"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai Perusahaan Tertutup dan
mengidentifikasikan value driver peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Metode
kuantitatif diterapkan dalam melakukan valuasi bisnis. Model valuasi bisnis yang
diterapkan ialah Discounted Cash Flow. Metode kualitatif diterapkan dalam
analisis bisnis untuk mengidentifikasikan value driver. Proses valuasi bisnis
menghasilkan nilai perusahaan PT XYZ sebesar Rp.331.932.194.769.30 atau
sebesar 138,90% dari nilai Total Asset per 31 Desember 2012. Proses analisis
bisnis menghasilkan value drivers map. Value driver dikelompokkan ke dalam
value driver internal dan eksternal.

ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to calculate the value of a Private Company/Private Business and
to identify value drivers that increase the value of the company. Quantitative
methods applied in business valuation. Business valuation models applied is
Discounted Cash Flow. Qualitative methods applied in business analysis to
identify value drivers. Business valuation process produces value of the firm for
PT XYZ for Rp.331.932.194.769.30 or 138.90% of the value of total assets at
December 31, 2012. Business analysis process produces a value drivers map.
Value drivers are clasified into internal and external value drivers."

"Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh risiko serta regulasi arsitektur keuangan terhadap ekosistem fintech pada indutsri fintech P2P lending Indonesia serta menganalisis risiko-risiko mendasar industri fintech P2P lending Indonesia. Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan mengkonfirmasi model, berdasarkan teori ekosistem fintech. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivis, dan metode kuantitatif. Stabilitas ekosistem fintech P2P lending sangat penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis Industri fintech P2P lending Indonesia, sementara itu risiko dan regulasi arsitektur keuangan sebagai variabel eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas ekosistem fintech P2P lending, hal ini tercermin dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i) Risiko serta regulasi arsitektur keuangan secara bersama-sama dan simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ekosistem fintech; (ii) Risiko-risiko mendasar pada industri fintech P2P lending, antara lain risiko kredit, risiko operasional, risiko likuiditas, risiko reputasi serta ada 1 tambahan risiko yaitu risiko pandemik-COVID-19. Risiko memungkinkan dapat dimitigasi melalui penerbitan regulasi, karena kedua variabel ini memiliki korelasi yang sangat kuat, selain itu juga dengan memperkuat ekosistem fintech terutama elemen kunci yaitu fintech start-ups, dengan fokus mengelola, mengendalikan dan memitigasi risiko melekat yang ada. Risiko pandemik-COVID-19, memiliki korelasi terhadap elemen start-up fintech, sehingga adanya pandemik COVID-19, mendorong penggunaan platform digital-mobile application, di mana transaksi dapat dilakukan tanpa harus bertemu dan tetap menjaga social distancing. Dimensi regulasi harus mencakup regulatory, fungsi regulasi dengan menerbitkan aturan-aturan, dan supervisory, fungsi pengawasan terhadap seluruh pelaku fintech P2P lending dan pelaku pendukungnya serta regulasi big data analytics, automation dan robotics. Elemen-elemen baru ekosistem fintech P2P lending Indonesia perlu didukung dan dikembangkan, seperti institusi asuransi kredit dan lembaga perlindungan konsumen fintech.

The purpose of this research was for analyzing the affect risk and financial architecture regulation to fintech ecosystem on P2P lending industry in Indonesia and analyze the fundamental risks of fintech P2P lending Industry in Indonesia. This research was to test and confirm the theory of fintech ecosystem. This research uses positivist paradigm and the quantitative method approach. The stability of fintech P2P lending ecosystem is the most important to keep the business sustainability of fintech P2P lending in Indonesia, in while risk and financial architecture regulation are external variables that can affect the stability of fintech P2P lending ecosystem, which was reflected in the result of of research showed that: (i) from fintech ecosystem perspective view, risk had significant correlations to financial architecture regulation; (ii) in fintech P2P lending industry, risk had effect significantly on fintech ecosystem; (iii) for regulation level in fintech P2P lending industry, financial architecture regulation has no significantly effect on fintech ecosystem; (iv) risk and financial architecture regulation had significant effect simultaneously on fintech ecosystem; (v) The fundamental risks of fintech P2P lending industry are credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, reputation risk and 1 addtitional risk, namely pandemic risk-COVID 19. The Risks are probable can be mitigated by making rules in financial architecture regulation and empowered fintech ecosystem, especially main element of fintech ecosystem is fintech start-ups for managing and mitigating inherent risks. Pandemic risk COVID-19 has strong correlations to fintech start-up, the existence of pandemic COVID-19 event can encourage for using digital platform-mobile application, where the transactions can be settled without meeting and still-keep up social distancing. Financial architecture regulation has cover at least the regulatory, issue the rules related with this industry and supervisory, supervise all the actors of this industry and supports as well as regulation of big data analytics, automation and robotics. The new elements of ecosystem of fintech P2P lending in Indonesia needed for supporting this industry, namely: the existance of credit insurance institution element and fintech consumers protection agency."

