"Komersialisasi dan konsumsi berbagai produk olahraga semakin meningkat dengan berkembangnya jaman, termasuk di Indonesia. Aksi atlet/tim di lapangan banyak dinantikan, karena kemanfaatannya bagi konsumen, seperti untuk hiburan, sarana afiliasi, dan untuk pergaulan. Kesetiaan konsumen terhadap produk atlet profesional berupa aksi di lapangan pun sangat penting untuk keberlangsungannya. Penelitian ini membuktikan hipotesis bahwa brand loyalty pada atlet profesional sangat dipengaruhi oleh asosiasi yang tercipta atas brand tersebut. Guna mendorong kesetiaan konsumen yang sukarela mengalokasikan waktu dan uangnya terhadap sebuah brand atlet, brand associations harus ditingkatkan setinggi-tingginya.

The commercialization and consumption of various sport products are increasing as the era has moving in nature, including in Indonesia. Actions of athletes or teams in the arena were being awaited by many of spectators, because of its benefit for them. For examples are entertainment, affiliation, and social reason. Consumer loyalty to professional athlete?s product in form of action in the arena is important for their sustainability. This research has proved the hypotheses that brand loyalty to a professional athlete were significantly influenced by its brand associations. So is to the case, it is important to gain consumer loyalty which is willingly allocated their time and money to an athlete brand, by developing as much positive brand associations of the athlete."

"ABSTRAK
Di tengah maraknya penggunaan internet di Indonesia, berkembang pula strategi personalisasi yang merupakan strategi tailor-made yang dibuat khusus menyesuaikan pengalaman pribadi dan keinginan masing-masing konsumen menggunakan informasi dan pengetahuan yang mendalam mengenai konsumennya. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan paradigma post-positivisme, penelitian ini membahas mengenai keterlibatan konsumen dalam melakukan pengungkapan informasi personal. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa proses keterlibatan konsumen dalam melakukan pengungkapan informasi personalnya tidak terlepas dari aspek-aspek konsumen seperti kepuasan, kepercayaan, identitas konsumen, tujuan konsumen, sumber daya yang dimiliki, dan analisis terhadap biaya dan manfaat yang didapatkan. Brand juga melakukan upaya untuk menciptakan keterlibatan konsumen dengan menyediakan fitur- fitur personalisasi dan pelayanan yang maksimal untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Apabila strategi personalisasi yang dilakukan oleh brand tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi konsumen, maka akan berpotensi menimbulkan perasaan bahwa brand menginvasi privasi konsumennya. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap bahwa aspek- aspek konsumen yang disebutkan di atas yang mendorong konsumen untuk menentukan intensitas berinteraksi dengan brand. Semakin besar intensitas maka semakin besar juga keterlibatan konsumen terhadap brand. Pola yang berulang akan berujung pada pembentukan loyalitas dimana konsumen menginvestasikan kepercayaan, komitmen, dan partisipasi dalam hubungannya dengan brand, termasuk dalam mengungkapkan informasi personalnya.Kata kunci:Ketelibatan konsumen, personalisasi, informasi personal, loyalitas brand.

ABSTRACT
In the midst of the increasing of internet usage in Indonesia, personalization has also grown rapidly mdash a strategy that is tailor made based on personal experiences and preferences of each consumer. Using qualitative method and post positivism paragidm, this research mainly talks about personal information disclosure as a form of costumer engagement. Studies finds that costumer engagement influenced by satisfaction, trusts, commitment, identity, costumer goals, resources, and cost benefit analysis. Brand also make an effort to engage with their costumer by providing them personalized features and also give the best services to maximize costumer satisfaction. If personalization done in a wrong way, where personalization efforts doesn rsquo t meet customer expectation, it can potentially cause privacy invansion. This research also give a deep analysis about aspects that influence intensity using the brand. High intensity using the brand give opportunity for costumer to interacts with brand more frequently. These interactions will lead to create costumer loyalty where costumer invest trust, commitment, and participation in the relationship with brand, including disclosing their personal information.Keywords Customer engagement, personalization, personal information, brand loyalty "

"Tokopedia merupakan salah satu top e-commerce di Indonesia yang menjual berbagai produk secara online, termasuk produk kosmetik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan merek brand trust terhadap loyalitas merek brand loyalty pada merek kosmetik di Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposife. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang responden. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier, dengan responden yang pernah membeli merek produk kosmetik di Tokopedia dan dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek brand trust memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek brand loyalty, yaitu sebesar 57.

