"Salah satu hal yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan industri farmasi adalah rendemen yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi. Jika nilai rendemen meningkat maka akan meningkatkan nilai laba bersih. Sebaliknya jika rendemen menurun maka akan menurunkan nilai laba bersih sehingga pendapatan menurun. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi penurunan rendemen pada proses produksi tablet serta upaya peningkatannya untuk mengurangi penurunan rendemen dan memperoleh rendemen yang maksimal. Setelah ditelusuri dari setiap stage proses produksi, ditemukan beberapa faktor pada proses compounding, drying, tableting dan packaging yang berpotensi dapat menimbulkan reject. Kemudian dari faktor tersebut diusulkan beberapa upaya untuk mengurangi potensi terjadinya reject sehingga meningkatkan rendemen.

One of the things that affect the income of the pharmaceutical industry is the yield generated from the production process. If the yield value increases, it will increase the net profit value. Conversely, if the yield decreases, it will reduce the value of net income so that income falls. This scientific work aims to determine the potential for yield reduction in the tablet production process and efforts to increase it to reduce yield reduction and obtain the maximum yield. After being traced each stage of the production process, the author founds a few factors in the compounding, drying, tableting and packaging processes that could potentially cause rejects. Then from these factors, several efforts are proposed to reduce the potential for rejects so as to increase the yield."

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus pendidikan profesi, dan telah mengucapkan sumpah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta berhak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Kegiatan PKPA ini menjadi salah satu wadah bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk mendapatkan ilmu secara langsung dan pengalaman di tempat kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Desember 2021. Pelaksanaan Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pamulang untuk melihat gambaran peran apoteker di apotek. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories untuk mempelajari peran apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah beserta solusi yang diberikan di masing-masing tempat praktik kerja yang dimuat dalam laporan praktik kerja profesi apoteker.

A pharmacist is a pharmacy graduate who has passed professional education, and has taken an oath based on the applicable laws and regulations and has the right to do pharmaceutical work in Indonesia. One of the requirements to pass the pharmacist's professional education, must follow the Pharmacist Professional Practice in health care facilities or in other pharmaceutical facilities. One example of pharmaceutical facilities, namely industry and pharmacies. This PKPA activity is a forum for students of the pharmacist profession to gain direct knowledge and experience in the workplace. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) will be held in September-December 2021.
