"Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional adalah bagian dari Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan mekanisme asuransi kesehatan sosial yang bersifat wajib (mandatory) berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 tentang SJSN. Tujuan dari program ini adalah memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan masyarakat yang layak yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh Pemerintah. Dalam penyelenggaraan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, terdapat badan hukum yang bertanggung jawab dalam penyelenggaraannya, yaitu Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Klinik pratama merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama dalam sistem rujukan BPJS Kesehatan sehingga Klink Pratama dibutuhkan. Klinik pratama belum terjangkau pada daerah Kalideres karena masih hanya tersedia sedikit. Dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini, akan dirancang dan dianalisis klinik pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS dan melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) di daerah Kalideres. Klinik pratama yang dirancang adalah Healthy Body bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan dan memiliki 2 dokter, 1 dokter gigi, serta membuka pelayanan kesehatan selama 24 jam dengan pasien BPJS 10.000, dengan dana kapitasi BPJS Kesehatan adalah sebesar Rp 9.750 per pasien. Klinik juga melayani pasien PRB sebanyak 15 pasien dengan penyakit jantung dan 11 pasien dengan penyakit Lupus. Breakeven point dari klinik adalah sebesar Rp 1.257.423.590 dan payback period selama 13 bulan. Berdasarkan analisis dari segala aspek yang telah dilakukan, Klinik Healthy Body dinyatakan layak untuk didirikan.

The primary clinic designed is Healthy Body in collaboration with BPJS Health and has 2 doctors, 1 dentist, and opens 24-hour health services for 10,000 BPJS patients, with BPJS Health capitation funds of Rp 9,750 per patient. The clinic also serves 15 patients with DRR patients with heart disease and 11 patients with lupus. The breakeven point from the clinic is IDR 1,257,423,590 and the payback period is 13 months. Based on the analysis of all aspects that have been carried out, the Healthy Body Clinic is declared feasible to be established."

"Sebelum menjadi apoteker, calon apoteker melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi apoteker hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung Jawab apoteker serta mendapatkan gambaran pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di lima tempat yakni, PT. Aventis Pharma pada periode Maret - April 2022, Apotek Kimia Farma 399 periode Juni 2022, Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode Juli – Agustus 2022, Puskesmas Kecamatan Matraman periode September 2022, dan PT.Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Jakarta 3 periode Oktober 2022. Setelah pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri, apotek, rumah sakit, puskesmas, dan pedagang besar farmasi calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang cukup sehingga siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja sebagai apoteker yang kompeten dan profesional.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are carried out in five places namely, PT. Aventis Pharma for the period March - April 2022, Kimia Farma Pharmacy 399 for the June 2022 period, University of Indonesia Hospital for the July - August 2022 period, the Matraman District Health Center for the September 2022 period, and PT.Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Jakarta Branch 3 for the October 2022 period. After implementation of Pharmacist Professional Work Practices in industry, pharmacies, hospitals, health centers, and pharmaceutical wholesalers. Pharmacist candidates are expected to have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills and experience so that they are ready to enter the world of work as competent and professional pharmacists."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Jatikramat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap peran apoteker dalam bidang kefarmasian khususnya bidang klinis. Secara manajerial, mahasiswa juga diajarkan agar memahami alur pengadaan barang, penerimaan, penyimpanan stok serta metode penjualan yang dilaksanakan. Apotek Roxy memberikan gambaran nyata dari tanggung jawab yang diemban seorang apoteker sebagai praktisi maupun sebagai apoteker penanggung jawab outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia periode Oktober-November 2021 bertujuan untuk memahami pernerapan dan penggunaan ilmu kefarmasian di bidang industri, serta memahami peran apoteker sebagai tenaga yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga kualitas dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan khususnya di PT Pharos Indonesia. Adapun penyusunan tugas khusus pada pemahaman alur perilisan sediaan suspensi 150 mL yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Quality Control PT Pharos Indonesia. Sedangkan pada PBF SamMarie Tramedifa, mahasiswa memahami alur pendistribusian barang, pendistribusian barang kepada konsumen secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, teknik pemesanan serta pola komunikasi apoteker terhadap konsumen dalam hal pemasaran. Hal penting yang diajarkan dalam ketiga tempat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker diharapkan menjadi bekal yang mumpuni sebelum benar-benar memiliki gelar apoteker dan siap bekerja di lapangan.

