"Analisis Eksekutif
Sekolah Otonom Sanggar Anak Akar merupakan sebuah sekolah yang didirikan pada November 1994 di daerah Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Sekolah ini merupakan pengembangan dari sebuah program open house yang dilakukan oleh Biro Advokasi Anak, Institut Sosial Jakarta pada tahun 1989. Sekolah ini lahir dari keinginan untuk memberikan rasa aman bagi anak-anak jalanan agar bisa berkembang dan membuat mereka mampu mengekspresikan ide serta kemampuan yang dimiliki. Sanggar Anak Akar melihat jika lingkungan anak-anak jalanan sangatlah tidak kondusif dan tidak baik untuk perkembangan anak. Siswa-siswi Sanggar Anak Akar juga ingin meluruskan pandangan yang menganggap jika mereka adalah anak jalanan biasa yang tidak bisa melakukan apa-apa. Sanggar Anak Akar sangat menekankan pada pengembangan kreativitas siswa-siswinya. Beberapa prestasi dari Sanggar Anak Akar di bidang seni adalah terpilih untuk menjadi ensamble musik di Kongres Perempuan Asia Pasifik 2002 di Bangkok, Thailand, memproduksi album yang berjudul ?Gema Gita Mahardika?, sukses menggelar Konserta Gema Gita Mahardika yang bekerjasama dengan PPHUI di tahun 2013, dan berhasil menggelar sebuah pagelaran teater di bulan November 2014 yang berjudul ?Sayap-sayap Mimpi?. Selain itu, Sanggar Anak Akar sering ditunjuk sebagai perwakilan DKI Jakarta di festival-festival seni di Indonesia seperti di Jember Fashion Festival. Segala pencapaian ini tidak lepas dari kuatnya kerjasama yang mereka miliki baik dengan lembaga donor, sekolah swasta nasional maupun internasional, hingga Sahabat Akar yang selalu mendukung segala kegiatan Sanggar Anak Akar, baik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun pementasan seni.
Sahabat Akar adalah para praktisi yang sudah memiliki pengalaman yang banyak di bidangnya masing-masing namun memiliki komitmen untuk membantu anak-anak Sanggar Anak Akar agar bisa memiliki kemampuan lain. Peran Sahabat Akar sangatlah penting karena mereka berbagi pengalaman kepada siswa-siswi Sanggar Anak Akar. Selain itu, Sahabat Akar sangatlah loyal terhadap Sanggar Anak Akar sehingga keberadaannya bisa diandalkan. Sanggar Anak Akar menyadari bahwa terjadi kekosongan pada penggunaan media untuk menyebarkan visi mereka. Sanggar Anak Akar juga memiliki berbagai macam prestasi di bidang seni dan memiliki siswa-siswi yang sudah mendapatkan pelajaran ilmu jurnalistik sehingga akan percuma jika kemampuan yang sudah dimiliki ini tidak dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Situation Analysis
Sanggar Anak Akar is a school that was established in November 1994 in the area of Cipinang, East Jakarta. The school was developed from an open house program conducted by the Bureau of Child Advocacy, Jakarta Social Institute in 1989. Sanggar Anak Akar was born from the desire to provide security for street children in order to grow and make them able to express their ideas and capabilities. Sanggar Anak Akar sees if the environment of street children is not conducive and not good for children's development. In addition to that, Sanggar Anak Akar students also want to straighten the common paradigms that assume if they were ordinary street children who cannot do anything.
Sanggar Anak Akar emphasis on developing creativity of students. Some of the achievements of Sanggar Anak Akar students in art were chosen to be the musical ensemble in the Asia-Pacific Women's Congress 2002 in Bangkok, Thailand, producing an album titled "Gema Mahardika Gita", successfully held Konserta Gema Gita Mahardika in cooperation with PPHUI in 2013, and successfully staged a theatrical performance in the month of November 2014, entitled "Sayap-sayap Mimpi". Additionally, Sanggar Anak Akar students are often appointed as the representative of Jakarta at art festivals in Indonesia as in Jember Fashion Festival. All of this achievements cannot be separated from the strength they have good cooperation with aid bodies, national and international private schools, to Sahabat Akar whose always supports all the activities of Sanggar Anak Akar students, both in teaching and learning activities and art performances.
Sahabt Akar are practitioners who already have a lot of experience in their respective fields, but committed to helping children Anak roots in order to master soft-skill abilities. Sahabat Akar have got very important role because they share experiences to students Anak Roots. In addition, the Sahabat Akar is very loyal to Anak roots so that its presence can be relied on.
Sanggar Anak Akar realizes that there is a vacant occurs in the use of media to spread their vision. Sanggar Anak Akar also have a wide range of achievements in the arts and have students who already had a class journalism that would be useless if it already possessed this ability not developed further.

