis Situasi
Saat ini jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia didominasi oleh kaum muda. Penyebabnya, ketergantungan kaum muda untuk bekerja pada sektor pemerintahan. Kaum muda belum terdorong menjadi entrepreneur. Padahal, UKM di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun berkembang dengan baik. Namun, jumlah pengusaha muda di Indonesia masih sedikit. Kaum muda belum terdorong menjadi entrepreneur salah satunya karena akses informasi. Selama ini, akses tersebut terdapat pada buku. Namun, kaum muda lebih banyak mengkonsumsi media elektronik, yaitu radio. Di Jakarta sendiri, belum ada radio dengan segmentasi anak muda yang membuat program wirausaha.
BAGIAN 2
Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat bagi khalayak pendengar: Sebagai salah satu sumber ide dan insiprasi bagi kaum remaja untuk mengembangkan kreativitasnya dalam berwirausaha Manfaat bagi stasiun radio: Menambah varian program di radio Mustang FM.
Tujuan Sosial: Membantu memotivasi peningkatan jumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia.
Tujuan Ekonomi: Dapat menarik pengiklan dengan menawarkan program yang menarik dengan segmen pasar yang terbidik dengan baik.

Program ini bernama “Business is Me” dan berformat talk show. Program ini akan menghadirkan entrepreneur yang sudah sukses di sebuah bidang usaha, dan rencananya disiarkan setiap hari senin, pukul 17.00-18.00. Target pendengar program ini adalah remaja dan dewasa muda usia 15-26 tahun di Jabodetabek dengan SES A,B,C.
BAGIAN 4
Evaluasi
Pre test dilakukan dengan metode FGD. Para peserta akan dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok yang terdiri dari enam orang. Pre test akan dilakukan setelah prototipe program “Business is Me” selesai dibuat, dengan instrumen FGD sebagai panduan. Evaluasi akan dilakukan setelah empat episode pemutaran program. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui metode penyebaran kuesioner (bagi khalayak) serta melihat respon dari berbagai channel Mustang FM (email, twitter, website, facebook).

PART I
Situation Analysis
Currently the unemployment rate in Indonesia is dominated by young people due to dependency to work in the government sector. Young people are not pushed into entrepreneurs Whereas, the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are now developing. However, the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still lack. Young people are encouraged to become entrepreneur is not one of them because of access to information. During this time, there is access to books. However, more young people consume electronic media, especially radio. In Jakarta, there is no segmentation radio with young people who make entrepreneurship program.
PART 2
The Advantages and The Purposes of Prototype Development
Advantage for listener: As one of idea and inspiration source for youth to develop their creativity in entrepreneurship.
Advantage for radio station: To enlarge various program at Mustang
Social Objective: To encourage and to emphasize government program in order to motivate the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia.
Economic Objective: To captivate advertiser with interesting program, well set target market.
PART 3
Develop Prototype
The progam is “Business is Me” It is a talk show. Successful entrepreneur will appear in this program that will be broadcasted every Monday, 5 PM-6 PM. Target audience is teenager and adults, 15-26 year old living in Jabodetabek, SES A,B,C.
PART 4
Evaluation
Pre test will be conducted with FGD. Participants will be devided into two groups contains with 6 persons. Pre test will be held after the Business is Me prototype has done, with FDG as guide. Evaluation will be conducted after 4 episodes broadcasted. Evaluation will use questioner and observase response from many channel of Mustang FM (email, twitter, website, facebook).

"ABSTRAK
Disertasi ini membahas dinamika hubungan antar pengusaha di bidang industri otomotif dan penguasa tahun 1969 hingga tahun 1998. Penulis membedakan kajian ini ke dalam tiga periode; mencari format industri, menuju kematangan industri dan mewujudkan kemandirian industri otomotif. Dengan menarik kurun waku ke belakang sebelum masa Orde Baru serta dalam perjalanan industri selama tiga periode tersebut, studi ini menemukan adanya perubahan yang penulis sebut sebagai ?the shifting patronage?. Teori dan pendekatan ?strukturasi? dari Giddens terlihat nyata dalam dinamika hubungan antara pengusaha dan penguasa. Pola yang dihasilkan oleh hubungan-hubungan tersebut penulis sebut sebagai ?symbiotic relationship?.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the dynamic relationship in automobile industry between entrepreneur and the power in 1969-1998. The length of this study can be divided in three periods; seeking the industrial form, going to maturity, and realizing the industrial autonomous. Looking back to the Old Order and analyzing along three periods, this research has found that the structural transformed the interactions between actors - ?the shifting patronage?. The Giddens approach and theory of ?structuration? is really clear in this industry and the model of this phenomenon is called as ?symbiotic relationship?."
