"Aplikasi cloud Point of Sale (POS) merupakan teknologi yang terlibat dalam melakukan pencatatan penjualan, pembayaran, serta proses yang berkaitan di dalamnya dengan memanfaatkan penyimpanan data di internet. Kegunaan dari aplikasi cloud POS memberikan manfaat yang cukup besar bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam menjalankan usahanya. Dengan mengintegrasikan teori technology affordance dan teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of The Technology 2 (UTAUT2), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor technology affordance dari aplikasi cloud POS dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi penggunaan aplikasi cloud POS pada pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mixed-method. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara bersama 10 narasumber pelaku UMKM yang telah menggunakan aplikasi cloud POS. Pengolahan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan grounded theory. Kemudian, dilanjutkan dengan penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online dengan 243 responden pelaku UMKM yang telah menggunakan aplikasi cloud POS dan diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi technology affordance aplikasi cloud POS berupa monitorability, recordability, transactionability, decision supportability, dan accessibility. Melalui uji PLS-SEM, penelitian ini menunjukkan jika performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, social influence, dan price value memengaruhi intention to adopt. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa pelaku UMKM di Indonesia masih kurang sadar terkait adanya risiko dari penggunaan teknologi cloud.

Cloud Point of Sale (POS) application is a technology that is involved in recording sales, payments, and processes related to it by utilizing data storage on the internet. The use of the cloud POS application provides considerable benefits for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in running their business. By integrating technology affordance and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of The Technology 2 (UTAUT2), this study identifies the technology affordance factors of the cloud POS application and the factors that influence the intention to use the cloud POS application among MSME actors. This research was conducted with mixed-methods. Qualitative research was conducted by interviewing 10 MSME actors who have used the cloud POS application. Qualitative data processing is done by using grounded theory. Then, it was followed by quantitative research conducted by distributing online questionnaires with 243 MSME respondents who had used the cloud POS application and processed it using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. This research successfully identifies the technology affordance of the cloud POS application in the form of monitorability, recordability, transactionability, decision supportability, and accessibility. Through the PLS-SEM test, this research shows that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, social influence, and price value affect the intention to adopt. In addition, it was also found that MSME actors in Indonesia are still not aware of the risks associated with using cloud technology."

"Perkembangan smartphone dan internet menghasilkan perubahan besar pada kebiasaan dan preferensi konsumen, yaitu dengan menggunakan media digital untuk berbagi informasi, berkomunikasi, berbelanja online dan menggunakan layanan baru berbasis internet. Bank Digital adalah model terbaru dari dunia perbankan yang tidak memiliki kantor cabang/fisik dimanapun dan dirancang untuk memberikan layanan perbankan melalui platform elektronik, sedangkan bank konvensional adalah sistem perbankan lama yang layanannya masih diberikan secara tatap muka melalui kantor cabang terdekat. Bank digital memiliki banyak manfaat dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional seperti: pendaftaran yang lebih mudah, 24 jam akses layanan, dll. Trust transfer theory digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur proses perpindahan trust dari dua objek yang saling berhubungan yaitu bank konvesional dan bank digital. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan valence framework dan innovation diffusion theory untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi bank digital. Secara keseluruhan, model penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 variabel: relative advantages, compatibility, observability, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, perceived risk, activation cost, monetary cost, initial trust of digital banking, offline banking trust, reputation, consumer disposition to trust, dan trust to internet. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode covariance-based structural equation model (CB-SEM) dengan tools AMOS 22.0 menggunakan 370 data responden yang valid. Hasil analisis telah membuktikan bahwa offline banking trust mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap reputation; offline banking trust dan reputation memepengaruhi secara positif terhadap intial trust of digital banking; faktor trust to internet memoderasi hubungan antara offline banking trust dan initial trust of digital banking; initial trust of digital banking mempengaruhi secara negatif terhadap perceived risk; initial trust of digital banking mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap relative advantages; initial trust of digital banking, relative advantages, observability, dan compatibility mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap behavioral intention pengguna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengisi kekosongan penelitian terdahulu terkait konteks kepercayaan pada bank digital. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dan memberikan manfaat kepada industri perbankan di Indonesia dalam meningkatkan fitur yang kurang dan mengatur strategi sesuai dengan tujuan bisnis.

