Comic piracy is an issue that rarely addressed by many people, even by the law enforcers. Moreover, in this digital era, many crimes are moving from the physical space into the cyber space. This paper will do the research about space transition phenomenon in crimes, especially comic piracy using space transition theory, therefore, it was found that digital comic piracy happened because the cyber space is giving benefit for the for the pirates, since the surveillance and law enforcement for digital comic piracy is still low, and the anonimity aspect on the internet that makes the risks for the pirates are low. Plus, digital comic piracy is giving financial profit using adsense, encouraging people to choose digital comic piracy over physical print comic piracy.