"This study ducusses anak pinggiran who survive for life in the city of Jakarta
which is growing into a capitalistic city. The existence of such children in big cities,
especially in the cities of developing countries, as a matter of fact, has been a global
phenomenon, that means their presence in such cities is almost unavoidable. The term of
anal: pinggiran here refers to urban children Who because of poverty have got very bad
living conditions and very limited access to societal resources, such as education and play
grounds, provided by the city. Anak pinggiz-an covers two groups of poor children
surviving for life in Jakarta, namely street children and those living in slum areas. Among
thousanm of such chddren found in Jakarta, some are recruited by Sanggar Anal: Akar,
one of the non-govemmental institutions which takes care of the children?s life. Those
who are recruited are then called anak Sanggar.
Sanggar recruits the children and gathers them in some rumah terbulaz (open
houses) situated close to the locations where the children live or survive. The children of
the commtmities around the open houses are called basic C0¢'lllI?llII\ili¢8~, and so far
Sanggar has had coordination with five basic communities, namely Jatinegara, Cakung,
Penas Lama, Rawa Panjang, and Bantar Gebang Bckasi, Within these communities the
children are tnined and educated with an intention of elaborating and developing their
potentials. Periodically. usually on Sundays, they are brought to Sanggar, a bigger open
house, which has been the center of activities and information In Sanggar the children
have some exercises in, among other things, dramatnrgy, music, journalism, and English
classes. The children are freed to choose what activity(ies) they prefer to join. The
freedom of choosing activity(ies) is intended to create children?s intrinsic motivation
became such a motivation will be able to make them join the activities happily, seriomiy,
and fill! of enthusiasm.
This study is intended to observe and explore the changes of the ehi1dren's
behavior and attitude afler being trained and educated through the various activities
which take place in Sanggar and other places as well. Besides, it is also intended to sec, if
any, the childrcn's aspiration for a better life in the future. During the research period,
from December 1999 to July 2000, I tried to bc among the children as much as possible"

"Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang seberapa jauh kedudukan dari suatu komunitas musik sastra dalam pengaruhnya terhadap identitas ruang dari lokasi tempat berkumpul komunitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pembentukan identitas ruang yang dikemukakan oleh Peter J.M Nas (2011) sebagai landasan utama didukung dengan teori penggolongan ruang publik berdasarkan sifatnya, menurut Habermas (1989). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dimana dalam proses pengumpulan datanya digunakan metode observasi secara partisipatif sehingga analisis yang dilakukan lebih kuat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Analisis dari pengaruh kedudukan komunitas ini disesuaikan dengan sifat ruang publik yang digunakan sebagai sarana bergiat komunitas musik sastra. Dengan leburnya identitas dari komunitas musik sastra dan identitas dari lokasi yang dimaksud, maka dapat diamati sejauh mana komunitas tersebut memegang kendali terhadap image yang dibentuk dari lokasi tempat berkumpul tersebut. Pada jenis ruang publik, keberadaan komunitas musik sastra ini menjadi faktor penentu utama terjadinya perubahan identitas ruang publik. Sedangkan pada ruang yang sifatnya privat dan quasi, keberadaan komunitas musik sastra menjadi faktor penguat dari identitas ruang yang telah ada sebelumnya.

