Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasanterhadap mutu pelayanan dengan minat beli ulang pasien rawat jalan umum RSKDr Rivai Abdullah Palembang.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan pendekatan cross sectional Analisis yang digunakan meliputi univariat bivariat dan IPA Importance Performance Analysis dengan diagram kartesius.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat kepuasan cenderung tidak puas dari tiapdimensi maupun kepuasan secara keseluruhan Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkanadanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan dengan minat beli ulang pvalue 0 014 Dari diagram kartesius diperoleh gambaran yang menjadiprioritas utama yang harus diperbaiki yaitu dimensi tangibles yaitu yang berkaitandengan kebersihan WC dan ketersedian obat serta dimensi reliability yaitu yangberkaitan dengan dokter datang sesuai jadwal dan tepat waktu dalam memulailayanan.
Implikasi dalam penelitian ini agar rumah sakit dapat meningkatkanmutu pelayanan rawat jalan umum RSK Dr Rivai Abdullah Palembang Kata kunci kepuasan minat beli ulang.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Disiplin kerja pegawai di RSK dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang tahun 2015. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai RSK.dr.Rivai Abdullah berjumlah 337 orang, tehnik sampling yang dipergunakan adalah ?proporsive sampling dengan random sampling sehingga responden yang didapat sebanyak 180 orang pegawai.
Berdasarkan data absensi finger tahun 2014 Tingkat Disiplin kerja pada pegawai RSK. dr.Rivai Abdullah Palembang masih rendah, yaitu Pegawai disiplin kerja 54 orang (30%) sedangkan yang tidak disiplin sebanyak 126 orang (70%). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Chi Square terhadap Variabel Dependent ( Disiplin Kerja ) dan Variabel Independent ( Jenis Kelamin, Pendidikan, Lama Kerja, Kemampuan, Status Perkawinan, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Atasan dan Aturan ) sebagian besar di dapat ρ Value > 0,05 ( α = 0,05) berarti tidak ada hubungan antara faktor individu,intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dengan Disiplin kerja pegawai di RSK dr.Rivai Abdullah Palembang tahun 2015. Disarankan meningkatkan kualitas Pegawai dengan : pengembangan karier, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan pegawai

The objective of this study was to determine the factors which influenced employees work discipline in RSK Dr.Rivai Abdullah Palembang in 2015. This study used quantitative method using cross sectional design. The population of this study was all employees of RSK.dr.Rivai Abdullah amounted to 337 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with random sampling so that the respondents obtained as much as 180 employees.
Based on attendance data of finger print in 2014 discipline level of employees in RSK dr.Rivai Abdullah was still low i.e. employees work discipline were 54 people (30%) while as many as 126 people were not disciplined (70%). Based on the statistical test of Chi Square to the dependent variable (Discipline Work) and the independent Variables (Gender, Education, work duration, ability, marital status, compensation, motivation, head and rules) mostly obtained ρ Value> 0.05 (α = 0.05), it meant that there was no correlation between individual factors, intrinsic and extrinsic to the work discipline of employees in RSK dr.Rivai Abdullah Palembang in 2015. It is recommended to improve the quality of employees by career development, education and training and considering the employee welfare."

