"Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar bagi setiap manusia, sehingga setiap negara perlu mengembangkan hak asasi manusia tersebut. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di industri farmasi, distributor farmasi maupun apotek. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 219 Situgintung dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literatur. Literatur yang digunakan untuk laporan tugas khusus di apotek meliputi, website micromedex, website medscape, dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Literatur yang digunakan untuk laporan tugas khusus di distributor meliputi, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pembuatan instruksi kerja dan form checklist kebersihan serta CDOB 2019. Literatur yang digunakan untuk laporan tugas khusus di industry farmasi meliputi CPOB 2018 dan SOP milik PT. Mahakam Beta Farma. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan pengkajian resep terhadap pasien dengan penyakit hiperurisemia. Pengkajian resep diperlukan untuk menghindari kesalahan pengobatan terhadap pasien agar kualitas hidup pasien meningkat. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di distributor farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan instuksi kerja dan form checklist kebersihan untuk PT Enseval Putera Megatrading dalam rangka menjaga mutu dan kualitas obat yang disimpan di dalam gudang penyimpanan. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan protokol study campaign batch. Campaign batch bertujuan untuk menggabungkan produksi beberapa bets menjadi satu waktu produksi agar waktu dan biaya yang digunakan lebih efisien.

Health is a basic right for every human being, so that every country needs to develop these human rights. Pharmacists as one of the health workers are obliged to devote themselves both to the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacies. In increasing understanding of the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist professional work practice was carried out at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 219 Situgintung and PT Mahakam Beta Farma. The method used in making this special task is through literature study. The literature used for specific assignment reports in pharmacies includes the micromedex website, the medscape website, and statutory regulations. The literature used for special assignment reports at distributors includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for making work instructions and cleanliness checklist forms as well as the 2019 CDOB. Literature used for special assignment reports in the pharmaceutical industry includes CPOB 2018 and SOP owned by PT. Mahakam Beta Farma. In practicing in pharmacies, the authors reviewed the prescription of patients with hyperuricemia. Assessment of prescriptions is needed to avoid medication errors in patients so that the patient's quality of life can improve. In the implementation of practice at a pharmaceutical distributor, the authors make work instructions and hygiene checklist forms for PT Enseval Putera Megatrading in order to maintain the quality and quality of drugs stored in the warehouse. Meanwhile, in the practical implementation in the pharmaceutical industry, the authors made a study campaign batch protocol. Batch campaigns aim to combine the production of several batches into one production time so that time and costs are used more efficiently."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pedagang besar farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk., Apotek Kimia Farma No. 49 Pondok Bambu dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma selama periode bulan Februari-Juli 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industries, pharmacies and pharmaceutical distributors. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the world of work and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the pharmacist professional work practice was carried out at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk., Apotek Kimia Farma No. 49 Pondok Bambu and PT Mahakam Beta Farma in February-July 2020. During the pharmacist professional work practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices."

"Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) merupakan program dari pemerintah yang memberikan perlindungan kesehatan kepada peserta yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh Pemerintah. JKN bertujuan agar peserta dapat memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan. Pengelolaan persediaan obat di Apotek perlu dilakukan untuk mendukung pelayanan kepada pasien. Apoteker berperan dalam manajemen sediaan farmasi sehingga harus memiliki kemampuan manajerial untuk mengelolah data kebutuhan obat yang dituangkan dalam Rencana Kebutuhan Obat sesuai pagu anggaran. Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro merupakan salah satu Faskes yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan untuk pelayanan obat Pelayanan Rujuk Balik (PRB). Perkembangan teknologi informasi menyebabkan pengadaan sediaan farmasi menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat. Pengadaan obat dapat menggunakan E-Purchasing melalui Katalog Elektronik pada website Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Pengadaan obat BPJS melalui Katalog Elektronik dapat mempermudah dalam kegiatan melaksanakan kebutuhan obat sehingga pasien dapat menerima obat sesuai dan tepat waktu. Penyusunan laporan khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pengadaan obat BPJS melalui Katalog Elektronik di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro. Pengadaan obat BPJS di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro menggunakan metode Manual (Offline) yaitu membuat paket pembelian obat berdasarkan Daftar Pengadaan Obat Berdasarkan Katalog Elektronik dengan Formulir 2 dikarenakan kendala operasional. Kendala operasional dalam pengadaan obat BPJS di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro telah diselesaikan dengan mengujungi Kemenkes bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kementerian Kesehatan.

Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy is one of the Health Facilities that collaborates with BPJS Health for drug services Referral Services. The development of information technology has made the procurement of pharmaceutical preparations easier and faster. Procurement of drugs can use E-Purchasing through the Electronic Catalog on the website of the Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency. Procurement of BPJS drugs through Electronic Catalogs can facilitate the activities of carrying out drug needs so that patients can receive drugs according to and on time. The preparation of this special report aims to evaluate the BPJS drug procurement system through the Electronic Catalog at the Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy. Procurement of BPJS drugs at Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy uses the Manual (Offline) method, namely making drug purchase packages based on the Drug Procurement List Based on Electronic Catalogs with Form 2 due to operational constraints. Pharmacists as part of the health care team have an important role in the PTO. This role is to prevent the emergence of problems related to drugs. The supporting knowledge that a pharmacist must have in PTO is related to pharmacotherapy, disease pathophysiology, and interpretation of physical, diagnostic and laboratory examination results. In addition, communication skills are needed, fostering interpersonal relationships, and analyzing a problem (Kemenkes RI, 2009).Kimia Farma Apotek is a pharmaceutical company with the largest pharmacy network and integrated health service provider through complete drug and medical device services, pharmacist and doctor consultation, laboratory services, and optics as well as providing health applications to facilitate access to services. The Health application in question is the Kimia Farma Mobile application which has several features including clinical service features, laboratory services, and pharmacy services. These three features were developed to make it easier for users to obtain pharmaceutical services from the Kimia Farma Pharmacy. In view of the existence of several deficiencies such as miss communication between patients and pharmacy staff regarding the therapy used, it is hoped that the development of the latest digital-based innovations through the Kimia Farma Mobile application, namely the PTO (Drug Therapy Monitoring) feature, is expected to be able to minimize the occurrence of these errors."

"Alat kesehatan memiliki perkembangan yang pesat setiap tahunnya dan hal tersebut menjadikan tahun menjadikan kebutuhan pasar terhadap alat kesehatan semakin tinggi. PT. MJG merupakan suatu distributor alat kesehatan dan farmasi yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2004. Pada saat proses pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan pendistribusian alat kesehatan, seluruh Distriutor Alat Kesehatan (DAK) wajib menerapkan pedoman teknis CDOB dan CDAKB. MJG disertai adanya studi literatur, pengamatan, analisis, dan pengkajian kesesuaian aktual pelaksanaan implementasi aspek personalia, bangunan, dan fasilitas di PT. MJG dengan yang telah dipersyaratkan pada CDOB dan CDAKB. Pada aspek pengelolaan sumber daya atau personalia, terdapat beberapa hal yang dilakukan pengkajian kesesuaian, diantaranya adalah jumlah SDM, sistem penerimaan SDM, perencanaan pelatihan umum dan khusus bagi personalia, prosedur tetap bagi personil, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi pelatihan, sedangkan pada aspek bangunan dan fasilitas, hal yang dilakukan pengkajian adalah desain, sistem keamanan, pemeliharaan, keamanan, dan kebersihan bangunan, jumlah ruang penyimpanan, jenis fasilitas, serta program pengendalian hama. Berdasarkan proses pengamatan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, aspek personalia, bangunan, dan fasilitas di PT. MJG diketahui telah diimplementasikan dengan baik dan sesuai oleh PT. MJG seperti yang dipersyaratkan pada CDOB dan CDAKB.

Healthcare equipment has been rapidly developing every year, leading to an increasing demand for healthcare devices in the market. PT. MJG is a distributor of healthcare and pharmaceutical equipment, established since 2004. During the procurement, storage, and distribution processes of healthcare equipment, all Healthcare Equipment Distributors are required to adhere to the technical guidelines of CDOB and CDAKB. Personnel, infrastructure, and facilities are some aspects covered by the technical guidelines of CDOB and CDAKB. The preparation of this special task report aims to assess the compatibility of the implementation of personnel, infrastructure, and facilities aspects at PT. MJG with the requirements outlined in CDOB and CDAKB. Supporting information was obtained by the author through interviews with PT. MJG staff, along with literature review, observation, analysis, and an assessment of the actual compatibility of implementing personnel, infrastructure, and facilities aspects at PT. MJG with the stipulated requirements of CDOB and CDAKB. In terms of resource management or personnel, several aspects were assessed for compatibility, including the number of human resources, the HR selection system, general and specific training planning for personnel, standard procedures for personnel, and training evaluation implementation. Regarding infrastructure and facilities aspects, the assessment included design, security systems, maintenance, security, and cleanliness of buildings, storage space quantity, facility types, and pest control programs. Based on the observation and analysis conducted, it is evident that the personnel, infrastructure, and facilities aspects at PT. MJG have been well and appropriately implemented by PT. MJG, as required by CDOB and CDAKB."

