"ABSTRAK
Surat Keputusan Rektor tentang kawasan tanpa rokok Universitas Indonesia
disahkan sejak September 2011. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi
persepsi mahasiswa fakultas ilmu budaya terhadap Surat Keputusan Rektor
dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif sederhana. Sampel terdiri dari 106
mahasiswa yang dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Mei-12 Mei 2012. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap SK Rektor adalah membuat
udara menjadi lebih bersih dan segar; menurunkan jumlah perokok; melindungi
perokok pasif dari bahaya secondhand smoke, penyakit akibat asap rokok, serta
hak asasi manusia untuk mendapatkan udara bersih. Sosialisasi perlu ditingkatkan
untuk mendukung terlaksananya KTR UI dan melindungi perokok pasif dari
secondhand smoke.

ABSTRACT
Surat Keputusan Rektor about free smoke area has been legalized since
September 2011. The aims of the study was to identify student perception about
smoke free regulation. Simple descriptive study was conducted between May 1 to
May 12, 2012 among 106 of humanities student. The result indicated that
humanities student perception about Surat Keputusan Rektor are making the
weather more fresh and cleaner; decreasing number of smoker; protecting
passive smoker from cigarette smoke, illness cause by secondhand smoke, and
human right to get clean weather. There is need to increase the socialization in
order to support the implementation of smoke free area and protect the passive
smoker from secondhand smoke.

"[Implementasi Kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di instansi pendidikan menarik untuk dilihat pelaksanaannya karena perlu adanya kebijakan yang memberikan perlindungan kepada perokok pasif. Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kebijakan KTR UI khususnya di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan KTR UI di FISIP. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan pihak-pihak terkait dengan kebijakan KTR UI di FISIP. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi kebijakan KTR UI di FISIP tidak berjalan baik disebabkan stakeholders tidak serius dalam menjalankan kebijakan ini. Diperlukan konsistensi dari pemimpin dalam penerapan sanksi kepada pelanggar dan peningkatan kerjasama dari seluruh warga FISIP. Keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan juga diperlukan agar mahasiswa mengetahui dengan jelas mengenai kebijakan KTR UI.

"ABSTRAK
Kecemasan terhadap perpustakaan diidentifikasi sebagai fenomena yang dapat mempengaruhi peran perpustakaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi penggunanya, khususnya bagi perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Terkait hal tersebut, perpustakaan perguruan tinggi perlu menyadari gejala kecemasan yang ditunjukkan oleh pengguna perpustakaan dan menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk meredam gejala tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan yang ditunjukkan oleh mahasiswa baru Fakultas Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya, Universitas Indonesia FIB UI beserta aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhinya sesuai dengan skala pengukuran MLAS Multidimensional Library Anxiety Scale . Survei yang dilakukan kepada 64 orang mahasiswa FIB UI menunjukkan bahwa seluruh mahasiswa menunjukkan gejala kecemasan khususnya terkait hal proses penelusuran informasi dan pemahaman mengenai layanan perpustakaan dan cara pemanfaaatannya. Oleh karena itu, Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia perlu melakukan strategi dalam mengintervensi dan meredam gejala kecemasan tersebut dengan beberapa cara antara lain mengintegrasikan layanan instruksional ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan, melaksanakan pelatihan literasi informasi dalam beberapa sesi yang disertai dengan kegiatan praktek dan melakukan penyebaran informasi mengenai keterampilan penelusuran informasi melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi atau media sosial secara inovatif.

ABSTRACT
Library anxiety can be identified as phenomena that can reduce library rsquo s performace in satasfiying user rsquo s information needs, especially in academic libraries. According to that, academic libraries or university libraries need to identify and understand its user or students that suffer from library anxiety so library can formulate the strategy to reduce or alleviating those anxieties. The goal of this study is to identify library anxiety level among freshmen of Humanity student in University of Indonesia FIB UI and its contributing aspect or component according to MLAS Multidimensional Library Anxiety Scale . The findings of survey shows that all research sample suffers from library anxiety in various level. Overall, the highest contributes to library anxiety level comes from library research and knowledge about library and its services. This means most student faced some difficullities in conducting research in library or using its service. Additionally, there is significant difference among four study program of Humanity student. Looking at this situation, Perpustakaan Indonesia or University of Indonesia rsquo s Library need to adopt several strategies to mitigate those anxieties 1 integrate the reference and information services into university curriculum, 2 arrange an easy and effective information literacy training, and 3 innovatively dissemenate information about library services rsquo s usage, information skills through various communication channel that reaches students or young people. "

Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kuantitatif survai analitik dengan pendekatan rancangan studicrosssectional. Sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 143responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa, hipotesis terjawab dengan adanya hubungan antarapersepsi siswa terhadap penerapan kawasan tanpa rokok dengan status merokok siswa pvalue=0,001 , dengan pengetahuan siswa tentang kawasan tanpa rokok pvalue=0,001 . Sedangkan antara persepsi siswa terhadap penerapan kawasan tanparokok dengan pendapatan orang tua tidak ada hubungan pvalue=1,000 , status merokokorang tua tidak ada hubungan pvalue=0,617 , anggota keluarga merokok tidak adahubungan pvalue=1,000 , pengetahuan siswa terhadap bahaya merokok tidak adahubungan, pvalue=0,365 . This research is a quantitative research of analytic surveywith cross sectional study design approach. The sample that became the subject of thisresearch is 143 respondents. "Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Perilaku informasi mahasiswa/I FIB UI. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan perilaku informasi mahasiswa/I FIB UI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif atau bisa disebut juga desktiptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan datanya, dengan jumlah responden 30 untuk mahasiswa, dan 30 untuk mahasiswi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku informasi mahasiswa dan mahasiswi. Dalam perilaku informasi Mahasiswa tergolong dalam tipe Analitic sedangkan mahasiswi tergolong dalam tipe Strategis. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyarankan bahwa perpustakaan harus mensosialisasikan secara rutin dan berkelanjutan kepada mahasiswi FIB UI tentang layanan berbasis online, seperti remote access-akses jurnal internasional.

This Study discusses students information behaviour FIB UI. The Purpose of this study is to identify differences students information behaviour FIB UI. his research is quantitative descriptive or can be called quantitative descriptive and using the questionnaire in collecting data, the number of respondents 30 for students man and 30 Students girl. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the information behaviour of students man dan girl. In the behavior of students man classified information in this type of Analitic while a student girl belonging to the Strategic types. The results of this study also suggest that the library should socialize regularly and continuously to the FIB UI student on an online based services, such as remote access access international journal.

"[Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari motivasi intrinsik (intrinsic
motivation), budaya inovatif organisasi (innovative culture) dan pengetahuan yang
diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi (acquired knowledge) terhadap transfer
pengetahuan mahasiswa magang (transfer knowledge). Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah untuk menjelaskan dampak dari motivasi intrinsik, pengetahuan yang
didapat dan budaya inovatif organisasi terhadap transfer pengetahuan pada yang
melakukan program magang. Studi kasus yang dipilih adalah para mahasiswa
Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia, karena pengetahuan yang didapat dari
Fakultas Teknik merupakan pengetahuan terapan dan Fakultas Teknik Universitas
Indonesia mewajibkan program magang pada semester genap. Analisis data pada
penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Sturctural Equation Modelling (SEM) di
program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang
didapat di perguruan tinggi dan budaya inovatif organisasi memiliki hubungan
yang signifikan terhadap transfer pengetahuan para mahasiswa yang melakukan
magang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh
signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa terhadap pengetahuan yang
didapat, dan budaya inovatif organisasi terhadap motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa.
Untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan transfer pengetahuan mahasiswa yang
dapat meningkatkan performa kerja, maka perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat
memicu transfer pengetahuan serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan
menyenangkan serta memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang berguna
dan relevan bagi mahasiswa. Selain itu, perusahaan tempat mahasiswa magang
diharapkan dapat memberikan mahasiswa kesempatan untuk berinovasi serta

"Perilaku merokok dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik secara intemal, sepeni lingkat kecerdasan, maupun eksternal, seperti lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perokok aktif tentang kawasan bebas rokok dengan perilaku merokok pada kawasan bebas rokok di Universitas Indonesia Depok yang menggunakan desain deskriptif korelatii Responden berjumlah 67 orang, yaitu perokok aktif angkatan 2005 di Universitas Indonesia Depok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan perokok aktif tentang kawasan bebas rokok dengan perilaku merokok pada kawasan bebas rokok di Universitas Indonesia Depok (p=0.028; a=0.l). Oleh sebab itu, perlu diupayakan program sosialisasi mengenai kawasan bebas rokok di institusi pendidikan yang telah menerapkan kawasan bebas rokok.