This research tells about how far the impression of classical music community for the identity of space where the community is living. This study uses a theory of identity formation proposed by Peter J.M Nas (2011) as the primary basis supported by the theory of the public sphere based on its classification, according to Habermas (1989). The method that used for the analysis is qualitative method with participative observation method for data collection that can make strong and valid analysis. The analysis technique to measure the rank of impression from the existing classical music community is adapted by the characteristic of public space which is used for the community’s activities. By fusing the identity of classical music community and the identity of the place, can be observed how far the community take over the image that was made from the location. For the public space, the existence of classical music community is the main factor that makes the public space identity transforms. But in the private space and the quasi, the existence of the classical music community contributes as reinforcing factor for the existing identity of space.

"Dampak dari efek media teiah menjadi perdebatan scjak dahulu. Dibutuhkan suatu sikap kritis dari individu untuk menyadari bahwa fjdak semua pesan media bermanfaat buat mereka. W. James Potter (2005) menyatakan bahwa anak-anak diperlakuktm sebagai audience khusis karena beresiko tinggi untuk terkena dampak negatif dari efek pesan media karena mereka berada pada posisi terendah dalam perkembangan kognitili emosi dan moral- serta karena mereka kekurangan pengalaman nyata untuk memproses pesan media dengan baik. Tesis ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan media use dan media exposure terhadap tingkat Media Literacy, serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling mempengaruhi tingkat media literacy. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar di Kota Malang kecamatan Lowokwam yang dipilih mclalui teknik probability sampling, yaitu proparsional random sampling. Data yang di dapat dari selumh responden tersebut Kemudian diproses dengan menggunakan teknik statistik multivariate, yaitu analisis muItioIeregresi.Hasii pengujian statistik kemudian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara variabel Media Use terhadap variabel tingkat Media Literacy. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung yang signifikan hanya terdapat pada hubungan antara variabel Media Exposure terhadap variabel Tingkat Media Literacy.

The impact of media effects to children has been the subject of much debate since time immemorial. It is critical for viewers to be aware that the messages they receive from media sources may not necessarily been entirely important. James W. Potter (2005) assert that children have been treated as a special audience for being at higher risk for negative effects of media messages because they are at lower levels of development-cognitively, emotionally, and morally--and because they lack the degree of real-world experience necessary to process media messages well. This research prompt one to test if media use and media exposure does actually correlate with level of media literacy, and guides this research’s leading question of which variable affect more in explaining level of media literacy. Research has been conduct thrugh elementary students in 4"‘ and 5"‘ grade in Malang, Lowokwaru. Through quantitative survey study, a conelation between media use and media exposure is significantly supported. Multiple regression method shows that media exposure is the most determining factors to explain level of children media literacy."

Jadi kebutuhan akan lingkungan yang responsif adalah essensial dan mutlak dalam proses perkembangan intelegensi seseorang dan akan merupakan dasar dari awal pertumbuhan kreativitas.
Oleh sebab itu diharapkan ruang-ruang untuk pengembangan kreativitas anak harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak dan mencerminkan kebebasan psikologis sehingga anak- anak akan lebih leluasa mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang ada pada dirinya.
Telaah tentang pengaruh ruang terhadap kreativitas anak dengan meninjau tempat anak selain di rumah dan sekolah, yaitu sebuah sanggar atau yang telah menjadi trend saat ini yaitu Tempat Penitipan Anak, bagaimanakah tempat-tempat tersebut menyediakan ruang bermain dan belajar untuk anak dan sejauh apa pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan kreativitas anak."

