"Karyawan redaksi dan karyawan non-redaksi adalah karyawan yang berbeda secara spesialisasi kerja. Karyawan non-redaksi sendiri memiliki spesialisasi kerja yang berbeda di dalamnya yang menciptakan perbedaan pola pikir dan tindakan yang berbeda. Human Resources-General Affairs (HRGA) dan Marketing Communication (MarComm) merupakan dua divisi yang berbeda di dalam MRA Printed Media Division. Divisi HRGA merupakan divisi yang mayoritas berinteraksi dengan karyawan internal serta menjadi pusat pelayanan bagi seluruh karyawan MRA Printed Media Division. Kemudian divisi MarComm merupakan divisi yang selalu mengandalkan event-eventnya di dalam berhubungan dengan para client dan menghasilkan keuntungan besar bagi perusahaan. HRGA dan MarComm memiliki ciri khasnya masing-masing di dalam kesehariannya yang membuat mereka terlihat unik. Penelitian ini membahas secara etnografis keunikan masing-masing divisi baik melalui tindakan setiap divisi ataupun aturan main yang berlaku di dalamnya dan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Keunikan ini yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan adanya perbedaan penafsiran walaupun tetap berada di dalam koridor yang sama.

Editorial employees and non-editorial employees are employees that have differentiation of job specialization. Non-editorial‟s employee itself have different working specialities in it that makes a difference mindset and different actions. Both of Human Resources-General Affairs (HRGA) and Marketing Communication (MarComm) are non-editorial employees who work in different specialities within MRA Printed Media Division. HRGA Division is the division with the majority of interacting with internal employees as well as a service center for all employees of MRA Printed Media Division. Then, MarComm division is a division that has always relied on the big events in their dealings with clients and generate huge profits for the company. HRGA and MarComm have each their own trademark in their everyday look that makes them unique. This study discusses the ethnographic uniqueness of each division either through any act of any division or the rules that apply in it division and applying qualitative method The uniqueness is that eventually led to differences in interpretation although remain in the same corridor."

"Manajemen dan pekerja merupakan dua bagian penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Kedua bagian ini terbagi atas spesialisasi kerja berbeda yang menciptakan pola pikir dan tindakan yang juga berbeda. Human Capital dan Asosiasi Pilot Garuda (APG) merupakan dua divisi berbeda dalam maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia. Human Capital merupakan divisi yang mengelola sistem kerja perusahaan, sedangkan APG merupakan serikat pekerja para pilot. Penelitian ini fokus pada interaksi kedua divisi tersebut dalam satu kerangka kebudayaan perusahaan.
Human Capital dan APG mendapat banyak hambatan dalam sosialisasi dan implementasi kebudayaan perusahaan karena sulitnya menyamakan interpretasi terhadap corporate values. Hambatan tersebut kemudian terakumulasi sehingga memicu ketidakharmonisan di antara keduanya saat program Quantum Leap dianggap lemah perencanaan dan tidak memiliki antisipasi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas etnografi konflik yang terjadi antara Human Capital dan APG akibat pola pikir dan tindakan yang berbeda antara kedua belah pihak.

Management and workers are two important parts of a company. The difference of work specialization between these two parts creates different paradigm and action. Human Capital and Asosiasi Pilot Garuda (APG) are two different divisions inside the Garuda Indonesia Company. Human Capital is the division which manages the working system of the company, while APG is a worker union of the Garuda Indonesia pilots. This research focuses on the interaction between those different divisions inside one frame of corporate culture.
Due to the different interpretation toward corporate values, Human Capital and APG have encountered so many obstacles in term of socializing and implementing the corporate culture. The obstacles then accumulated and slowly triggered disharmony between Human Capital and APG when the Quantum Leap Program was considered as a poorly-planned program. This research also discusses about the ethnography of conflict between Human Capital and APG because of the different paradigm and action.