Roxy Pharmacy provides a real picture of the responsibilities of a pharmacist as a practitioner or as a pharmacist in charge of the outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia for the period October-November 2021 aims to understand the application and use of pharmaceutical science in the industrial sector and understand the role of pharmacists as staff who are responsible for maintaining the quality and quality of the products produced, especially at PT Pharos Indonesia. The preparation of a special task on understanding the release flow of the 150 mL suspension preparation was carried out by the Quality Control Department of PT Pharos Indonesia. "Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat di mana seorang apoteker melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Apoteker merupakan bagian dari tenaga kesehatan yang mempunyai kewenangan dan kewajiban untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yaitu pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker adalah “Analisis Perencanaan Persediaan Obat Antihipertensi di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna”. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap perencanaan pengadaan yang baik di apotek, sehingga dapat menghindari terjadinya penumpukan dan kekosongan stok obat di apotek.

Selain itu, apoteker harus dapat menyelesaikan setiap permasalah dan tantangan yang terjadi di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melatih pola pikir dan tindakan calon apoteker dalam mengelola kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses produksi, salah satunya yaitu dengan mengefisienkan waktu produksi melalui pengefisienan waktu set up clean up sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi industri farmasi, namun dengan tetap mengutamakan kualitas dan keamanan produk.

This special task aims to train the mindset and actions of prospective pharmacists in managing the activities carried out in the production process, one of which is by streamlining production time through efficient clean up set up time so that it can provide benefits for the pharmaceutical industry, but by still prioritizing quality, and product safety."

"Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu gangguan psikosis yang mengacaukan kejiwaan seseorang berupa sikap, pikiran, dan perilaku. Orang dengan gangguan jiwa berhak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kesehatan jiwa. Salah satu cara untuk menangani masalah kejiwaan tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan terapi farmakologi dengan menggunakan antipsikotik untuk mengatasi gejala yang dialami. Antipsikotik adalah golongan obat untuk mengendalikan dan mengurangi gejala psikosis yang bisa dialami oleh penderita gangguan mental. Salah satu peran penting apoteker adalah memberikan pharmaceutical care yang komprehensif dengan mendukung penggunaan obat yang benar dan rasional, mengidentifikasi, mencegah, dan mengatasi adanya drug related problem, serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi pengobatan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yang berlaku. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek adalah melakukan pengkajian resep baik dari aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. One form of clinical pharmacy services in pharmacies is to conduct prescription assessments from the administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. Metode yang digunkaan dalam pembuatan tugas ini adalah studi literature terhadap analisa master plan Apotek Roxy jatibaru terkait lokasi, lingkungan, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi melalui studi literature, serya analisa terkait konten social media terkait kondisi sosio-ekonomi Apotek Roxy Jatibaru. Kesimpulan yangdapat ditarik dari analisa yan telah dilakukan adalah Apotek Roxy Jatibaru terletak pada kawasan strategis dengan kondisi sosio-ekonomi masyarakat sekitar adalah menengah ke atas, dimana konten social media yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keuntungan adalah edukatif dan interaktif.

This task aims to find out and create a master plan and socio-economic conditions of the Roxy Jati Baru Pharmacy, as well as identify and propose appropriate social media content based on the socio-economic conditions of the Roxy Jati Baru Pharmacy to increase the profits of the Roxy Jati Baru Pharmacy. The method used in making this assignment is a literature study on the analysis of the Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy master plan related to location, environment, and socioeconomic conditions through a literature study, as well as an analysis of social media content related to the socio-economic conditions of the Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy. The conclusion that can be drawn from the analysis that has been carried out is that Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy is located in a strategic area with the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community being upper-middle, where the right social media content to increase profits is educative and interactive."