"Program gizi anak sekolah seimbang yang dijadikan bentuk intervensi keperawatan komunitas untuk menanggulangi masalah gizi kurang, yang dilakukan oleh keluarga dan anak usia sekolah dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat dibentuk kelompok pendukung (KP GASS) sebagai wadah yang mendukung terlaksananya program inovasi GASS. Penulisan bertujuan memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan GASS dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan komunitas integrasi model manajemen pelayanan kesehatan, CAP, FCN, dan TPP pada anak usia sekolah gizi kurang di Kelurahan Cisalak Pasar, Depok. Hasil praktik KM GASS sebagai penilaian penerapan GASS, terjadinya peningkatan status gizi anak usia sekolah sebanyak 80% anak terjadinya peningkatan BB dan tinggi badan selama 8 bulan, peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga 7,3, sikap 7,82, dan keterampilan keluarga 23,2 dari 2 SD, KP GASS aktif sampai akhir evaluasi kader yang aktif 7 orang yang sebelumnya 10 orang, tingkat kemandirian keluarga dari 10 keluarga 70% keluarga dengan tingkat kemandirian IV.

The Balanced Nutrition program of school-age children as the intervention strategy of Nursing Community to cope the malnutrition problem, performed by school-age children and family with the empowerment community in a supported group (as called KP GASS), it is a forum whom support the GASS innovation program. The aim of writing is to give the scheme of GASS implementation in the service nursing community care of health service, integrated with a model of health service management, CAP, FCN, and TPP on the malnutrition of school-age children in the Cisalak market district, Depok. The result practice of KM GASS as the assessment of GASS implementation, an increased occurence of nutrition status of school-age children as much as 80% of the children have overweight body scale and height for 8 months, the increasing family knowledge being 7.3, the behaviour 7.82 and the family comprehence skll being 23.2 from two (2) elementary school level, KP GASS is still active until the end of evaluation cadres active 7 people who formerly 10 people, the level of self-sufficiency family from 10 families with 7 people are still active as the previous analysis in ten (10) people, 70% family could be in the 4th level of self-sufficiency.

"Skripsi ini mendeskripsikan dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh ISCO Foundation, secara spesifik di ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai, di masa Pandemi COVID-19 yang dibahas dari disiplin Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Pandemi COVID-19 dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada anak, khususnya anak yang berada di fase remaja dan hidup dalam kemiskinan. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan dukungan sosial dalam rangka mendukung remaja tersebut. ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai merupakan salah satu pemberi dukungan sosial kepada anak dampingan mereka sebagai anak yang hidup dalam kemiskinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan gambaran dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh ISCO Foundation kepada anak dampingan di masa Pandemi COVID-19 serta hambatan yang ditemukan dalam pemberian dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan triangulasi sumber data untuk meningkatkan kualitas penelitian. Rentang waktu penelitian ini berlangsung sejak September 2021 sampai dengan Juni 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara semi terstruktur yang dilakukan kepada delapan orang informan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria informan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Selain itu, studi kepustakaan juga digunakan untuk memperkaya analisis substansi penelitian ini. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa di masa Pandemi COVID-19, ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai telah memberlakukan sistem daring dan sistem luring. Dari berbagai konteks tersebut, ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai senantiasa memberikan dukungan dalam bentuk dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasional, dan dukungan afirmatif. Sementara itu, hambatan dalam memberikan dukungan sosial dapat dilihat dari faktor anak dampingan dan faktor ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangsih bagi Program Studi Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial untuk menambah temuan fenomena sosial terkait kesejahteraan anak serta kelompok manusia pada fase remaja (adolescence) di Mata Kuliah Kesejahteraan Anak dan Perlindungan Anak serta Mata Kuliah Tingkah Laku Manusia dan Lingkungan Sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan sumbangsih pada Mata Kuliah Pengantar Psikologi bagi Kesejahteraan Sosial terkait dengan konsep dukungan sosial.