"ABSTRAK
Identitas perusahaan terdiri dari nilai-nilai perusaahaan akan membentuk suatu citra perusahaan yang dapat diterima oleh publik. Citra perusahaan dengan budaya perusahaan merupakan suatu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari persepsi publik, namun tidak semua citra perusahaan sesuai dengan budaya perusahaannya. Generasi Y atau millennial mempunyai sudut pandang yang berbeda dalam melihat suatu perusahaan yang ideal dari generasi X. Sudut pandang millennial dapat menimbulakn suatu masalah ketika mereka memasuki suatu perusahaan yang didirikan oleh generasi X. Jurnal ini akan membahas mengenai hubungan antara citra perusahaan dengan budaya perusahaan yang dapat memberikan kelebihan dan juga kekurangan bagi perusahaan, melihat bagaimana hal tersebut dapat terjadi, dan bagaimana perbedaan sudut pandang serta citra perusahaan dengan budaya perusahaan dapat berpengaruh dalam citra perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
Corporate identity has built with corporate values which will create corporate image that can be seen and accepted by societies. Corporate image and corporate culture are the things that cannot be eliminated from public rsquo s perception, but all corporate image is consistent with its corporate culture. The Y generation or millennial has different perspective to see an ideal organization from the X generation. The millennial perspective can become a problem when they entered an organization rsquo s built by the X generation. This journal will discuss about the difference between corporate image with corporate culture which could possibly give advantages and disadvantages to the organization, to see how that could happen, and how the difference perspectives and corporate image with corporate culture will affect an organization image."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional pada karyawan Divisi Consumer Cards Group PT Bank Mandiri Plaza Bapindo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan teknik total sampling terhadap karyawan tetap dan telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun di Divisi Consumer Cards Group PT Bank Mandiri Plaza Bapindo, sehingga diperoleh 47 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen organisasional karyawan.

This research aims to examine the Correlation between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment at Consumer Cards Group Division of PT Bank Mandiri Plaza Bapindo. This research used quantitative approach with survey method that used total sampling technique for permanent employees and have worked at least one year in the Division of Consumer Cards Group PT Bank Mandiri Plaza Bapindo, so that 47 respondents obtained. Results of this research indicates that organizational culture has a relationship with employee?s organizational commitment."

"This research is aimed to test two hypotheses: (a) the strength of division cultures effects the reliability of the performances of PT Telkomsel's divisions and (b) the effects of the strength of division cultures on the performances of PT Telkomsel's divisions decline after the implementation of changes in the key performance indicators ("KPI") and targets. Since PT Telkomsel's corporate targets are detailed into divisional targets, it is important for PT Telkomsel to be able to predict its company-wide performances through the reliability of its divisional performances.
Based on organizational theories suggesting the importance of variability in firm performance and prior researches evidencing that strong cultures can enhance the reliability of firm performances, the writer conducted a research in PT Telkomsel using the following research methodology. Primary data for the independent variable of the strength of the division cultures were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees stationed minimum one semester in the same division.
The questionnaires used Likert scale of one to five, indicating the weakest to the strongest cultures. Data for the dependent variable of the reliability of divisional performances are obtained from reports on each division monthly performance scores, produced by Department of Performance Management of PT Telkomsel. The reliability of division performance is indicated by the calculated standard deviation of each division monthly score during the observed periods. The smaller the standard deviation, the more reliable the performance. These data of the two variables were then analyzed using statistical tools of regression and Pearson Co-relation coefficient.
The results of this research concluded that there is a strong relation between the strength of division culture and the reliability of 2003 divisional performances. The effect of the strength of division culture on the reliability of performance declined during the first quarter of 2004, after the changes in KPI. Even though the reasons why the effect declined still need to be verified by further researches, the writer suggests that PT Telkomsel provide sufficient time for learning and socialization processes for divisions with strong cultures, before the company imposes on changes."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen keorganisasian karyawan divisi akuntansi dan operasional Bank Syariah Mandiri kantor pusat. Variabel independen akan diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan indikator pernyataan yang dibuat berdasarkan PIES CAT (Physical Intellectual Emotional Spiritual Culture Analysis Tools) yang dirumuskan oleh Judith A. M. Smith, sedangkan variabel dependen akan diukur menggunakan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire dari Mowday, Porter, dan Steers. Sampel dari penelitian adalah karyawan tetap non manajerial divisi akuntansti dan operasional Bank Syariah Mandiri kantor pusat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman untuk mengukur hubungan antar dua variabel penelitian. Data hasil penelitian dianalisa menggunakan analisa frekuensi kemudian dilakukan uji-z dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sedang antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen keorganisasian karyawan divisi akuntansi dan operasional kantor pusat Bank Syariah Mandiri.

