"Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemberian MP-ASI pada bayi umur 7-12 bulan di Puskesmas Kemiri Muka Depok Tahun 2011. Desain yang digunakan adalah cross sectional, populasi penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi umur 7-12 bulan, sampel 120 orang ibu yang memiliki bayi. Hasil penelitian adalah 51,7% pemberian MP-ASI sudah dilakukan sesuai standar. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan chi square ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan, informasi, dukungan petugas kesehatan, dukungan keluarga dengan perilaku pemberian MP-ASI. Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan keluarga melalui promosi kesehatan dan penyediaan poster, leaflet, terkait MP-ASI. Frekuensi pelatihan konseling ditingkatkan bagi petugas kesehatan terkait MP-ASI.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the behavior of MP-breastfeeding in infants aged 7-12 months in Kemiri Muka Public Health Center Depok City in 2011. The design used was cross sectional, population study were infants aged 7-12 months, samples area 120 mother who have baby. Study result shows that 51.7% of giving a side dish of Mother Breast- Feeding has been carried according to standard. Result of bivariate analysis by chi square test found that there are meaning correlation between knowledge, information, health officer support, family support and behavior of giving a side dish of Mother Breast Feeding. Improving mother and family knowledge through health promotion and provides poster, leaflet in regard to side dish of Mother Breast- Feeding. Frequency of counseling training for health officer of side dish of Mother Breast Feeding needs to be enhanced."

"ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor predisposisi,faktor pendukung, dan faktor penguat yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASIeksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Patamuan Kabupaten Padang PariamanPropinsi Sumater Barat Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuntitatifdengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa proporsi responden yang memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinyacakupannya masih rendah sebesar (13,8%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermaknaantara pendidikkan, pengetahuan, kebiasaan pemberian makanan pendamping ASIdan dukungan keluarga dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Diharapkan dinaskesehatan agar memperbanyak informasi mengenai ASI eksklusif dan tokohmasyarakat lebih membantu masyarakatnya dalam pemberian ASI secara eksklusif.
