mediasi dari Public Service Motivation dan Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap
Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat
Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia, dalam melakukan
penelitian ini untuk mencari dan memperoleh data peneliti dibantu oleh aparatur
sipil negara di lingkungan Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah RI.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang mana menggunakan teknik
non-probability sampling; convenience technique sampling. Temuan dari
penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif person-job fit terhadap kepuasan
kerja, adanya pengaruh positif person-job fit terhadap public service motivation,
adanya pengaruh tidak langsung person-job fit terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui
public service motivation, adanya pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap
Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan adanya tekanan pekerjaan akan
memoderasi pengaruh person-job fit terhadap kepuasan kerja serta adanya tekanan
pekerjaan akan memoderasi pengaruh tidak langsung person-job fit terhadap
kepuasan kerja melalui public service motivation, efeknya akan lebih kuat pada
ASN yang menghadapi tekanan pekerjaan yang rendah.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the influence of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction mediatied
by Public Service Motivation and the influence of Job Satisfaction on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior a case study of civil servants on Sekretariat
Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republic of Indonesia, in conducting this
research to locate and obtain data researchers assisted by officials civil state
within the Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republic of Indonesia.
This research is a quantitative research which using the non-probability;
convenience sampling technique. The findings of this research is the positive
influence person-job fit to job satisfaction, the positive influence person-job fit in
the public service motivation, the indirect effect person-job fit to job satisfaction
through public service motivation, the positive influence of job satisfaction on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and work pressures will moderate the
influence of person-job fit on job satisfaction and the work pressures will
moderate the influence of indirect effect person-job fit to job satisfaction through
public service motivation, the effect will be even stronger in ASN facing low work
pressure.

"Skripsi ini menganalisa pengaruh manajemen piutang dan utang terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2010 hingga 2014. Manajemen Piutang diukur berdasarkan periode rata–rata penagihan piutang yang dinyatakan dengan average collection period. Dan Manajemen Utang diukur berdasarkan rata–rata periode penagihan utang yang dinyatakan dengan average payment period. Variabel independen lainnya yaitu current ratio, firm size, dan financial debt ratio. Ukuran profitabilitas dinyatakan dengan gross operating profit. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Eviews. Untuk menguji pengaruh, digunakan model fixed effect dengan pendekatan generalized least square (GLS). Dari hasil pengujian diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel average collection period, average payment period, firm size, dan financial debt ratio terhadap gross operating profit, kecuali variabel current ratio.

This thesis analyzes the impact of account receivables and payables management on the profitability in manufacturing firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2014. Effectiveness of account receivable management is measured by average collection period. And effectiveness of account payable management is measured by average payment period. Other independent variables such as current ratio, firm size, and financial debt ratio. Profitability is proxied by gross operating profit. Test data in this study conducted using Eviews. To see the impact of account receivable and payable management on the profitability, researchers use fixed effect model with generalized least squares (GLS). The results shown that average collection period, average payment period, firm size, and financial debt ratio to gross operating profit, except current ratio."

"ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh dari pembayaran insentif bagi marketing BRI terhadap peningkatan employee engagement dengan tujuan untuk menurunkan turnover intention. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan hasil analisa statistik. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu ada peningkatan employee engagement sehingga dapat menurunkan turnover intention karyawan; manajemen juga perlu mempertimbangkan sistem pemberian insentif yang lebih baik dan tepat. Kata Kunci:Manajemen, human resources, manajemen sumber daya, insentif, kompensasi, employee engagement.

