Makalah ini akan membahas tentang grup yang terdiri dari individual individual yang tinggal di 3/37 Sandford Street, St Lucia, Brisbane, Australia, yang terdiri dari tiga orang teman saya dan saya sendiri, yang semuanya berasal dari Indonesia. Makalah ini akan membahas tentang informasi umum grup ini (sejarah, perspektif, guna, dan tujuan) dan saya juga akan membahas hal ini secara analitikal.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menghasilkan bukti empiris dampak migrasi terhadap kesejahteraan
rumah tangga di Indonesia, menggunakan data panel Indonesia Family Life
Survey (IFLS) tahun 2000 dan 2007, dan metode difference-in-differences dengan
propensity score matching. Penelitian ini mengestimasi dampak migrasi pada
rumah tangga migran kerja dan rumah tangga migran nonkerja dalam hal
pendapatan perkapita, beberapa variabel pengeluaran perkapita dan aset perkapita
rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa migrasi kerja berdampak
terhadap total pengeluaran perkapita rumah tangga, pengeluaran murni pangan
perkapita rumah tangga, dan pengeluaran rutin nonpangan perkapita rumah tangga.
Sedangkan migrasi nonkerja berdampak terhadap pendapatan perkapita dan aset
perkapita rumah tangga. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis dampak migrasi terhadap
remitansi pada rumah tangga dengan menggunakan data transfer sebagai proksi.
Migrasi kerja menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pengeluaran transfer
perkapita rumah tangga, namun tidak terbukti memiliki dampak terhadap nett
transfer perkapita rumah tangga. Sementara migrasi nonkerja menunjukkan
dampak yang signifikan terhadap nett transfer perkapita rumah tangga. Penelitian
ini juga menganalisis dampak migrasi terhadap suplai tenaga kerja rumah tangga
dimana ditemukan bahwa migrasi kerja membawa dampak signifikan, namun
migrasi nonkerja tidak menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap suplai
tenaga kerja rumah tangga.

Menurut model sistem seksual Abramson, faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur kognitif seseorang sehingga ia
menampilkan perilaku seksual tertentu adalah faktor
kematangan, faktor norma sosial (narma agama, masyarakat,
teman sebaya), faktor standar yang ditanamkan orang tua,
faktor pengalaman seksual sebelumnya, faktor peristiwa
endukrinologis, faktor rangsang yang dikondisikan dan tak
dikondisikan, faktor fisiologis serta faktor parameter
situasi.
Dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat faktor-faktor
tersebut pada subyek, faktur yang
dirasakan/muncul/terlintas sesaat sebelum subyek terlibat
dalam perilaku hubungan seks pranikah serta bagaimana
faktor yang dirasakan/muncul/terlintas itu mempengaruhi struktur kognitif subyek sehingga subyek akhirnya terlibat
dalam perilaku tersebut. Selain itu akan dilakukan juga
tinjauan terhadap tiga hal yang dianggap berkaitan dengan
perilaku hubungan seks pranikah. Ketiga hal tersebut
adalah: situasi keluarga, ketaatan beribadah, dan hal-hal
yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan dan pendidikan seksual.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus yang
dilakukan terhadap 5 orang remaja puteri yang berusia
antara 11 - 24 tahun dan belum menikah. Teknik
pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan wawancara mendalam.
Analisis dilakukan pada setiap kasus secara individual dan
rangkuman analisis dalam bentuk tabel.
Dari hasil analisis terhadap lima kasus dengan model
sistem seksual Abramson diperoleh hasil bahwa
faktor-faktor yang dirasakan/muncul/terlintas sesaat
sebelum subyek terlibat dalam hubungan seks pranikah
adalah hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan norma sementara
hal-hal yang bersifat biologis umumnya tidak disadari.
Tidak dipungkiri, faktor emosional dan situasional
berperan dalam keterlibatan subyek dengan hubungan seks
pranikah.
Dari analisis terhadap situasi keluarga diketahui
kurangnya pengawasan orang tua, pola asuh orang tua yang
permisif berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan subyek dalam
perilaku hubungan seks pranikah. Terlihat pula adanya
gangguan komunikasi antara orang tua anak yang tampil
dalam perilaku negatif dari orang tua anak atau sebaliknya. Ketaatan beribadah dan latar belakang
keluarga yang religius tidak menjamin subyek tidak
terlibat dalam perilaku tersebut. Semua subyek tidak
pernah mendapat pendidikan seks dari orang tuanya. Subyek
lebih suka membicarakan masalah seksual bukan dengan orang
tua melainkan dengan teman.
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dirasakan pentingnya
pendidikan seks tidak hanya untuk remaja tapi juga untuk
orang tua.

"ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Chairside teaching merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran di tahap klinik pendidikan dokter gigi yang memberikan perawatan secara langsung pada pasien. Meskipun telah dinyatakan kompeten dalam melakukan tindakan pada phantom gigi, namun mahasiswa tetap membutuhkan pengalaman klinis dengan bimbingan dan umpan balik konstruktif dari staf pengajar. Umpan balik konstruktif merupakan media pembelajaran yang penting dalam membantu mahasiswa menganalisis hal baik dan buruk dalam performanya sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik pemberian umpan balik konstruktif pada chairside teaching
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di FKG Universitas YARSI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam pada pemangku kebijakan, FGD Focus Group Discussion) dengan dosen klinik dan mahasiswa tahap profesi. Triangulasi data dilakukan dengan observasi pelaksanaan pemberian umpan balik konstruktif pada chairside teaching, serta studi dokumen selama bulan Januari sampai dengan April 2019. Hasil wawancara mendalam dan FGD dituliskan dalam bentuk transkrip verbatim lalu dilakukan analisis tematik.
Hasil: Pengambilan data melalui FGD staf pengajar terlaksana dalam 2 kelompok (8 dan 6 staf), FGD mahasiswa profesi sebanyak 2 kelompok (masing-masing 8 mahasiswa), dan wawancara mendalam pada 5 staf pemangku kebijakan. Tiga tema utama disepakati oleh seluruh informan pada penelitian ini. Tema pertama yaitu peran staf dalam pendidikan profesi di kedokteran gigi. Staf pengajar klinik merasa memiliki peran sebagai pengelola pendidikan, membimbing dan melakukan supervisi, mendidik profesionalisme, dan mengevaluasi pekerjaan mahasiswa. Kedua, pembelajaran klinik dengan pasien di kedokteran gigi chairside teaching. Pada pembelajaran ini terdapat supervisi, kurikulum tahap klinik dan mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Ketiga, proses pemberian umpan balik dalam pembelajaran klinik dengan pasien. Proses pemberian umpan balik dilakukan dengan berbagai cara serta ditemukan tantangan dalam pemberian dan tindak lanjut terhadap umpan balik.
Diskusi: Proses pemberian umpan balik pada chairside teaching merupakan suatu siklus interaksi antara mahasiswa, dosen klinik, dan pasien. Siklus interaksi ini membentuk suatu sistem yang langsung berhubungan dengan mahasiswa (microsystem). Menurut Teori sistem ekologi, beberapa microsystem akan saling berhubungan membentuk mesosystem yang akan memengaruhi penerimaan dan tindak lanjut mahasiswa terhadap umpan balik yang diberikan. Berbagai sistem lain seperti kurikulum pendidikan profesi kedokteran gigi exosystem), budaya institusi macrosystem), serta berbagai pengalaman belajar yang diterima oleh mahasiswa selama pendidikannya (chronosystem) akan turut memengaruhi proses pemberian dan penerimaan umpan balik.
Simpulan: Perbedaan persepsi antara pemangku kebijakan, staf pengajar dan mahasiswa terkait proses pemberian umpan balik konstruktif pada chairside teaching diidentifikasi terutama penerimaan mahasiswa dan upaya tindak lanjut terhadap umpan balik yang diberikan. Perbedaan persepsi ini dipengaruhi oleh interaksi mahasiswa dengan berbagai sistem yang ada dalam lingkungan pembelajarannya sehingga dibutuhkan intervensi yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, institusi serta intervensi terhadap interaksi antara ketiganya.

ABSTRACT
Background: Chairside teaching is one of the teaching-learning methods used in clinical stage of dentistry that enable students to provide direct care to patients under supervision. Despite being deemed competent after training with phantom head, real clinical experiences are still needed in which one of the roles of teachers is to give constructive feedback. Constructive feedback is an essential and powerful learning tool that gives opportunity for students to analyze what went well and what to improve. This study aimed to explore the practice of giving constructive feedback in the chairside teaching.
Methods: This qualitative study, adopting a case study design, obtained participants' perspectives on feedback through in-depth interview with leaders and focus group discussion (FGD) with students and clinical teachers. Data triangulation was carried out by observing the implementation of chairside teaching, as well as document analysis in January to April 2019. A thematic analysis was conducted to identify recurrent themes in relation to experiences of giving or receiving constructive feedback during chairside teaching.
Results: A total of 5 in-depth interviews, 2 FGDs with clinical teachers (8 and 6 teachers), and 2 FGDs with clinical students (8 students per group), were completed. Three main themes were identified. The first theme was the role of clinical teacher in dentistry. Clinical teachers realized the role as manager, giving guidance and supervision, teaching professionalism, and evaluating students' performance. Second, clinical learning with patients in dentistry. Supervision, the curriculum of clinical phase, and active involvement of students in the learning process, were discussed. Third theme was on feedback provision in chairside teaching. The feedback was provided in various ways and various challenges were identified in giving and receiving feedback.
Discussion: The process of giving feedback on chairside teaching is a cyclical interaction between students, clinical teachers, and patients. This interaction forms a system that is directly related to students (microsystem). According to the ecological system theory, several microsystems will be interconnected to form a mesosystem that will affect the acceptance and students' follow-up to the feedback. The other systems such as the curriculum of dental clinical stage (exosystem), institutional culture (macrosystem), and various learning experiences received by students during their education (chronosystem) might also influence the process of giving and receiving feedback.
Conclusion: There were differences in perceptions among respondents regarding the process of providing constructive feedback, especially on students' acceptance and follow-up efforts on the feedback given. It is influenced by student interaction with various systems that exist in the clinical learning environment so that a comprehensive intervention involving lecturers, students, institutions and interventions for interactions between those three aspects, is needed."
