"Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan kewiraswastaan dan persepsi nilai terhadap intensi berwiraswasta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel 130 responden mahasiswa Program Ekstensi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara langsung dan melalui e-mail selama bulan Oktober-Desember 2013. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 2.0 yang telah banyak digunakan dalam penelitian terkait kewiraswastaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan kewiraswastaan dan persepsi nilai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwiraswasta.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Skills and Value Perception toward Entrepreneurial Intentions. The study was conducted with a sample of 130 respondents of Economic Faculty Extension Program of University of Indonesia students. The survey was conducted during the month of October-December 2013. Data analysis and hyphotesis testing using the Partial Least Square technique with SmartPLS 2.0 that has been satisfactorily applied on entrepreneurship studies. Analytical results obtained results that Entrepreneurial Skills and Value Perception has a positive significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions.

"This research aims to study the intentions of students in entrepreneurship by using the theory of
planned behavior of Fishbein and Ajzein. This study was conducted in six state universities in Indonesia,
namely University A in Northern Sumatra, University B in Western Sumatra, University C
in Jakarta, University D in Yogyakarta, University E in Eastern Java and University F in Southern
Sulawesi with total sample of 600 final year students. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential
statistics using SPSS 11.5 and structural equation models using LISREL software to test the
models. The result shows that the theory of planned behavior is proven significant to predict students’
entrepreneurial intention simultaneously in those six universities, whereas subjective norm
was the strongest variable in the modeling. However, significant differences were found between
results from each university, when analyzed separately. The model has different partial impact in
each university, whereas the model only worked significantly in University D and F. Meanwhile, in
University A, B and E some variables do not significantly influenced entrepreneurial intention and
for University C, we believe that there are other variables that may explain the students’ entrepreneurial
intention in University C since the model proved insignificantly to predict their entrepreneurial
intention."

"Perkembangan Internet yang pesat mendorong industri online content service tumbuh dengan cepat. Banyak aplikasi yang menyediakan akses untuk download musik digital melalui Smartphone, Tablet, MP4 Player, atau Personal Computer. Untuk dapat berhasil dalam menjual musik digital secara online, sangatlah penting untuk mengetahui alasan kenapa pelanggan mau atau tidak mau membayar untuk musik digital online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh persepsi nilai terhadap minat beli musik digital melalui iTunes Store dan menganalisa pengaruh kesadaran etis konsumen tentang pembajakan online terhadap ke dua variable tersebut.
Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Lisrel sebagai pengolah data, perceived usefulness tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perceived value. Perceived of enjoyment memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perceived value. Technicality memberikan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap perceived value, Perceived fee memberikan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perceived value. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi nilai memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli musik digital melalui iTunes Store dan pengaruh kesadaran etika diri konsumen yang tinggi tentang pembajakan online memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi nilai dan keinginan membeli musik digital di iTunes Store.

The proliferation of the internet has encouraged the growth of online content service industry. There are lots of applications that provide access to download digital music through Smartphone, Tablet, MP4 Player, or Personal Computer. In order for the music digital to succeed, it is essential to understand why consumers are willing to pay for digital music online. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of perceived value and purchase intention in the context of digital music through iTunes Store and analyze the influence the ethical self-efficacy for online piracy with the other two variable.
With Lisrel application to run the data, the result indicate perceived usefulness doesn’t have significant influence on perceived value, while perceived of enjoyment have significant influence on perceived value. Technicality doesn’t have significant influence on perceived value. Perceived fee have negative significant influence on perceived value. The result indicate that perceived value have significant influence on purchase intention in the context of music digital through iTunes Store and the ethical self-efficacy for online piracy have significant influence on perceived value and purchase intention.

"Kegiatan wirausaha sangat penting bagi suatu negara, karena perannya dalam menggerakkan roda ekonomi, mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan daya saing negara. Beberapa data seperti rasio kewirausahaan dan Indeks Kewirausahaan Global menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia masih tertinggal dari negara lain. Mengenai hal itu, pemerintah Indonesia ingin meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas wirausahawan. Purna pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu potensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji bagaimana intensi berwirausaha mereka dipengaruhi oleh efikasi wirausaha, serta peran mediasi orientasi wirausaha individu dan sikap terhadap kewirausahaan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 422 orang di 6 kabupaten di pulau Jawa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sikap terhadap kewirausahaan dapat memediasi secara penuh, sedangkan orientasi individu tidak. Karena itu, hanya satu dari tiga hipotesis yang didukung hasil penelitian ini.