ABSTRACT
This study case discussing about the effect of marketing incentive pay at BRI to raise employee engagement with the intention to reduce turnover intention. This research are qualitative research with statistic analysis. The results shows that incentive didn rsquo t have any significancy towards employee engagement but the employee engagement but appearantly had a significant effect to turnover intention so do incentive to turnover intention. This research also found that employee engagement as intervening variable had a better significant effect to turnover intention compare to the straight effect of incentive to turnover intention. "Saat ini, salah satu jenis UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) yang sedang berkembang adalah industri jasa penatu. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan pariwisata dan hotel, rumah sakit, perumahan, dan apartemen di Indonesia memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap layanan penatu dan 'cleaning service'. Peluang ini dimanfaatkan oleh Ibu Jennifer untuk mendirikan KlinBar, yaitu 'retail' jasa penatu modern yang memberikan pelayanan untuk mencuci baju yang bersih dan rapi. KlinBar mempekerjakan enam karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini membahas laporan proses 'business coaching' untuk memecahkan masalah dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di UMKM, yaitu menyusun sistem penilaian kinerja dan sistem 'rewards' untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan KlinBar.
Analisis pendahuluan KlinBar menunjukkan bahwa terdapat rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh belum adanya sistem penilaian kinerja dan 'rewards'. Selain itu, rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan mengakibatkan rendahnya komitmen terhadap organisasi dan 'turnover' yang tinggi. 'Turnover' di KlinBar adalah sebesar 40%. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari profil perusahaan, internet, 'text book', dan artikel jurnal. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dari sistem penilaian kinerja dan sistem 'reward' dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

Nowadays, the one type of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) that currently developing is a laundry service industry. The increasing growth of tourism and hotels, hospitals, residential, and apartments in Indonesia have a significant contribution to the laundry and cleaning services. Mrs. Jennifer seizes this opportunity by establishing KlinBar, a modern retail laundry that provides clean and neat clothes. KlinBar is now employing six permanent employees. This study discusses the report of the business coaching process for solving problems in human resources management in MSMEs on the Craeting of Performance Appraisal and Reward Systems to Enhance the Employee Job Satisfaction of KlinBar.
The preliminary analysis of KlinBar has shown that there was a lack of job satisfaction from the employee. The lack of job satisfaction is caused by a lack of performance appraisal and reward systems. Also, the lack of employee job satisfaction resulted in a low commitment to the organization and high turnover. The turnover in KlinBar is 40%. The primary data is collected through in-depth interview and observation. The secondary data is obtained from the company profile, internet, textbook, and articles in the journal. The collected data will be analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. This study found that the implementation of performance appraisal and reward systems could enhance job satisfaction.

"ABSTRAK
Employer branding dapat membentuk persepsi individu terkait karakteristik subjektif sebuah organisasi. Hal ini mendorong organisasi untuk memberikan perhatian lebih dalam memaksimalkan peran employer branding, khususnya dalam mencari pencari kerja. Social media sering dijadikan pilihan untuk memaksimalkan kegiatan tersebut. Karakteristik komunikasi yang dirasakan saat mengakses halaman social media dapat dilihat melalui perceived social presence dan perceived informativeness. Berdasarkan teori employer brand personality yang dijelaskan oleh dimensi organizational warmth dan organizational competence, dilakukan pengumpulan data untuk melihat pengaruh dari penggunaan social media dalam kegiatan employer branding perusahaan terhadap tingkat organizational attractiveness perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan pada mahasiswa tahun akhir yang akan atau sedang mencari kerja dalam waktu kurang dari satu tahun. Sesuai dengan hipotesis yang sudah disusun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational warmth dan organizational competence memediasi pengaruh perceived social presence dan perceived informativeness terhadap organizational attractiveness. Semua hasil temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan social media merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan upaya employer branding perusahaan guna meningkatkan tingkat organizational attractiveness bagi calon pencari kerja.

ABSTRACT
Employer branding can shape the perceptions of individuals related to the subjective characteristics of an organization. This encourages organizations to pay more attention in maximizing the role of employer branding, especially in finding job seekers. Social media is often used as a choice to maximize these activities. The communication characteristics perceived when accessing social media pages can be seen through perceived social presence and perceived informativeness. Based on the theory of employer brand personality described by the dimensions of organizational warmth and organizational competence, data is collected to see the effect of the use of social media in employer branding activities of the company on the level of organizational attractiveness. Data is collected from final year students who will or are looking for work in less than one year. In accordance with the hypotheses that have been prepared, the results of the study show that organizational warmth and organizational competence mediates the influence of perceived social presence and perceived informativeness towards the organizational attractiveness. All of these findings prove that the use of social media is the right choice to maximize the company's employer branding efforts to increase the level of organizational attractiveness for prospective job seekers."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini menganalisis mengenai biaya pokok produksi pada PT. Supratama Aneka Industri. Dimana perhitungan biaya pokok produksi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan menggunakan metode tradisional dibandingkan dengan metode activity based costing untuk mengetahui sejauh mana distorsi biaya pokok produksi dari metode yang digunakan perusahaan. Perhitungan dengan metode activity based costing dilakukan sesuai dengan literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode tradisional yang digunakan perusahaan saat ini memiliki distorsi yang cukup signifikan jika dibandingkan dengan metode activity based costing. Dimana produk A, B, dan D mengalami overstated, sedangkan produk C, E, dan F mengalami understated.

ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzes the cost of production at PT. Supratama Aneka Industri. Where the calculation of the cost of production carried out by the company uses the traditional method compared to the activity based costing method to determine the extent of distortion of the cost of production from the method used by the company. Calculations using the activity based costing method are carried out according to the literature. The results of the analysis show that the traditional method used by the company today has a significant distortion when compared to the activity based costing method. Where products A, B, and D are overstated, while products C, E, and F are understated.

"Tingginya tingkat persaingan di industri penerbangan saat ini mengakibatkan maskapai penerbangan harus berusaha untuk bisa tetap bertahan. Pemberian pelayanan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat menjadi daya saing bagi perusahaan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia untuk tetap dapat bersaing. Pramugari merupakan rekan strategis bagi perusahaan maskapai penerbangan karena merupakan pelaku utama dalam pemberian pelayanan yang berkualitas dan penanganan terhadap keluhan serta masalah penumpang secara efektif.
Pramugari berpotensi menghadapi stres dalam melakukan pekerjaannya yang dapat mengakibatkan perilaku kasar dalam melayani penumpang. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan maskapai penerbangan harus dapat memotivasi pramugari untuk melakukan pekerjaannya dengan sukses. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah menerapkan high-performance work practices. Penerapan high-performance work practices di perusahaan diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan career satisfaction dan work engagement yang selanjutnya akan mempengaruhi kinerja pramugari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high-performance work practices, terhadap job performance dan service recovery performance dengan career satisfaction dan work engagement sebagai mediasi menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dan offline terhadap 180 pramugari maskapai penerbangan Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa high-performance work practices memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap job performance dan service recovery performance. Hasil-hasil tersebut dibahas lebih jauh dalam penelitian ini.

The high level of competition in the aviation industry currently results in airlines having to try to survive. Providing quality services is one of the things that can be a competitiveness of Indonesian airline companies to remain competitive. Flight attendants are strategic partners for airlines because they are the main actors in providing quality services and handling passenger complaints and problems effectively.
Flight attendants have the potential to deal with stress in carrying out their work which can lead to abusive behavior in serving passengers. Therefore, airline companies must be able to motivate flight attendants to do their jobs successfully. One of the things that can be done by companies is implementing high-performance work practices. The implementation of high-performance work practices in the company is expected to be able to improve career satisfaction and work engagement which will further affect the performance of flight attendants.
This study aims to determine the effect of high-performance work practices, on job performance and recovery performance services with career satisfaction and work engagement as mediation using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online and offline to 180 Indonesian airline flight attendants.
The results show that high-performance work practices have an indirect influence on job performance and service recovery performance. These results are discussed further in this study.

Pada saat ini perempuan yang menyusui dan memutuskan untuk tetap bekerja sudah cukup banyak di Indonesia. Hal ini harus menjadi perhatian pihak terkait dalam meningkatkan worklife balance, karena akan terdapat hambatan ketika mengkombinasikan diri sebagai pekerja dan juga ibu menyusui. Penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa workplace breastfeeding support yang diwakili oleh manager support dan co-worker support berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational identification yaitu rasa identifikasi diri terhadap organisasi dan job satisfaction terhadap pekerjaan serta organisasi dengan meningkatkan organizational trust yang diwakili oleh vertical trust dan horizontal trust. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara workplace breastfeeding support, organizational trust, organizational identification dan job satisfaction. Sebanyak 185 responden yaitu ibu menyusui yang merangkap sebagai pekerja berhasil dikumpulkan dan data kemudian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manager support dan co-worker support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction namun hanya co-worker support yang berpengaruh terhadap organizational identification. Vertical trust pun memainkan peran yang cukup baik untuk memengaruhi organizational identification dan job satisfaction.