This research aimed to recognize the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment of the employees on the accounting and operational division at the Central Office Bank Syariah Mandiri. The independent variable would be examined by using the indicators in the questionnaire that were made based on PIES CAT, developed by Judith A. M Smith. And the dependent variable measured by the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire from Porter, Mowday, & Steers. Sample of this research is the non-managerial permanent employees on the accounting and operational division at the central office Bank Syariah Mandiri.
This research is a quantitative research, which was using Rank Spearman correlation to examine the correlation between the two variables. Data gathered from the research will be analyzed based on the frequency of the questionnaire result, and then the hypothesis been tested using z-test.
The finding of the research revealed that there is middle correlation between organizational culture and organizational commitment of the non-managerial employees on accounting and operational division at the central office Bank Syariah Mandiri.

"Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang budaya perusahaan dan difokuskan pada penerapan aturan formal dan informal perusahaan yang berjalan beriringan, sehingga menghasilkan ‘sebuah keluarga dalam perusahaan’. Berawal dari ketidakefektifan sarana dan prasarana untuk pelaksanaan aturan formal perusahaan, karyawan mulai berinisiatif membuat suatu kesepakatan sendiri yang tidak tertulis, namun disepakati dan dilakukan oleh beberapa karyawan yang berkepentingan. Adanya perbedaan dengan aturan formal perusahaan tidak membuat memburuknya kinerja perusahaan, namun justru sebaliknya. Pendekatan dan sosialisasi dari aturan informal perusahaan yang berupa interaksi dan ritual-ritual perusahaan yang selalu melibatkan seluruh karyawannya membuat hubungan antar karyawan menjadi semakin baik. Hal ini tak lepas dari peranan pemimpin yang mengizinkan aturan formal dan informal tersebut berjalan bersama hingga sekarang. Kerekatan dan kepercayaan yang terjalin pada karyawan inilah yang membuat siapa pun yang bekerja di sana merasa mereka adalah sebuah keluarga. Dengan begitu, seluruh karyawan merasa nyaman tanpa rasa tertekan dalam bekerja. Dampak positif bagi perusahaan adalah membuat kinerja perusahaan semakin baik.

This thesis tries to research corporate culture and focused on implementation of formal and informal rules that walk along side each other, so this rules produce “family in company”. These rules begin with ineffective tools and infrastructure for implementing the formal rules of the corporation, employee, then having initrative to make their own unwritten agreement, however this agreement works and agreed by the employee that having an interest in it. The difference between the agreement and formal rules of the corporation doesn’t make worse the performance of the company, it works well. The socialization of the informal rules uses interaction and (ritual) approach that involving all of the employee. It makes their relationship better. This only happen because the leader of the company allow the formal and informal rules. The closeness and trust that bind up with the employee are a family. With that, all of the employee pressure during work time."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) serta menganalisis faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor pusat PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 83 orang yang berstatus sebagai pegawai tetap. Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 19.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pegawai tetap di kantor pusat PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and analyze other factors that affect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at the head office of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with the total of 83 permanent employees as the respondents of this research. The primary method of data collection is done through a survey using a questionnaire and indepth interview. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques using the SPSS 19.0 program. The results of this study indicates that organizational culture has significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) permanent employees at the head office of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan tetap non-manajerial PT. Persona Prima Utama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasinal karyawan tetap non-manajerial PT. Persona Prima Utama melalui dimensi innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, dan stabillity. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 karyawan tetap non-manajerial pada PT. Persona Prima Utama dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi komitmen organisasional sebesar 60% dan 40% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

This study describe about The Effect of Organizational Culture on Commitment Organizational of Non-Managerial Employees at PT Persona Prima Utama. The purposeof this study is to analyze how the effect of organizational culture through the dimensions of innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stabillity. The method used is quantitative. The samples in this research were 58 person of non-managerial-permanent employees using total sampling method. The instrument of this research using questionnaires and analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis. The results ofthis study indicatethat organizational affects organizational commitment by 60% and 40% influenced by other factors. The analysis showed that organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational commitment.
