"Hotel resort sebagal salah satu sarana pendukung pariwisata memifiki peranan yang cukup penting untuk menampung jumlah wisatawan yang dltargetkan pada tahun 1998/1999 sejumlah 6,5 juta wisman dan sanggup meraih devisa sebesar 8.9 milyar dollar AS. Pada awalnya hotel berkembang karena adanya perkembangan hubungan antar bangsa berupa hubungan perdagangan. Fasllitas yang disediakan masih sangat sederhana, yaitu: tempat tidur dan fasilitas makan dan minum. DaRam perkembangan selanjutnya terjadi persaingan untuk menarik konsumen, dengan menyediokan fasilitas yang lebih, seperti: rekreasl, pertemuan dan lain-lain. Lalu timbul berbagai jenis hotel dan terjadi penggabungan fungsi. Dan berbagai pendapat dapat dsimpulkan pengertian hotel resort adalah hotel yang tertetak dikawasan perstirahatan yang biasanya berada di luar kota. Unsur utama yang dual adalah atom dan sarana rekreasi. Dengan adanya hotel resort ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengtnapan dl daerah objek wsata sehingga dapat menarik banyak wisatawan ke daerah tersebut. Terutama di daerah yang memiliki banyak kekayaan clam, dengan adanya kecenderungan dart wlsatawan untuk melakukan kegiaton ekoturisme."

"ABSTRAKMakalah non skripsi ini akan menjelaskan cara memahami konsep perilaku turis untuk membuat sebuah konsep tempat penginapan resort. Konsep tersebut akan menjelaskan empat topic utama yaitu market segmen, turis motif, posisi tempat resort serta Layout dan Tujuan. Pada akhirnya makalah non skripsi ini akan menjelaskan cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta cara menigkatkan kualitas dari pelayanan terhadap pelanggan yang dimana dengan menjalankan konsep baru yang ada di dalam makalah non skripsi ini akan menghasilkan sebuah tempat yang dapat menjadi contoh sebagai resort yang ramah lingkungan dan selalu memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggannya

ABSTRACTIn this assignment I would applied the concept of Tourist and Visitor Behavior to create a resort concept. This facility design proposal will identify four main points such as the three different market segments including groups, family and friends, and honeymooners; visitors’ motives, positioning and image of Bali Eco Resort, and also the Bali Eco Resort’s layout and orientation. At the end of the facility design, the management of visitors’ experience and satisfaction will also be explained to improve guests’ satisfaction and reinforce the service quality of the resort. Additionally, we strongly believe that with the new and fresh concept, Bali Eco Resort would be the leading environmentally friendly resort in Indonesia that could create a memorable and pleasant holiday experiences for the customers, which can stimulate customers’ desire to revisit back to Bali Eco Resort."