Tokopedia is one of the top e commerce in Indonesia that sells various products online, including cosmetic products. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand authenticity terhadap Brand trust serta peran Brand trust sebagai mediator dalam membangun Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty pada konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa brand authenticity memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara brand dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan mengedepankan kriteria usia minimal 18 tahun dan pengalaman konsumsi terhadap brand HMNS. Total sampel yang terkumpul adalah 149 responden. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand authenticity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand trust. Kemudian, Brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to cognize the influence of brand authenticity on Brand trust and the mediating role of Brand trust in building brand affect and brand loyalty among HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. This study is based on the understanding that brand authenticity plays a crucial role in establishing a strong relationship between the brand and consumers. A survey method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. The sampling was conducted purposively, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and experience in consuming the HMNS brand. A total of 149 respondents participated in the study. The hypotheses were tested using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings of the study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant influence on brand trust. Additionally, brand trust significantly affects both brand affect and brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand authenticity indirectly affects loyalty through brand trust. These results highlight the importance of brand authenticity in building a strong relationship with consumers. The findings have practical implications for brand communication and marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for brands to emphasize authenticity."

"Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak indikator sensory marketing dan brand experience terhadap emotional attachment, customer commitment, dan brand loyalty dalam industri jam tangan mewah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 323 konsumen Indonesia yang membeli jam tangan mewah, dan menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara indikator sensory marketing, brand experience, emotional attachment, customer commitment, dan brand loyalty. Namun, pengaruh store image ditemukan tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara indikator sensory marketing, brand experience, dan emotional attachment. Penemuan ini menekankan pentingnya indikator sensory marketing dan brand experience dalam membentuk emotional attachment dan customer commitment yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi brand loyalty. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi produsen dan distributor jam tangan mewah di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan brand loyalty daripada pelanggan melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan pengalaman ritel yang optimal. Namun, perlu diwaspadai dalam menggeneralisasi implikasi ini ke negara atau industri lain. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi pada literatura tentang brand loyalty, khususnya dalam industri jam tangan mewah, dengan mengatasi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh produk substitusi seperti smartwatch maupun oleh pesaing yang bergerak di segmentasi jam tangan mewah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan untuk mempertahankan brand loyalty di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat antar brand, maupun dalam menghadapi ancaman dari produk substitusi.

This research examines the impact of sensory marketing cues and brand experience on emotional attachment, customer commitment, and brand loyalty in the luxury wristwatch industry. The study, conducted with 323 Indonesian consumers who purchased luxury wristwatches, reveals significant associations among sensory marketing cues, brand experience, emotional attachment, customer commitment, and brand loyalty. However, the effect of store image was found to be insignificant in moderating the connections between sensory marketing cues, brand experience, and emotional attachment. These findings highlight the importance of sensory marketing cues and brand experience in fostering emotional attachment and customer commitment, ultimately leading to brand loyalty. The results provide valuable insights for luxury wristwatch manufacturers and distributors in Indonesia to enhance customer loyalty through effective marketing strategies and optimized retail experiences. However, caution must be exercised in generalizing these implications to other countries or industries. Additionally, this study contributes to the literature on brand loyalty, particularly in the luxury wristwatch industry, by addressing the challenges posed by emerging substitutes such as advanced smartwatches and offering guidance on maintaining brand loyalty amidst increasing competition."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ingin melihat pengaruh perceived brand value terhadap brand loyalty yang dimediasi oleh brand trust dan brand affect pada dua kategori brand yaitu sustainable brand dan conventional brand pada produk kosmetik dan skin care. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan sustainability knowledge dan fashion consciousness sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan memperoleh sebanyak 232 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived brand value berpengaruh terhadap brand trust dan brand affect pada kedua kategori brand. Brand trust dan brand affect berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty pada kedua kategori brand. Moderasi sustainability knowledge tidak memperkuat pengaruh positif perceived brand value terhadap brand trust dan brand affect pada sustainable brand. Moderasi fashion consciousness juga tidak memperkuat pengaruh positif perceived brand value terhadap brand trust dan brand affect pada conventional brand.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the influence of perceived brand value on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust and brand affect on two brand categories which are sustainable brand and conventional brand. This study also discusses the moderating effect of sustainability knowledge and fashion consciousness on the relationship between perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect. The data was collected through online questionnaire with the sample of 232 respondents. The result shows that there is a positive influence of perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect on both brand categories. Brand trust and brand affect have positive influence on brand loyalty on both brand categories. Sustainability knowledge as a moderating variable does not enhance the relationship between perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect for sustainable brand category. Fashion consciousness as a moderating variable also does not enhance the relationship between perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect for conventional brand category."

