Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa toe cap yang dibuat dari berbagai bahan plastik dengan menggunakan mesin cetak injekti. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah polikarbonat (PC), akrilonitril butadienastiren (ABS) dan polipaduan PC/ABS. Penyetelan suhu dan tekanan injeksi berdasarkan pada bahan yang digunakan.