At this time there are quite a lot of women who breastfeed and decide to keep working in Indonesia. This should be a concern of related parties in improving worklife balance, because there will be obstacles when combining themselves as workers and also nursing mothers. Previous research states that workplace breastfeeding support represented by manager support and co-worker support has a positive effect on organizational identification, namely a sense of self-identification of the organization and job satisfaction with work and organization by increasing organizational trust represented by vertical trust and horizontal trust. This quantitative research aims to analyze the relationship between workplace breastfeeding support, organizational trust, organizational identification and job satisfaction. A total of 185 respondents, namely breastfeeding mothers who worked as workers were successfully collected and data were then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that manager support and co-worker support did not significantly influence job satisfaction, but only co-worker support affected organizational identification. Vertical trust also plays a good enough role to influence organizational identification and job satisfaction.

"Pelayanan adalah suatu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan tidak hanya pada perusahaan yang berorientasi pada profit tetapi juga instansi pemerintah. Pada umumnya masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang negatif terhadap layanan yang dilakukan oleh instansi pemerintah. Oleh karena itu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan instansi pemerintah perlu dilakukan salah satunya dengan reformasi birokrasi. Direktorat Jenderal Pajak merupakan salah satu instansi publik yang telah melakukan Reformasi Birokrasi. Pada penelitian ini hanya melakukan studi kasus pada Kantor Pajak Pratama Cikarang Utara yang terletak di kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari responsiveness, professionalism, empathy, reliability, tangible, dan assurance dan dimensi dari facilities management yang terdiri dari human capital management, information and communication technology, property management, dan working process terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Wajib Pajak yang terdaftar pada KPP Pratama Cikarang Utara. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Data kuesioner dari responden diuji dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan persamaan regresi berganda melalui uji F Anova, uji t statistik dan persamaan juga diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05 (α =5%). Berdasarkan uji yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa dimensi FM-SERVQUAL secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Sedangkan pada saat dilakukan uji parsial, hanya ada 2 variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu Reliability dan property management.

Service is an important thing to be a concern not only by the profit-oriented company but also by the Government. Generally, people have a negative perception of the services performed by the Government. Therefore improving the quality of government services need to be done, by the reform of the bureaucracy. Directorate General of Tax is one of the public agencies that have done the Reform of taxation. This study only conducted a case study on Cikarang Utara Small Tax Office located in Bekasi regency. This study wanted to determine the effect of service quality dimensions consisted of responsiveness, professionalism, empathy, reliability, tangible, and assurance, and also dimensions of facilities management which consists of human capital management, information and communication technology, property management, and working process toward tax payer compliance rate.
This study was conducted at the tax payer listed on Cikarang Utara Small Tax Office. Techniques used in the sampling is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 90 respondents. Data from the questionnaire respondents were tested with validity and reliability test. In analyzing the data used multiple regression equation through Anova F test, t test, and equations are also tested with the classic assumption test with 0.05 significance level (α = 5%). Based on test it?s known that the FM-SERVQUAL dimensions simultaneously gave significant affect to the level of tax payer compliance. Whereas at the partial test, there only two variables that significantly affect were there liability and property management.

"Penelitian ini didesain untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kesiapan organisasi, dorongan eksternal, kemudahan untuk menggunakan dan manfaat yang bisa didapat dari penggunaan e-commerce di UMKM industri Kreaif di Wilayah Jabodetabek. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hubungan antara kemampan organisasi, pengaruh eksternal, kemudahan dalam penggunaan dan manfaat yang bisa didapat terhadap penggunaan e-commerce dalam UMKM di Jabodetabek. Dari penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa hanya kesiapan organisasi dan manfaat yang dapat dirasakan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penggunaan e-commerce di UMKM industri kreatif. Sedangkan pengaruh eksternal dan kemudahan menggunakan ditemukan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.

This Research designed to discover how organizational readiness, externall pressure, perceived ease of use, and perceived benefits affected e-commerce adoption among SME Creative industry in Jabodetabek. From the analisys result achieve that there?s positive relation form organizational readiness, externall pressure, perceived ease of use and perceived benefit towards e-commerce adoption of Creative Industry?s SME in Jabodetabek. This research also find out that organizational readiness and perceived benefit significantly affected e-commerce adoption of Creative Industry's SME in Jabodetabek. While externall pressure and perceived ease of use not significantly affected e-commerce adoption in Creative Industry's SME in Jabodetabek."