The development of smartphones and the internet has resulted in major changes in consumer habits and preferences, namely by using digital media to share information, communicate, shop online and use new internet-based services. Digital bank is the latest model of the banking world that doesn’t have any branch or physical office, which is designed to provide banking services through an electronic platform. Whereas, conventional banking is old banking system where services are provided face-to-face through the nearest branch office. Digital bank has many benefits compared to conventional bank such as easier registration, 24-hours services access, etc. Trust transfer theory is used in this research in order to measure the process of transferring trust between two interrelated objects, conventional banks and digital banks. This research also uses the valence framework and innovation diffusion theory to determine the factors that influence user intentions in using digital banking applications. Overall, this research model consists of 13 variables such as relative advantages, compatibility, observability, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, perceived risk, activation cost, monetary cost, initial trust of digital banking, offline banking trust, reputation, consumer disposition to trust, and trust to the internet. This research was analyzed using the covariance- based structural equation model (CB SEM) method with AMOS 22.0 using 370 valid respondent data. The results of the analysis proven that offline banking trust has a positive effect on reputation; offline banking trust and reputation positively affect the initial trust of digital banking; the factor of trust to internet moderates the relationship between offline banking trust and initial trust of digital banking; initial trust of digital banking negatively affects perceived risk; initial trust of digital banking positively affects the relative advantages; initial trust of digital banking, relative advantages, observability, and compatibility positively affect the behavioral intention of users. This research is expected to fill the void or gap from the previous research related to the context of trust in the digital bank. Last but not least, this research is expected to contribute and provide benefits to the banking industry in Indonesia aim to improve the features that are still lacking and make strategies according to the business goals."

Salah satu pricing model yang mulai banyak digunakan oleh industri SVoD adalah freemium model, di mana pengguna dapat menonton dengan dua pilihan akun, yaitu melalui akun gratis atau akun premium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor push, pull, dan mooring yang memengaruhi switching intention dari free-to-fee user pada aplikasi Subscription Video on Demand di Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) sebagai teori yang banyak digunakan pada penelitian terkait switching intention. Penelitian ini memiliki 475 responden valid yang pernah berlangganan akun premium setidaknya sekali pada aplikasi SVoD. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Covarianced-based Structural Equation Model dan menggunakan bantuan program AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intrusiveness of advertising dan limited content tidak berpengaruh terhadap switching intention. Sementara itu, premium attractiveness of utilitarian benefits, premium attractiveness of hedonic benefits, price value, switching cost, peer influence, dan habit berpengaruh terhadap switching intention. Pada faktor moderasi, hanya hubungan premium attractiveness of utilitarian benefits dan price value dengan switching intention yang dimoderasi oleh variabel habit. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan penyedia layanan SVoD untuk mengevaluasi layanan mereka sehingga semakin banyak pengguna yang beralih dari akun gratis ke akun premium

The COVID-19 pandemic was increasing some of digital services usage, one of them is the SVoD application. One of the pricing models that the SVoD industry has started to use is the freemium model, where users can watch with two choices of accounts, a free account or a premium account. This study aims to identify the push, pull, and mooring factors that influence the switching intention from free-to-fee users in the Subscription Video on Demand application in Indonesia. The theory used in this study is the theory of Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) as a theory that is widely used in research related to switching intention. This study has 475 valid respondents who have subscribed to a premium account at least once on the SVoD application. The data were analyzed using the Covarianced-based Structural Equation Model method and using the AMOS 26 program. This study indicates that the intrusiveness of advertising and limited content has no effect on user’s switching intention. Meanwhile, premium attractiveness of utilitarian benefits, premium attractiveness of hedonic benefits, price value, switching costs, peer influence, and habit have an effect on user’s switching intention. On the moderating factor, only the premium attractiveness of utilitarian benefits and price value with switching intention is moderated by the habit variable. Based on this result, this research is expected to contribute to SVoD service provider companies to evaluate their services so they can gain more users to switch from free accounts to premium accounts."