"The thesis discusses the topic of Paramilitary Policing that occurs at the Sabhara Function of the Metro Police Resort, South Jakarta and Bogor City Police Resort. The study refers to the former study on Paramilitary Policing in the implementation of tasks at the Police Functional Units (The study at the Metro Police Resort, South Jakarta and Bogor City Police Resort) where paramilitary policing is still dominant and inherent at the National Police, in particular related to the sabhara function. This study applies primary data through in-depth interviews and observation. It clarifies and illustrates why the element of paramilitary policing at the Metro Police Resort of South Jakarta and Bogor City Police Resort is similar whereas these two regions differ in characteristics and culture. The conclusion drawn from the study is that the similarity in military policing is caused by the legal foundations of the Indonesian National Police (Legislation, Government Regulations, Head of INP Regulations, Implementation and Technical Guidelines), besides the similarity in attitude and actions by Police officers, particularly in handling demonstrations as well as their repressive actions/arresting of offenders, show of force, and the utilization of tactical vehicles.;The thesis discusses the topic of Paramilitary Policing that occurs at the Sabhara Function of the Metro Police Resort, South Jakarta and Bogor City Police Resort. "Berlibur, tamasya, piknik, berubah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan masyarakat kota dalam menyeimbangkan irama hidup. Kebutuhan ini menjadi latar belakang maraknya usaha-usaha sarana hunian wisata, salah satunya hotel resort. Hotel resort tampil dengan daya jual menonjolkan potensi-potensi lokasi setempat, seperti budaya dan alam. Salah satu usaha menonjolkan potensi budaya dan alam ini dengan membentuk citra arsitektur tradional pada bangunan hotel resort. Bali, selain sebagai daerah tujuan wisata favorit, juga terkenal dengan arsitektur tradisional yang unik dan eksotis. Dengan memegang Asta Kosala Kosali sebagai pedoman membangun arsitekturnya, bangunan-bangunan tradisional Bali memiliki ciri khas tersendiri, sehingga penerapan konsep-konsep pedoman ini pada pendekatan rancang bangun diyakini dapat menciptakan citra arsitektur tradisional Bali, salah satunya yang terjadi pada disain hotel-hotel resort di Bali. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan observasi secara langsung ke beberapa hotel resort di kawasan Bali untuk menelusuri bagaimana mengadaptasi kaidah arsitektur tradisional Bali untuk masuk ke dalam tuntutan standar-standar bangunan sebuah resort, sejauh apa penerapan kaidah ini diterapkan pada disain hotel, dan konsep-konsep arsitektur tradisional Bali apa saja yang diterapkan, serta di elemen hotel resort apa konsep tersebut diterapkan.

Holiday, vacation, picnic, has been turned into a need for city people to balance their rhythm of life. These needs are the background of the vast development of tourist residential facilities for tourism. Hotel resorts appear as one kind of the tourisrt residential fascilities with highlighting the potential of the local sites, such as its culture and nature. To support this, the hotel resort adjust the sense of the traditional architecture into the concept design of the hotel resort. Bali, as well as one of the most favorite tourist destination on the world, is also famous for its unique and exotic traditional architecture. By holding the Asta Kosala Kosali as a guide to build the architecture, traditional Balinese buildings has its own characteristics, so that the application of the concepts of these guidelines on the design approach is believed well-to-do to create the sense of traditional Balinese architecture, which also occurs in the designof the hotel resorts in Bali. Therefore, the writer took some observation to some hotel resorts on Bali to explore how to adapt the guidelines for local traditional architecture in Bali into the demands of the standards for a hotel resort buildings, how far these guidelines for local traditional architecture influence the hotel resort's design, and what concepts of Balinese traditional architecture is applied, also what the elements of those concepts are implemented on the design of hotel resort."

Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut bank Indonesia diberikan beberapa wewenang, salah satunya adalah wewenang BI sebagai Lender of Last Resort. Bank Indonesia dalam hal ini memiliki wewenang untuk memberikan pinjaman jangka pendek kepada bank yang memiliki kesulitan likuiditas. Bank Indonesia dalam menjalankan wewenangnya tersebut diberikan status independen, lepas dari pengaruh pihak manapun. Akan tetapi independensi Bank Indonesia tidak berarti Bank Indonesia tidak dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban manakala dalam menjalankan wewenangnya tersebut terdapat indikasi pelanggaran hukum. Bank Indonesia harus mempertanggungjawabkan wewenang mereka kepada DPR, BPK, dan masyarakat.

Bank Indonesia to do such responsibilities had given some powers by the law, one of it is the power as Lender of Last Resort. Bank Indonesia, as the Lender of Last Resort, have the right to give banks a short term loan to solve their liquidity problem. Bank Indonesia to exercise their power has given a independent status, a status that ensured that BI can not be affected by other party. On the other hand, Bank Indonesia independent status doesn?t mean that BI can not be requested for their responsibility if there are indication that their policy was against the law. Bank Indoensia must gave such responsibility to the DPR, BPK, and the people."