Entrepreneurial activities are important for a nation, because it drives economic wheel, reduces unemployment and increases the country's competitiveness. Several data such as entrepreneurship ratio and Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI) show that Indonesia is still left behind the other countries. Regarding that, the Indonesian  Government wants to improve the quantity and quality of entrepreneurs. Returned Indonesian Migrant Worker well known as one of the entrepreneurship potency. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and through mediation of individual entrepreneurial orientation and attitudes towards entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on 422 former Indonesian migrant workers using an analysis of structural equation models. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial efficacy cannot significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. Attitude towards entrepreneurship are able to fully mediates fully between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention, while individual entrepreneurial orientation can not. Thus, confidence in the personal ability to carry out entrepreneurial activities is only able to influence their entrepreneurial intention, if followed by positive view of entrepreneurship activity."

"Generasi milenial dikenal sebagai generasi teknologi dan diyakini memiliki peran dalam gerakan sosial. Mereka adalah generasi yang paham teknologi dan membuat pasar memenuhi permintaan mereka secara digital. Hal inilah yang membuat terlahirnya sharing economy dan menjadi popular sejak tahun 2013 di Indonesia, ditandai dengan kedatangannya online-ride-sharing. Namun, adanya gagasan untuk berbagi kepemilikan dengan orang asing meninggalkan masalah kepercayaan untuk industry ini. Dengan theory of reasoned action dan adanya masalah kepercayaan digital, penelitian kuantitatif ini mengidentifikasi persepsi nilai (value perception), niat perilaku (behavioral intent), dan kepercayaan(trust) terhadap niat beli (purchase intention) online-ride-sharing di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan structural equation model (SEM), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai utilitas (utilitarian value) dan hedonis (hedonic value) mempengaruhi sikap milenial secara positif terhadap niat mereka untuk menggunakan (purchase intention) layanan online-ride-sharing sedangkan empati tidak mempunyai pengaruh. Niat untuk menggunakan layanan online-ride-sharing juga akan meningkat ketika adanya kepercayaan.

Millennials generation touted as the generation tech and is believed to have a role in social movements. They are tech-savvy in which it forces the market to comply with the demand digitally, therefore, they embrace sharing economy activities. Sharing economy gains its popularity in Indonesia in 2013 by the arrival of online-ride-sharing businesses. However, the idea of sharing possession with strangers leaves a trust issue for the service. With the theory of reasoned action and the issue of trust in the digital world, this quantitative research. aims to identify millennials value perception, behavioral intent, and trust in online-ride-sharing purchase intention in Indonesia. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), this study found that utilitarian and hedonic value affect positively millennials attitude to online-ride-sharing services which then affect their intention to purchase the service whereas empathy does not. An intention to purchase online-ride-sharing services also will be escalated when there is trust.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan entrepreneurial leadership
terhadap business performance melalui entrepreneurial orientation dan team
creativity sebagai variabel mediasi. Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya,
keberhasilan kinerja bisnis skala kecil dan menengah khususnya, sangat
dipengaruhi oleh kapabilitas pemilik usaha. Namun demikian, penelitian
sebelumnya terkait variabel entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial
orientation dan team creativity terhadap business performance belum banyak
diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel entrepreneurial leadership sebagai
variabel yang memengaruhi business performance, dengan mediasi variabel
entrepreneurial orientation dan team creativity. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner. Data penelitian diperoleh dari
105 usaha berskala kecil dan menengah di area Jabodetabek. Data dianalisis
menggunakan partial least squares - structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial leadership memiliki
hubungan positif dengan business performance, namun variabel Entrepreneurial
Orientation tidak berperan sebagai mediator antara variabel entrepreneurial
leadership dengan business performance, dan variabel Team Creativity juga tidak
berperan sebagai mediator antara variabel entrepreneurial leadership dengan
business performance.