"Aktivitas migrasi tenaga kerja membawa peningkatan penghasilan, pendidikan pun sosial pada Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) dan keluarganya. Bagi negara, migrasi tenaga kerja menyumbang devisa dan menyediakan peluang kerja. Aktivitas ini juga meninggalkan persoalan yang berulang, pada masa pra-penempatan, penempatan maupun purna penempatan. Pemerintah, organisasi non pemerintah dan swasta menyatakan bahwa sumber persoalannya berada pada masa pra-penempatan. Penempatan TKI diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah pusat, daerah termasuk desa serta pihak swasta, diantaranya perusahaan jasa penempatan.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada lingkup daerah asal yaitu Kabupaten Indramayu dan Cianjur, Provinsi Jawa Barat, bertujuan menelaah tata kelola pra-penempatan TKI yang berlangsung dan dalam inspirasi good enough governance meneroka tata kelola di kemudian hari. Informan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini meliputi pemerintah kabupaten, pemerintah desa, kelompok masyarakat yang peduli pada isu TKI, asosiasi perusahaan jasa penempatan dan Kantor Imigrasi. Selain itu, wawancara juga dilakukan dengan sponsor/calo dan budayawan setempat. Data diperoleh dari wawancara, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) dan sumber sekunder.
Pra-penempatan TKI diurus oleh dinas tenaga kerja sebagai bagian tugasnya. Pada aspek peraturan, peraturan yang telah terbit ditingkat kabupaten maupun desa dan prinsip kehati-hatian, belum sepenuhnya dapat melindungi CTKI. Ketegasan yang diberlakukan dapat menyebakan mereka menempuh jalan yang tidak sesuai prosedur. Sponsor/calo yang biasanya amat dikenal oleh CTKI dan keluarganya berperan besar dalam kegiatan rekrutmen dan penyiapan dokumen CTKI.
Namun demikian, ada praktik-praktik baik yang telah berlangsung di lingkup desa maupun kabupaten meskipun belum sempurna. Praktik baik tersebut dapat menjadi titik awal memperbaiki tata kelola prapenempatan secara bertahap. Dengan demikian, pilihan prioritas perlu dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi, pengembangan komunitas serta pendidikan dan pelatihan. Perluasan pemangku kepentingan merupakan salah satu jalan agar upaya perbaikan berkesinambungan. Dengan demikian, prapenempatan bukan melulu pada urusan administrasi dokumen melainkan juga sosialisasi migrasi tenaga kerja yang aman hingga tumbuh masyarakat yang melek migrasi di daerah kantong TKI.
Good enough governance perlu menegaskan unsur kesinambungan dan daya tahan didalamnya.
Worker migration activities increase incomes, education and social status to Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) and their families. For the country, worker migration contributes to foreign exchange and provides employment opportunities. This activity also left problems that were repeated, in the pre-placement, placement and after-placement. The government, non-governmental organization and private placement company association state that the source of the problem is in the pre-placement period. The placement of migrant workers is carried out by the central government, regions and private parties.
This research was conducted in the area of origin, namely Indramayu and Cianjur Regencies, West Java Province, aimed at examining the pre-placement governance of migrant workers that took place and in inspiring good enough governance to explore governance in the future. Informants in this qualitative study included district governments, village governments, community groups concerned with the issue of migrant workers, associations of placement companies and the Immigration Office. In addition, interviews were also conducted with brokers and local cultural figures. Data obtained from interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and secondary sources.
Pre-placement of migrant workers is managed by the labor department as part of their duties. In terms of regulations, regulations that have been issued at the district and village levels and the precautionary principle, have not been able to fully protect prospective migrant workers. Assertiveness can cause them to take ways that are not in accordance with procedures. Sponsors brokers who are usually well known by prospective migrant workers and their families play a major role in the recruitment and preparation of their documents.
However, there are good practices that have taken place in both the village and district spheres, although not yet perfect. These good practices can be a starting point for gradually improving pre-placement governance. Thus, priority choices need to be made, namely socialization, community development and education and training. The expansion of stakeholders is one way for continuous improvement efforts. Thus, pre-placement is not only about the administration of documents but also the socialization of safe worker migration to the growth of people who are literate of migration in migrant worker enclaves.
Good enough governance needs to emphasize the element of sustainability and endurance in it."