Smoking behavior was affected by various factors, both internal, such as knowledge, and also external, such as environment. This research had a purpose to analyze the relation between the active smoker?s knowledge about smoke free area and smoking behavior at the smoke free area in the University of Indonesia Depok. This research used descriptive correlative design. The numbers of respondent are 67 people. All of them are active smoker of generation 2005 in the University of Indonesia Depok.
The result of this research show that there is a relation between the active smoker's knowledge about smoke tree area with smoking behavior at the smoke free area in the University of Indonesia Depok (p=0.028; u=0.l). Therefore, must be striven for the socialization program about the smoke free area in the educational institution that had implemented the smoke free area.

"Penelitian deskriptif korelatif ini membahas tentang detemninan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap program KTR pada 103 rnahasiswa laki-laki tingkat II UI yang perokok aktifl Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat kepatuhan tinggi (54%). Faktor intemal, seperti tinglcat pengetahuan, persepsi, dan motivasi memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap KTR (p value=0,002; 0,0(l006; 0,000; Cl=95%). Faktor eksternal, seperti pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan peraturan tidak tertulis tentang KTR UI memiliki hubungan yang tidalc bermakna dengan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap KTR UI (p value=0,786; 0,059; CI=95%). Kepatuhan mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan dikeluarkannya SK rektor tentang KTR di seluruh fakultas di UI.

The focus of this descriptive correlative research is determinant level obedience of Free Smoking Area (FSA) in 103 second grade male students of UI which are smokers. The result is respondents have high level of obedience (54%). Intemal factors, such as level of knowledge, perception, and motivation have signihcant relation with level of obedience of FSA UI (p value-=0,002; 0,00006; 0,000; CI=95%). Extemal factors, such as influence of social environment and unwritten FSA rules have no significant relation with level of obedience of FSA UI (p value=O,‘786; 0,059; CI=95%). Student’s level of obedience is able to increase with rector’s decree of FSA in all faculties of UI."

"ABSTRAK
Studi ini dilakukan penulis saat mengikuti mata Kuliah MPK kualitatif pada tahun 2014 mengenai Pendapat Mahasiswa Tentang Kampanye Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di FISIP UI. Untuk kepentingan penulisan ini, maka penulis melakukan review penelitian melalui jurnal, buku, dan sumber internet untuk memperkaya pembahasan mengenai topik ini dan bagaimana kaitannya dengan perubahan perilaku mahasiswa yang terjadi atas adanya kampanye KTR. Penelitian pada saat itu menggunakan teori S-O-R (Source, Message, dan Receiver) dalam menganalisis fenomena yang dialami oleh mahasiswa. Saat penelitian dilakukan, terdapat temuan data terkait pengalaman mahasiswa dalam hal KTR yaitu dilihat berdasarkan pengalaman merokok, pengetahuan tentang rokok, pengetahuan kampanye KTR, pemahaman pesan kampanye KTR, presepsi terhadap kampanye, evaluasi kampanye, dan perubahan perilaku informan terkait KTR. Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa masih sangat kurang akan KTR sehingga perubahan perilaku untuk tidak merokok di lingkungan FISIP UI tidak terjadi, akan tetapi terdapat perubahan sikap yang dirasakan yaitu pada dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan konatif.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted by the author when the author followed the qualitative MPK Lecture. For the sake of these writing, the authors conducted a review of research through journals, books, and internet sources to enrich the discussion about these topic and how it relates to student behavior changes that occur on the campaign KTR. The S-O-R theory (Source, Message, and Receiver) was used as the researcher?s base to analyze the phenomenon experienced by the students. Based on the in-depth interviews that were conducted, there are datas found related to the informants experiences concerning the KTR which can be seen from smoking experience, knowledge about smoking, KTR campaign knowledge, understanding of KTR campaign message, perception towards the campaign, campaign evaluation, and the changes on the informants behavior related to KTR. The result of the interviews show that the students understanding about KTR is still very limited. This leads to the expectation of behavioral changes to not smoke in the environment of FISIP UI fails to happen.