This research is aimed at examining the relationship between entrepreneurial
leadership and business performance through entrepreneurial orientation and team
creativity as mediating variables. Based on previous studies, successful
performance of small and medium enterprises is strongly influenced by the
capabilities of the business owner. However, studies related to entrepreneurial
leadership, entrepreneurial orientation, and team creativity variables on business
performance have been scarce. Thus, this study applies all aforementioned
variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as an
instrument. Research data were obtained from 105 small and medium enterprises’
owners in the Jabodetabek Area. Data were analyzed using partial least squares -
structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that
entrepreneurial leadership has a positive relationship on business performance.
However entrepreneurial orientation variable does not act as a mediator between
entrepreneurial leadership and business performance, and the team creativity
variable also does not act as a mediator between entrepreneurial leadership and
business performance variable.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran nilai-nilai Personal terhadap Orientasi Kewirausahaan Individu dan Intensi Kewirausahaan. Nilai-Nilai Personal dikategorikan berdasarkan kategori yang disampaikan oleh Schwartz (1992) yang terdiri atas Openness to Change, Conservation, Self Enhancement, dan Self Transcendence. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah peserta Management Trainee (Officer Development Program) yang sedang menjalani masa pelatihan di Corporate University PT Bank xxx (Persero) Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Conservation yang tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap Orientasi Kewirausahaan Individu. Kategori Nilai-Nilai Personal lainnya yang terdiri atas Openness to Change, Self Transcendence, dan Self Enhancement menunjukkan ada pengaruhnya terhadap Orientasi Kewirausahaan Individu. Selanjutnya untuk pengujian antara Nilai-Nilai Personal terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan, diketahui bahwa Self Enhancement dan Conservation berpengaruh terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan, sedangkan dua kategori lainnya tidak menunjukkan hasil yang sama. Kemudian pengujian terakhir dilakukan dengan hasil Orientasi Kewirausahaan Individu tidak berpengaruh terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the role of Personal Values on entrepreneurship, especially Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Intention. The study conducted on the individual level with the respondents being participants of the Management Trainee (Officer Development Program) who were undergoing training at Corporate University PT Bank xxx (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that there is no influence of Conservation on Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation. Other Personal Values categories of Openness to Change, Self-Transcendence, and Self Enhancement indicate that there is an effect on Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation. Furthermore, for testing the impact of Personal Values on Entrepreneurial Intention, the results obtained that Self Enhancement and Conservation affect Entrepreneurial Intention, while the other two categories do not show the same results. Finally, we found that no effect of Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Entrepreneurship Intention."

Tujuan utama skripsi ini adalah mengetahui faktor kompetensi wirausaha yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan wirausaha. Faktor kompetensi wirausaha antara lain adalah kompetensi strategis, kompetensi konseptual, kompetensi peluang, kompetensi hubungan, kompetensi belajar, kompetensi pribadi, kompetensi etis, dan kompetensi familiisme. Semakin banyak kompetensi yang dimiliki wirausaha, semakin besar kesuksesan wirausaha tersebut secara finansial dan non finansial. Penelitian ini juga melihat seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan bisnis terhadap hubungan tersebut.

This research adopted studies that conducted by researches in Malaysia. This research aim to determine the entrepreneurial competency factors can be impact for entrepreneurial success. The factor is strategic competency, conceptual competency, opportunity competency, relationship competency, learning competency, personal competency, ethical competency, and familism competency. Competency of entrepreneur can increase the entrepreneurial success (financial and non-financial). This study also observe at how much business environment influence that relationship."

"Entrepreneurship has been the fundamental topics of discussion among the politicians, economists,
and academics. Business creation is especially critical in developing countries to stimulate
economic growth. The present study attempts to examine entrepreneurial inclination among students
who are a potential source of entrepreneurs. The findings of the present research study indicate
that majority of our business students are not entrepreneurial-inclined. They do not seem to
possess strong entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial skills, and they are not keen in
starting a new business. The roles of higher institutes of education and the government in promoting
entrepreneurship are discussed."
