"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan Juli-August Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yangBaik (CPOB), dan untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan. Selama praktik kerja profesi diberikan tugas khusus mengenai Penyusunan Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) Prosedur Pemeriksaan Produk Jadi A Solution For Injection (EUCTD). Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memahami alur penyusunan dan persetujuan SOI di Departemen AD Export 2 dan menyusundokumen SOI prosedur pemeriksaan produk jadi A Solution for Injection (EUCTD). Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa SOI Prosedur Pemeriksaan Produk Jadi A Solution for Injection (EUCTD) telah disusun berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku di PT. Novell sehingga selanjutnya dapatdiajukan untuk menjadi SOI yang digunakan untuk pemeriksaan rutin.

ABSTRACTApothecary internship program at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories for July-August 2018 aimed to determine the roles and responsibilities of Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understand the application of Good ManufacturingPractices (GMP), and to have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out pharmaceutical work in Pharmaceutical Industry. The Apothecary internship program is carried out for two months. During internship times, a specialassignment regarding Penyusunan Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) Prosedur Pemeriksaan Produk Jadi A Solution For Injection (EUCTD) was given to the student. The purpose of carrying out this special assignment is to understand the SOI preparation and approval flow in the AD Export 2 Department and to compile the SOI document inspection procedure for 'A' Solution for Injection (EUCTD). From the results of the analysis conducted, it can be seen that SOI Procedure for Finishing Product Inspection "A 'Solution for Injection (EUCTD) has been compiled based on the provisions in force at PT. Novell so that it can then be proposed to become a SOI that is used for routine checks"

"Praktek kerja profesi di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan Maret ndash;April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul 'Verifikasi Metode Analisis Senyawa Sejenis pada Bahan Baku T Menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi'. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories adalah membuat bukti dokumentasi yang terjamin tinggi bahwa metode analisis senyawa sejenis pada bahan baku zat T dilakukan secara konsisten dan memberi hasil yang memenuhi spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Secara umum, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Period March ndash; April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is 'Verification for Related Substances of Substance T using HPLC Method'.

The purpose of this special assignment is to create highly guaranteed documented evidence which proves that method of analysis for related substances of Substances T is conducted consistently and produces responses which conform to the determined specifications. In general, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy."

The purpose of this special assignment is to create highly guaranteed documented evidence which proves that method of analysis for assay of X Capsule is conducted consistently and produces responses which conforms to the determined specifications.