"[Instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) rumah sakit adalah bagian dari rumah sakit yang memberikan layanan terdepan. Di Rumah Sakit dr. Mohammad Hoesin (RSMH) Palembang sudah terdapat IGD berdasarkan SK Direktur Utama Rumah Sakit yang menetapkan struktur organisasi, tugas dan tanggung jawab, visi dan misi, dan prosedur tetap pelayanan gawat darurat. IGD RSMH Palembang dikepalai oleh seorang dokter spesialis bedah urologi dibantu oleh dua orang kepala ruangan.
Standar pelayanan di IGD sudah menerapkan standar layanan sesuai dengan standar akreditasi KARS 2012. IGD keberadaannya di rumah sakit diatur oleh Kepmenkes RI No. 856/Menkes/SK/IX/2009 tentang Standar IGD. Kepemenkes ini mengatur tentang standarisasi pelayanan gawat darurat di rumah sakit, dalam Kepmenkes tersebut
diatur standar organisasi, sumber daya manusia, pelayanan, kelengkapan sarana prasarana di IGD. Di RSMH Palembang telah dilaksanakan dokter spesialis jaga on site di IGD sejak 30 Januari 2014 sebagai tindak lanjut Kepmenkes RI tersebut. Sejak dilaksanakan kebijakan dokter spesialis jaga on site di IGD masih dijumpai kepatuhan para dokter masih belum optimal dan walaupun mutu layananan semakin membaik sejalan dengan telah terakreditasi paripurna rumah sakit versi KARS 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan dokter spesialis jaga on site di IGD sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan sesuai dengan Kepmenkes. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam pada informan. Informan yang diwawancarai adalah jajaran Direktur RSMH Palembang, Ketua Komite Medik, Kabag. Keuangan, Kepala ruangan IGD dan para dokter spesialis. Penilaian hasil wawancara menggunakan kerangka fikir model implementasi kebijakan George Edward III dengan variabel
sumber daya, komunikasi, disposisi dan struktur organisasi.
Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan implementasi kebijakan dokter spesialis jaga on site belum berjalan dengan baik, disebabkan karena faktor komunikasi, disposisi dan struktur organisasi belum berjalan baik dan masih banyak perlu dukungan sumber daya. Usulan yang diberikan adalah penambahan dan kompetensi tenaga sesuai standar, revisi SOP, penyediaan media komunikasi, perbaikan fasilitas,
meningkatkan koordinasi dan fungsi pengawasan secara berkala, advokasi ke Kemenkes RI.;Emergency department (ED) is a part of hospital which giving advanced services. In dr. Mohammad Hoesin (RSMH) Palembang hospital already own an emergency department based on SK director of the hospital whom establishes the organizational structure, duties and responsibilities, vision and mission, and standard operating procedures emergency services. ED RSMH Palembang is lead by a specialist urology and assisted by two heads of the room. Standard service of ED has implementing service standards according to accreditation standards KARS 2012. ED in the hospital arranged Indonesian health minister No. 865/Menkes/SK/IX/2009 about ED standards. The head of health minister regulates the standardization of emergency services at the hospital, which managing standard organizations, human resources, services, completeness infrastructure in ED. RSMH Palembang has been implemented specialist doctors duty on site in the ER since January, 30th 2014 as a follow-up of the head of the Indonesian health minister. Ever since implemented a policy specialist on duty in the ER site still found the compliance of the doctors are still not optimal and although the quality of service has improved in line with acreditation hospital KARS version 2012. This research aims to determine how the implementation of policy specialists doctors on site in the ER has been implemented in accordance with the expected goals in accordance with the head of health minister. Research done with qualitative method by performing in-depth interviews on informants. "Salah satu pelayanan unggulan di RSMH adalah pelayanan kemoterapi terpadu.Sebagai salah satu sumber daya dalam mendukung pelayanan tersebut adalah persediaan farmasi yang termasuk di dalamnya adalah obat Kemoterapi yang relative mahal. Dalam melakukan pengendalian persediaan RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin belum mengklasifikasikan obat berdasarkan nilai pemakaian, nilai investasi dan kekritisan obat melalui metode tertentu. Maka dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengendalian obat kemoterapi melalui pendekatan Analisis ABC Indeks Kritis di ruang pencampuran Kemoterapi Instalasi Farmasi RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain riset operasional dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 83 item obat, untuk kelompok A(60%-30%- 10%) item obat kemoterapi adalah Paxus 100 mg injeksi. dengan nilai investasi sebesar Rp. 3.220.525.650,- dari total investasi Rp 33.509.826.356,-. Analisis Indeks Kritis kelompok A (70%-20%-10%) dengan nilai investasi sebesar Rp 11.045.150.780,- dari keseluruhan nilai investasi Rp 33.509.826.356,- terdiri dari 6 jenis item yaitu : Holoxan 1 gram injeksi, Leocovorin injeksi, Doxorubicin 50 mg injeksi, Brexel 20 mg injeksi, Brexel 80 mg injeksi dan Paxus 100 mg injeksi. Sedangkan kelompok A ( 80%-10%-10%) atau senilai Rp. 12.472.877.428,- dari total nilai investasi Rp. 33.509.826.356,- terdiri dari 8 item yaitu: Carboplatin 150 mg injeksi Holoxan 1 gram injeksi, Leocovorin injeksi, Doxorubicin 50 mg injeksi, Brexel 20 mg injeksi, Brexel 80 mg injeksi dan Paxus 100 mg injeksi, dan Taxotere 20 mg injeksi. Metode Analisis ABC Indeks Kritis ini dapat membantu rumah sakit dalam merencanakan kebutuhan obat dengan mempertimbangkan pemakaian, nilai investasi, kekritisan obat untuk melakukan efisiensi biaya rumah sakit.

One of the featured services at RSMH is integrated chemotherapy services. One of the resources in support of these services is a pharmaceutical supplies including the Chemotherapy drugs are relatively expensive. In conducting the inventory control Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital not classify drugs based on user value, investment value and criticality of drugs through certain methods. So in this study aims to conduct chemotherapy drug control approach ABC Analysis Critical Index in the Cytostatica Handling Room of Pharmacy Instalation Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. This study design using operational research with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that out of 83 drug items, for group A (60% -30% -10%) is a Paxus 100 mg injection. with an investment of IDR. 3,220,525,650, - of the total investment of IDR. 33,509,826,356, -.Critical Index Analysis group A (70% -20% -10%) with an investment of IDR. 11,045,150,780, - of the total investment value of IDR 33,509,826,356, - consists of six types of items, namely: Holoxan 1 gram injection, Leocovorin injection, doxorubicin 50 mg injection, Brexel 20 mg injection, Brexel 80 mg injection and Paxus 100 mg injection.