This study explains the social support provided by the ISCO Foundation, particularly the ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai, during the COVID-19 pandemic to their assisted children, discussed from the social welfare field of study. Children, especially children in the adolescent phase who live in poverty, can be impacted because of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this reason, social support is essential for them. ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai is one of the providers of social support for their assisted children as children who live in poverty. This study aims to explore the portrait of the social support provided by the ISCO Foundation to their assisted children during the COVID-19 pandemic and the obstacles within it. This research is qualitative-descriptive research with data source triangulation to improve the quality of research. This research was carried out from September 2021 to June 2022. The data collection technique used in this research is semi-structured interviews with eight informants who were selected based on the criteria of the informants with the purposive sampling technique. Addedly, the literature review technique was also used to enrich the analysis of the substance of this research. This thesis demonstrates that during the COVID-19 Pandemic, ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai implemented online and offline methods. From these various contexts, ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai constantly provides support in the form of emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, and affirmative support. In parallel, the obstacle factor when providing social support encountered in assisted children and ISCO Foundation Sanggar Manggarai. The results of this thesis can contribute to the Social Welfare Study Program to add to the findings of social phenomena related to the welfare of children and human groups in the adolescence phase in the Child Welfare and Child Protection Course and the Human Behavior and Social Environment Course. In addition, this thesis can also contribute to the Introduction to Psychology for Social Welfare Course related to the social support concept."

"Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk menilai pelaksanaan program bantuan pendidikan dan pemberdayaan anak yang dilaksanakan oleh Indonesian Street Children Organization (ISCO Foundation) untuk anak ekonomi rendah di Sanggar Gege. Model evaluasi dalam studi ini adalah Main Analytical Categories dan Analisis SWOT dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan penerima pemanfaat dan pelaksana program. Peneliti melakukan evaluasi pada tiga program utama ISCO Foundation yaitu Bantuan Pendidikan, Sanggar Kegiatan Anak, serta Nutrisi Tambahan dan Kesehatan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga program ISCO Foundation memiliki relevansi yang baik. Program yang memberikan banyak manfaat adalah Bantuan Pendidikan dan Sanggar Kegiatan Anak, kedua program ini memiliki efektivitas dan impact yang baik serta dapat dirasakan penerima progam. Implementasi program Nutrisi Tambahan dan Kesehatan perlu ditingkatkan karena penilaian dimensi impact belum dirasakan dan efektivitasnya perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Partisipasi penerima program pada tahap pelaksaan sudah baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan capacity building anak dampingan yaitu peningkatan IQ dan EQ, serta dapat meningkatkan capacity building orang tua dampingan dalam mengasuh anak. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, secara internal ISCO memiliki kemampuan organisasional yang baik namun kurang memaksimalkan partisipasi penerima program dalam meningkatkan implementasi program. Secara eksternal ISCO terbuka dengan kerja sama pihak ketiga, namun memiliki ancaman lingkungan yang rawan banjir dan pandemi. Melalui evaluasi ini, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk memaksimalkan partisipasi penerima program dalam memberikan sumbangan ide saat evaluasi dan memanfaatkan media digital dalam berkomunikasi di masa pandemi. Sebaiknya ISCO membuat indikator keberhasilan yang rinci untuk setiap programnya untuk mengukur keberhasilan program.

This evaluation was carried out to assess the implementation of the educational assistance and child empowerment program by Indonesian Street Children Organization Foundation (ISCO Foundation) for low-income children in Sanggar Gege. The main model for the evaluation is Main Analytical Categories and SWOT Analysis by using qualitative method with in-depth interviews with beneficiaries and program implementers. Researcher conduct an evaluation on ISCO’s three main programs, which are Children Educational Support, Children's Activities Center, also Health and Nutrition. This study shows that the three ISCO Foundation programs have good relevance. Program that provides many benefits are Children Educational Support and Children's Activities Center, these two programs have good effectiveness and impact that can be felt by the program recipients. Implementation of Health and Nutrition program need to be further enhanced because the impact dimension assessment has not been felt and its effectiveness needs to be improved. The participation of program recipients at the implementation stage is good so that it can increase the assisted children’s capacity, i.e. IQ and EQ, and also increase the capacity of assisted parents in raising children. According to SWOT analysis, internally ISCO has good organizational capacity but doesn’t maximize the participation of program recipients in improving program implementation. Externally ISCO open with cooperation with third parties, but has environmental threats that are flood-prone and pandemic. Through this evaluation, researchers recommend to maximize the participation of the recipient program in contributing ideas during the evaluation and utilizing digital media in communicating during the pandemic. ISCO would better make key performance indicator for its program to measure the success of the program."
