"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan spiritual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan metode pra eksperimen dengan pretest posttest design without control group. Sampel berjumlah 35 perawat. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan keperawatan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan (p value = 0,000) pada tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan spiritual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah menerapkan keperawatan spiritual secara berkesinambungan dengan penetapan SOP, SAK, dan supervisi terhadap pelaksanaan keperawatan spiritual.

This research was aimed to know the effect of spiritual nursing training toward knowledge and skill of the nurse in hospitalized care unit of the H. Abdul Manap hospital Jambi. This research using pre experiment method with pretest posttest design without control group. There were 35 nurses as sample of the research. Intervention which conducted was training and instruction spiritual nursing. The result of this research indicated that is the increasing significantly of knowledge and skill of the nurse after taken the training. It may include that there is effect of spiritual nursing training toward knowledge and nurse skill. The recommendation of the research is to conduct spiritual nursing regularly with determining SOP, SAK, and supervise to the conducting of spiritual nursing care."

"ABSTRAK
Rumah sakit merupakan tempat kerja yang dapat menyebabkan perawat tertular infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hubungan penerapan nilai Kemuhammadiyahan dengan upaya menjaga keselamatan diri dari infeksi. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling pada 70 perawat alumni Muhammadiyah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara penerapan nilai-nilai kemuhammadiyahahn dengan upaya menjaga keselamaan diri dari infeksi.

Abstract
Hospital is a workplace with high risk in health and safety. Research on cross-sectional descriptive correlation aimed to analyze the relationship application of muhammadiyah values with efforts to maintain safety of Infection in Muhammadiyah General Hospital Metro. The samples obtained by purposive sampling consisted of 70 nurses graduated from Muhammadiyah. These results indicate that there is a connection between the application of the values kemuhammadiyahah with efforts to maintain the safety of themselves from infection."

"ABSTRAK
Delegasi keperawatan merupakan salah satu aktifitas kepala ruangan melaksanakan fungsi manajemen dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan. Mekanisme delegasi keperawatan yang efektif menjamin kualitas pendelegasian keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh model delegasi keperawatan yang efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas pendelegasian keperawatan kepala ruangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu tahap 1 identifikasi masalah melalui penelitian deskriptif kualitatif fenomenologi, tahap 2 pengembangan model, dan tahap 3 penelitian kuasi eksperimen pre-posttest control group design. Metode sampling tahap 1 dengan purposive sampling dengan 4 partisipan. Tahap 3 sampel dipilih secara probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling sejumlah 70 responden 35 responden kelompok intervensi dan 35 kelompok kontrol . Hasil penelitian tahap 1 didapatkan 5 tema yaitu proses kegiatan delegasi keperawatan belum sesuai prinsip, prosedur delegasi keperawatan tidak standar, kegiatan delegasi tidak terdokumentasi, perbedaan pemahaman antar partisipan tentang prosedur delegasi, dan belum ada penerapan penghargaan atau sanksi untuk proses delegasi yang telah dilaksanakan. Tema tersebut dikembangkan pada tahap ke 2 menjadi model delegasi keperawatan yang diberi nama lsquo;Relactor rsquo;. Di tahap ke 3 terbukti bahwa model delegasi keperawatan lsquo;Relactor rsquo; meningkatkan kualitas pendelegasian keperawatan p

ABSTRACT
Nursing delegation becomes one of management function of head nurse 39 s activity in providing nursing care. The mechanism of effective nursing delegation assures quality of nursing delegation. This research aimed to discover effective nursing delegation model and improve quality of nursing delegation of head nurse. This study undergone 3 steps include step 1 problem identification through descriptive qualitative phenomenology research, step 2 model development, and step 3 quasi experimental research pre post test control group design. Sampling method of step 1 with purposive sampling involved 4 participants. Seventy respondents 35 respondents at each group had been collected by using simple random sampling probability sampling during step 3. Research result of step 1 obtained 5 themes, those were inappropriate nursing delegation process, unstandardized nursing delegation procedure, undocumented delegation activity, different understanding among participants about delegation procedure, and the absence of reward and punishment for implemented delegation. Those themes were developed at step 2 that hereinafter called nursing delegation model lsquo Relactor rsquo . Step 3 was successfully proved that there was significant influence of nursing delegation model lsquo Relactor rsquo toward quality of delegation. The study recommended that lsquo Relactor rsquo model can be applied in nursing service and be executed continuous monitoring to measure success."

"Pengembangan kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional memungkinkan pemimpin memengaruhi orang lain dalam melakukan pekerjaannya yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terbangunnya kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional kepala ruang dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku caring perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan action research melalui tiga tahapan penelitian yaitu: Tahap 1, identifikasi masalah-masalah pokok yang ada dengan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Tahap II, Pengembangan kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional dalam upaya meningkatkan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana. Tahap III, penelitian pengaruh penerapan program kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional kepala ruang terhadap perilaku caring perawat pelaksana dengan desain quasi experiment with control group desain. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian tahap III yaitu proporsional random sampling. Hasil tahap I yang terdentifikasi 7 tema. Tahap II dihasilkan model kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasaan emosional, tahap III terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna penerapan kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional terhadap perlaku caring perawat pelaksana (P=0,003). ada perbedaan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana kelompok intervensi dan kontrol (P= 0,20). Rekomendasi: perlunya pelatihan bagi kepala ruang untuk implementasi model kepemimpinan keperawatan berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional di rumah sakit.

Nursing leadership development based on emotional intelligence allows leaders to influence others to do the work that is essential to improving the quality of nursing The purpose of the study was the establishment of the leadership of the ward nurse based on emotional intelligence that could improve nurses caring behavior. This research applied an action research approach through three stages of research, namely: the identification of the key issues using the qualitative research ,the development of leadership based on emotional intelligence of ward nurses in an effort to improve nurses caring behavior and the study on the effect of the applying the leadership program based on the ward nurses emotional intellegence to ward the caring behavior of the nurses as the quasi experiment design compaired to the control group design. The sampling method used in the stage III study that is proportional random sampling. The first stage produced 7 theme. Stage II: produced a model of leadership based on emotional intelligence in an effort to improve nurses caring behavior, Stage III: there is a significant effect of the application of the nursing leadership based on emotional intelligence of the nurses caring behavior (P=0,003). No diference in nurse caring behavior intervention and control group (P=0,200). Recomendations:(1). the need for training for ward nursing for the implementation of the leadership model of nursing based on emotional intelligence (K3E) at the hospital.