"Kondisi geografis Indonesia yang dilalui The Ring of Fire dan memiliki garis pantai sepanjang 95.181 KM (Pregiwati, 2019) menyebabkan Indonesia rawan akan bencana alam berupa letusan gunung api, tsunami, dan gempa bumi. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan suatu early warning system (EWS) yang dapat memberikan informasi pemantauan kejadian alam di wilayah Indonesia agar masyarakat lebih siaga dalam menghadapi bencana alam. Sayangnya, EWS yang telah dimiliki Indonesia memiliki rating yang masih cukup rendah. Keluhan pengguna yang disampaikan melalui ulasan aplikasi pada App Store menunjukkan bahwa adanya kekurangan pada fitur aplikasi, desain antarmuka sistem, serta alur informasi yang tidak jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain interaksi aplikasi mobile EWS bencana alam sebagai pengembangan dari aplikasi sebelumnya yang dapat mengatasi keluhan-keluhan pengguna. Dalam pengembangan desain interaksi, digunakan metode design thinking. Dalam implementasinya, metode design thinking terdiri atas lima proses utama, yakni define, needfinding & synthesis, ideation, prototyping, dan testing. Dalam tahap define, dilakukan wawancara dengan responden yang ahli di bidang early warning system dan bencana alam Indonesia. Selanjutnya, pada tahap needfinding & synthesis, dilakukan wawancara dengan responden umum. Dari proses-proses tersebut, penelitian ini akan menghasilkan analisis fitur dan kebutuhan pengguna, stakeholder EWS di Indonesia, rumusan desain interaksi, serta penilaian evaluasi kegunaan (usability) dari rumusan desain yang telah dibuat. Fitur-fitur yang dikembangkan dalam aplikasi ini antara lain fitur geolokasi dan geotagging, fitur berita dan prediksi bencana alam, fitur pemberian ulasan dampak bencana, fitur notifikasi, fitur informasi tindakan penyelamatan, serta fitur informasi lokasi posko dan data korban. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan pembaca terkait EWS untuk bencana alam serta menjadi produk acuan untuk pengembangan EWS Indonesia di masa yang akan datang.

The geographical condition of Indonesia which is passed by The Ring of Fire and has a coastline of 95,181 KM (Pregiwati, 2019) causing Indonesia to be prone to natural disasters in the form of volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and earthquakes. Therefore, an early warning system (EWS) is needed to provide information on monitoring natural events which can help people be more alert. Unfortunately, Indonesia's early warning system has a fairly low rating. User complaints submitted through application reviews indicate that there are deficiencies in application features, system interface design, and unclear information flow. This study aims to design an interaction design for a natural disaster early warning system mobile application as a development of the previous one that can overcome user complaints. In the development of interaction design, the design thinking method is used. In its implementation, the design thinking method consists of five main processes, namely define, needfinding & synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and testing. In the stage define, interviews were conducted with respondents who are experts in the field of early warning systems and Indonesian natural disasters. Furthermore, at the needfinding & synthesis stage, interviews were conducted with general respondents. From these processes, this research will produce an analysis of user needs and features, stakeholder early warning system in Indonesia, formulation of interaction design, and usability evaluation assessment of the design formulation that has been made. The features developed in this application include geolocation and geotagging features, news and predictions of natural disasters features, features for providing disaster impact reviews, notification features, feature that provide information about rescue actions, and feature that provide information about post locations and victims data. This research can provide benefits in increasing the reader's insight and knowledge regarding the early warning system (EWS) for natural disasters and also being a reference product for the development of Indonesia's EWS in the future."