"Perguruan tinggi vokasi di Indonesia merupakan organisasi pendidikan terapan sekaligus sebagai wadah penghasil sumber daya manusia yang berpengetahuan dan berketerampilan tinggi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri/bisnis.Sebagai gambaran umum, jumlah pengangguran lulusan pendidikan tinggipada tahun2015 berjumlah 911.000 orang (BPS, 2015). Data ini menunjukkan lulusan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia belum memenuhi syarat kualifikasi tenaga kejra di sektor industri/bisnis. Politeknik Negeri Medan (Polmed) merupakan salah satu dari 6 (enam) politeknik yang berdiri pada tahun 1979 di Indonesia, telah menghasilkan lulusan berkompetensi tinggi yang terserap memenuhi permintaan industri/bisnis. Namun sejak program pelatihan dan pendidikan calon pengajar maupun tenaga pendidikan politeknik di Pusat Pendidikan Politeknik di Bandung dihentikan pada tahun 1995, terlihat adanya penuruan serapan lulusan Polmed. Bahkan sejak tahun 1997, para pengajar yang direkrut di Polmed tidak lagi mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Sehingga program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas tenaga pengajar yang terkonsentrasi dalam bidang keahlian di Polmed tidak ada lagi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan faktorfaktor pendorong Praktik Organisasi Pembelajar di Politeknik Negeri Medan sesuai visi dan misi serta meningkatkan kapabilitas Politeknik Negeri Medan untuk mencapai keunggulan daya saing.
Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep The Fifth Discipline, Learning Organization Senge, yaitu Shared Vision, Mental Model, Systems Thinking, Team Learning dan Personal Mastery dengan indikatornya menjadi variabel penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method) dengan 2 jenis populasi yaitu tenaga pendidik (dosen) dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis frekuensi dan analisis faktor untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakteristik Praktik Organisasi Pembelajar di Politeknik Negeri Medan adalah a) Keunggulan Kompetensi Keahlian; 2) Filosofi Organisasi ; 3) Kemampuan adaptasi dan inovasi; 4) Komitmen danInisiatif yang tinggi; 5)Kesiapan Sistem Jaringan Organisasi yang baik. Faktor bentukan ditemukan sebagai pendorong Praktik Organisasi Pembelajar untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas Politeknik Negeri Medan adalah faktor Disiplin, Pemahaman Filosofis, Motivasi Pimpinan, Kompetensi Anggota. Faktor Disiplin dan Pemahaman Filosofis merupakan faktor yang kuat sebagai budaya organisasi yang kuat. Namun, peningkatan kapasitas dosen yang ditunjukkan dengan pendidikan lanjut dosen masih sangat rendah menjadi hal yang krusial untuk melaksanakan UU PT No. 12 tahun 2012 dengan segera.

Vocational Higher Education in Indonesia is an organisation of applied education organization at once as place to produce high-ability and knowledgeable human resources and in accordance with the needs of the industry and business. As general description, the amount of unemployment higher education graduates in 2015 were 911 000 people (BPS, 2015). This data shows the graduates of higher education have not met the requirement of worker in industrial and business field. Politeknik Negeri Medan (Polmed), is one of the 6 (six) polytechnics which established since 1979 in Indonesia, has delivered highly competent graduates which absorbed and meet the demands of industry and business. But since the education and training programs for prospective teachers and educators in the Polytechnic Education Development Center in Bandung was stopped in 1995, it appears the decreasing of uptake of Polmed graduates. Even since 1997, the teacher which are recruited in Polmed do not get training and education anymore. So that education and training program to improve the capability of education which concentrated in the areas of expertise in Polmed are no longer exist. This research intends to know the supportive characteristics and factors of Learning Organization practice in Politeknik Negeri Medan to improve organizational capability of Politeknik Negeri Medan to achieve the competitive advantage.
This research use the concepts of the Fifth Discipline Learning Organization Senge, which are Shared Vision, Mental Models, Systems Thinking, Team Learning and Personal Mastery with indicators become the variables in this research. This research use quantitative and qualitative method (mix method) with 2 (two) population which are lectures and administrative employees. This research use frequency and factor analysis to analyze the data. The result of this research found that characteristics of Learning Organization Practice in Politeknik Negeri Medan is in 1) Competence Skill Excellence 2) High Philosophical Organization, 3) Good adaptability and inovation; 4) High Commitment and Initiative; 5) Readiness network system organization is good. Factor formation found as the supporter of Learning Organization Practice to improve the capability of Vocational Higher Education in Politeknik Negeri Medan are: a) Discipline, b) Philosophical understanding, c) Leadership motivation, and d) Members? Competencies. Discipline and Philosophical understanding are strong factors to be able to create a strong organization culture. But, from the side of lecture's futher education are still low, it becomes a crucial thing to be payed attention by Polmed to improve the capabiltiy of the lecturer to be able to implement UU PT No. 12 in year of 2012 immediately."