"Distributor alat kesehatan (DAK) adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran alat kesehatan dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. PT MJG merupakan Distributor Alat Kesehatan (DAK) dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) yang menyalurkan alat kesehatan dan produk sediaan farmasi, meliputi peralatan di bidang bank darah, in vitro diagnostik, vaksin, kebutuhan untuk penelitian dan industri. PT MJG wajib menerapkan aspek CDAKB dan CDOB dalam menyelenggarakan pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan penyaluran produk farmasetika atau alat kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengkajian penerapan CDAKB dan CDOB di PT MJG dari aspek operasional yang tercantum pada peraturan perundang-undangan dengan implementasinya di PT MJG. Pengkajian dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional di PT MJG dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap implementasi CDAKB dan CDOB dari aspek operasional di PT MJG, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh aspek operasional yang mencakup pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, serta pengemasan dan pengiriman di PT MJG telah sesuai dengan CDAKB dan CDOB.

A medical device distributor (DAK) is a company in the form of a legal entity that has a permit to procure, store and distribute medical devices in large quantities in accordance with statutory provisions. PT MJG is a Medical Equipment Distributor (DAK) and Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (PBF) which distributes medical devices and pharmaceutical preparation products, including equipment in the fields of blood banking, in vitro diagnostics, vaccines, needs for research and industry. PT MJG is obliged to implement CDAKB and CDOB aspects in organizing the procurement, receipt, storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products or medical devices. Therefore, it is necessary to study the implementation of CDAKB and CDOB at PT MJG from the operational aspects listed in the statutory regulations with their implementation at PT MJG. The assessment was carried out based on direct observations of the implementation of operational activities at PT MJG and literature studies. Based on the analysis of the implementation of CDAKB and CDOB from operational aspects at PT MJG, it can be concluded that all operational aspects including procurement, receiving, storage, as well as packaging and delivery at PT MJG are in accordance with CDAKB and CDOB. "Produk rantai dingin atau Cold Chain Product (CCP) merupakan produk yang harus disimpan dalam kisaran suhu yang telah ditetapkan karena produk bersifat sensitif terhadap suhu. Dalam proses distribusi produk, tentu tidak hanya menjangkau jarak antar yang dekat saja namun, distribusi produk jarak jauh juga dilakukan. Selama proses distribusi baik pada jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh suhu produk harus berada pada rentang suhu stabilitasnya. Validasi proses pengiriman perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan suhu pengiriman tidak menyimpang dari yang dipersyaratkan. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk membuktikan konfigurasi 4 dan 5 pendingin (ice pack) mampu menjaga suhu dalam kemasan tetap pada rentang 2-8oC selama waktu tertentu dan menentukan konfigurasi ice pack terbaik untuk pengiriman produk rantai dingin di PT. Era Caring Indonesia. PT. Era Caring Indonesia merupakan salah satu pedagang besar farmasi di Indonesia. Validasi dilakukan pada produk dummy dengan menggunakan bahan pengemas berupa box styrofoam dan alat ukur berupa thermometer data logger. Pendingin (ice pack) disusun berdasarkan konfigurasi yang telah ditentukan dan dilakukan pengamatan suhu selama 8 jam. Dari hasil validasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa konfigurasi dengan menggunakan 4 ice pack dan 5 ice pack dapat menjaga suhu produk tetap berada pada rentang yang telah ditentukan yaitu, 2-8oC selama 8 jam dan konfigurasi dengan menggunakan 4 ice pack lebih memiliki kelebihan dibandingkan dengan 5 ice pack.

A cold chain product (CCP) is a product that must be stored within a certain temperature range as the product is temperature sensitive. During the distribution process, it does not only reach close distances but also long-distance product distribution. Both at short and long distances distribution, the product temperature must be within its stability temperature range. Validation of the delivery process is required to ensure the delivery temperature does not deviate from the specified range. The purpose of this study is to prove the configuration of 4 and 5 coolers (ice packs) can maintain the temperature in the range of 2-8oC during a certain time and determine the best ice pack configuration for cold chain product delivery at PT. Era Caring Indonesia. PT Era Caring Indonesia is one of the pharmaceutical wholesalers in Indonesia. Validation was conducted on a dummy product using styrofoam box as the packaging material and thermometer data logger to observe the temperature. The ice pack was arranged based on a specified configuration and the temperature was observed for 8 hours. From the validation results, it can be concluded that the configuration using 4 ice packs and 5 ice packs can maintain the product temperature within the range of 2-8oC for 8 hours and the configuration using 4 ice packs has more advantages compared to 5 ice packs.