"Terjadinya peningkatan pengguna aplikasi seluler mendorong peluang untuk mempermudah konsultasi kesehatan melalui telemedicine di era pandemi COVID-19. Di Indonesia sendiri terjadi peningkatan penggunaan telemedicine selama pandemi COVID19. Namun, setelah pandemi COVID-19, masyarakat cenderung akan berkonsultasi secara offline kembali karena ketika berkonsultasi pada telemedicine masyarakat akan merasa beresiko karena tidak dapat bertemu dokter secara langsung dan layanan online seringkali menimbulkan isu-isu privasi. Rasa ketidakpastian dan beresiko dapat dikurangi dengan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat melalui proses trust transfer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi trust transfer agar masyarakat tetap berlanjut menggunakan layanan konsultasi telemedicine walaupun pandemi COVID-19 telah berakhir. Kemudian dilakukan penyebaran survei kepada masyarakat Indonesia yang sedang atau pernah berkonsultasi menggunakan aplikasi telemedicine dan mendapatkan 457 responden valid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trust in doctor dipengaruhi oleh perceived reputation, telemedicine quality, dan familiarity. Kemudian trust in telemedicine dipengaruhi oleh disposition to trust dan telemedicine quality. Sedangkan trust in technology dipengaruhi oleh perceived reputation, telemedicine quality, dan familiarity. Selanjutnya trust in doctor dan trust in technology berpengaruh secara positif terhadap trust in telemedicine services namun tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap continuance intention. Selain itu, satisfaction dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap continuance intention.

The increase in mobile application users encourages opportunities to facilitate health consultations through telemedicine in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, there has been an increase in the use of telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic, people tend to consult offline again because when consulting on telemedicine, people will feel risky because they cannot meet doctors in person and online services often cause privacy issues. The sense of uncertainty and risk can be reduced by building public trust through the trust transfer process. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that can affect trust transfer so that people continue to use telemedicine consulting services even though the COVID-19 pandemic has ended. Then the survey was distributed to the Indonesian people who were or have been consulted using the telemedicine application and got 457 valid respondents. This research is quantitative research using PLS-SEM analysis with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that trust in doctor was influenced by perceived reputation, telemedicine quality, and familiarity. Then trust in telemedicine is influenced by disposition to trust and telemedicine quality. Meanwhile, trust in technology is influenced by perceived reputation, telemedicine quality, and familiarity. Furthermore, trust in doctor and trust in technology have a positive effect on trust in telemedicine services but do not directly affect continuance intention. In addition, satisfaction and perceived usefulness have a direct positive effect on continuance intention."

"Aplikasi kencan online semakin popular dan diterima oleh masyarakat untuk bertemu dengan orang lain secara daring. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan berbagai aktivitas dilakukan secara online, termasuk kebutuhan mencari pasangan yang berdampak pada melonjaknya penggunaan aplikasi kencan online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap niat penggunaan aplikasi kencan online. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori trust transfer dalam menganalisis niat penggunaan aplikasi kencan online. Penelitian ini melibatkan 539 responden valid dan menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SMARTPLS 3.0 sebagai metode analisis data. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa social influence dan ODA service quality (interactivity, user interface design, personalization, privacy) berpengaruh terhadap trust to people in internet, trust to ODA services, dan trust to selected daters. Kemudian, trust to people in internet berpengaruh kepada trust to ODA service dan trust to ODA service berpengaruh kepada trust to selected daters. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa social influence, trust to ODA services, dan trust to selected daters berpengaruh kepada intention to use. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa masculinity/femininity memoderasi hubungan antara ODA service quality dengan intention to use. Penelitian ini memperkaya penelitian sebelumnya untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan aplikasi kencan online dengan teori trust transfer dan moderasi menggunakan teori dimensi kultural Hofstede.

Online dating applications are increasingly popular and accepted by the public to meet other people online. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused various activities to be carried out online, including the need to find a partner which has an impact on the increasing use of online dating applications. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the intention to use online dating applications. This study uses the trust transfer theory in analyzing the intention to use in online dating applications. This study involved 539 valid respondents and used PLS-SEM with SMARTPLS 3.0 as the data analysis method. This study shows that social influence and ODA service quality (interactivity, user interface design, personalization, privacy) affect trust to people on the internet, trust to ODA services, and trust to selected daters. Then, trust to people on the internet affects trust to ODA service and trust to ODA service affects trust to selected daters. In addition, this study also shows that social influence, trust to ODA services, and trust to selected daters affect intention to use. This study also reveals that masculinity/femininity moderates the relationship between ODA service quality and intention to use. This study enriches previous research to analyze the factors that influence the intention to use online dating applications with trust transfer theory and moderation using Hofstede's cultural dimension theory."