"Loyalitas merupakan alat penting yang diperlukan oleh pemasar untuk mempertahankan mereknya ditengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Menciptakan konsumen yang loyal merupakan salah satu strategi dari pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan merek pada konsumen merek merek pakaian H M di Jabodetabek. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengalaman merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan merek. Pengalaman merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Kepuasan merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Pengalaman merek memiliki pengaruh baik secara langsung terhadap loyalitas merek maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan merek.

Loyalty is an important tool that marketers need to maintain their brands in the midst of fierce business competition. Creating brand loyal costumers is one of the marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty either directly or indirectly through brand satisfaction on H M clothing brands consumer in Jabodetabek. The type of research is explanatory research using. Sampling method is non probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. Data processing used regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The result of this study indicate that brand experience has a significant influence on brand satisfaction. Brand experience has a significant influence on brand loyalty. Brand satisfaction has a significant influence on brand loyalty. Brand experience has a direct effect on brand loyalty and indirect effect through brand satisfaction."

"ada tahun 2018 Indonesia Digital Education and E-Learning Market Outlook mengeluarkan laporan yang bertajuk Rising Trend of Blended Learning to Drive The Future Growth, hasil yang ditunjukkan cukup mengejutkan karena Indonesia diramalkan akan menjadi Top 5 Buyers of mobile learning products and services, bersaing dengan negara adidaya seperti China,Amerika Serikat, juga negara berkembang seperti Brazil dan India, total pembelanjaan yang digunakan untuk menyediakan pendidikan berbasis digital di Indonesia juga terus meningkat dalam lima tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktorfaktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi niatan dan perilaku konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali (repurchase intention) dan faktor-faktor yang membentuk brand loyalty dengan menggunakan pendekatan Brand Relationship Quality dan service quality. Kerangka riset ini diuji secara empiris dengan menggunakan 205 data pengguna bimbingan belajar online yang merupakan siswa yang duduk di bangku kelas VII hingga kelas XI. Data diambil dengan metode non-probability sampling melalui survey online dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa dan siswi pengguna bimbingan belajar online di sekolah-sekolah. Setelah data diambil,data akan diolah menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis di dukung oleh data hasil penelitian kecuali pengaruh trust terhadap price tolerance, dan pengaruh satisfaction terhadap price tolerance yang dibahas pada analisa hipotesis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan implikasi teoritis dan praktis yang penting terutama untuk meningkatkan repurchase ratio dan customer retention.

In 2018 Indonesia Digital Education and E-Learning Market Outlook issued a report entitled Rising Trend of Blended Learning to Drive The Future Growth, the results shown were quite surprising because Indonesia was predicted to become the Top 5 Buyers of mobile learning products and services, competing with superpowers such as China, the United States, as well as developing countries such as Brazil and India, the total expenditure used to provide digital-based education in Indonesia has also continued to increase in the last five years. This study aims to identify what factors influence consumer intention and behavior to repurchase and the factors that shape brand loyalty using the Brand Relationship Quality and service quality approach. This research framework was tested empirically using 205 online tutoring user data which were students who sat in class VII to class XI. Data is taken by nonprobability sampling method through online surveys and distributing questionnaires to students using online tutoring in schools. After the data is taken, the data will be processed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method. The results show that all hypotheses are supported by research data except the effect of trust on price tolerance, and the effect of satisfaction on price tolerance discussed in hypothesis analysis. This research has important theoretical and practical implications especially for increasing repurchase ratios and customer retention."

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kesesuaian diri konsumen anak dengan brand
(self-congruity) yang memengaruhi loyalitas brand (brand loyalty). Pengaruh
antara self-congruity dan brand loyalty tersebut dimediasi oleh kualitas hubungan
dengan brand (brand relationship quality). Sebanyak 104 responden, yang
merupakan konsumen brand MILO berusia 11-14 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam
penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modelling
(SEM) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22 dan AMOS 21. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-congruity tidak memengaruhi brand loyalty
secara signifikan. Sementara itu, self-congruity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
brand relationship quality dan brand relationship quality berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap brand loyalty. Maka penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-congruity
dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty apabila dimediasi oleh brand
relationship quality.