"Perkembangan informasi dan teknologi di Indonesia telah mendorong masyarakat untuk beradaptasi secara cepat. Hal ini semakin terlihat pada saat pandemi COVID-19, yang juga berdampak kepada perubahan pola aktivitas di masyarakat. Hampir semua kegiatan mengalami perubahan berfokus kepada pendekatan digital, termasuk dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran. Kehadiran e-wallet menjadi salah satu adaptasi yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, karena sifat penggunaannya yang secara contactless dan effortless memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya. Setiap penyedia layanan e-wallet memiliki manfaat, kepuasan, dan resikonya yang berbeda-beda. Hal tersebut yang menjadi faktor keberlanjutan dalam penggunaan aplikasi e-wallet. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 522 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif e-wallet dalam waktu satu bulan terakhir dari waktu mulai hingga akhir melakukan survei. Tim penulis melakukan pengolahan data setelah data telah dikumpulkan. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 dan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Tim penulis menemukan adanya prioritas faktor keamanan yang pengguna anggap memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap rasa aman mereka ketika menggunakan aplikasi e-wallet. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari information provided, user privacy, encryption, dan transaction process. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi penyedia layanan e-wallet sebagai referensi dalam mengevaluasi layanan yang telah dijalankan, sehingga layanan tersebut dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan oleh pengguna.

The development of information and technology in Indonesia has encouraged people to adapt quickly. This was increasingly seen during the COVID-19 pandemic, which also had an impact on changes in activity patterns in society. Almost all activities have changed to focus on digital approaches, including in making payment transactions. The presence of e-wallets is one of the adaptations felt by the people of Indonesia, due to the nature of its use which is contactless and effortless to provide convenience for its users. Each e-wallet service provider has different benefits, satisfactions and risks. This is a factor of sustainability in the use of e-wallet applications. This research was conducted on 522 respondents who were active e-wallet users within the last one month from the start to the end of conducting the survey. The writing team performs data processing after the data has been collected. Data processing was carried out using Partial Least Square Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 and IBM SPSS Statistics 25 applications. The author's team found a priority of security factors that users considered had the greatest influence on their sense of security when using the e-wallet application. These factors consist of information provided, user privacy, encryption, and transaction processes. This research is expected to provide benefits for e-wallet service providers as a reference in evaluating services that have been implemented, so that these services can be used on an ongoing basis by users."

"Social media advertising muncul sebagai media yang menarik dalam meningkatkan efektivitas iklan amal dalam memotivasi seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan prososial untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dari subjek iklan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku dari seorang pengguna media sosial sebagai respon dari iklan amal yang muncul di media sosialnya, seperti intensi berdonasi ataupun dukungan untuk kampanye tersebut dengan membagikan iklan tersebut kepada orang lain. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan melibatkan 1.515 responden. Analisis dan evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai iklan ajakan berdonasi di media sosial dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh beberapa faktor, yakni perceived informativeness, perceived credibility, perceived emotional appeal, dan perceived creativity. Nilai iklan ajakan berdonasi di media sosial mempengaruhi tindakan prososial penggunanya secara signifikan dan dimoderasi oleh tingkat pendapatan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh advertising agency dan praktisi di organisasi penggalangan dana di Indonesia.

Social media advertising emerged as an appealing way to increase the effectiveness of charity advertisement by motivating people to take positive social actions to improve the welfare of the subjects in the advertisement. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the prosocial behavior of a social media user in response to charity advertisements that appear on their social media account. The conceptual model was tested using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) based on the data collected from 1.515 Indonesian respondents. The results of this study indicate that the value of charitable advertising on social media is significantly influenced by perceived informativeness, perceived credibility, perceived emotional appeal, and perceived creativity. The value charitable advertising on social media significantly influences the prosocial behavior of its users and moderated by the level of income. Thus, this research can be used by advertising agencies and practitioners in fundraising organizations in Indonesia to evaluate their charitable advertising in social media."
