"Tingginya tuntutan akademik akibat Revolusi Industri 4.0 mempengaruhi stres akademik yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa sarjana saat ini. Salah satu kemampuan yang dapat membantu mahasiswa menghadapi stres akademik adalah learned resourcefulness Terkait dengan situasi sulit, kehadiran self-compassion diprediksi berperan dalam menjelaskan kekuatan hubungan antara learned resourcefulness dan stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara learned resourcefulness dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa sarjana di Indonesia dengan self-compassion sebagai moderator. Pengambilan data pada penelitian dilakukan secara daring melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang memuat alat ukur Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS), Self Control Schedule (SCS), dan Self Compassion Scale (SCS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 151 partisipan, self-compassion tidak memberikan peran signifikan pada hubungan antara learned resourcefulness dan stres akademik, F(3,147) = 14.712, p > .05. Namun demikian, hasil analisis juga menemukan adanya hubungan langsung dari  variabel learned resourcefulness (b = -.073, p < .05) dan self-compassion (b = -3.3984, p < .05) terhadap stres akademik. Diskusi mengenai hasil dan implikasi penelitian ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut.

The high academic demands due to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 affect the academic stress experienced by undergraduate students. Learned resourcefulness is one of the skills that can help students deal with academic stress. Related to difficult situations, the presence of self-compassion is predicted to play a role in explaining the strength of the relationship between learned resourcefulness and academic stress. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between learned resourcefulness and academic stress in Indonesian undergraduate students, with self-compassion as a moderator. The data used for the research was collected online through the distribution of questionnaires containing Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS), Self Control Schedule (SCS), dan Self Compassion Scale (SCS). Based on the analysis of 151 participants, self-compassion did not significantly influence the relationship between learned resourcefulness and academic stress, F(3,147) = 14.712, p > .05. However, the results of the analysis also found a direct relationship between learned resourcefulness (b = -.073, p < .05) and self-compassion (b = -3.3984, p < .05) on academic stress. The research's findings and implications will be discussed further."

"Kecanduan seks dunia maya merupakan perilaku berpola yang mencari kepuasan seksual secara daring. Saat ini, kecanduan seks dunia maya belum diakui secara resmi sebagai gangguan klinis, tetapi memiliki dampak serius terhadap individu yang mengalaminya. Maka dari itu, perilaku kecanduan seks dunia maya memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan penanganan yang serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara kesepian dan kecanduan seks dunia maya pada mahasiswa, serta peran kontrol diri sebagai faktor moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 119 mahasiswa pengguna aktif internet dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun (M = 21,31, SD = 1,429). Sampel ini terdiri dari 77,6% perempuan (n = 90) dan 22,4% laki-laki (n = 26). Pengukuran variabel dilakukan menggunakan Internet Sex Screening Test (ISST) untuk mengukur tingkat risiko kecanduan seks dunia maya, Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults (SELSA) untuk mengukur tingkat kesepian, dan Brief Self Control Scale (BSCS) untuk mengukur tingkat kontrol diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara kesepian dan kecanduan seks dunia maya pada mahasiswa (β = 0,0459, t(116) = 1,3205, p = 0,1895, p > ,05). Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa kontrol diri, jenis kelamin, dan orientasi seksual memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecanduan seks dunia maya pada mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini, kontrol diri ditemukan mempengaruhi kecanduan seks dunia maya secara negatif, di mana ketika kemampuan kontrol diri meningkat, maka risiko kecanduan seks dunia maya cenderung menurun.

Cybersex addiction is a pattern of behavior that seeks online sexual satisfaction. Currently, cybersex addiction is not officially recognized as a clinical disorder, but has serious impacts on individuals experiencing it. Therefore, cybersex addiction behavior requires further research and serious treatment. This study aims to investigate the relationship between loneliness and cybersex addiction among college students, as well as the moderating role of self-control in this relationship. The research sample consisted of 119 college students, active internet users, aged between 18 and 25 years (M = 21.31, SD = 1.429). The sample comprised 77.6% females (n = 90) and 22.4% males (n = 26). The measurement of variables was conducted using the Internet Sex Screening Test (ISST) to assess the level of risk for cybersex addiction, the Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults (SELSA) to measure the level of loneliness, and the Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS) to measure the level of self-control. The results of the study indicated that self-control did not significantly moderate the relationship between loneliness and cybersex addiction among college students (β = 0.0459, t(116) = 1.3205, p = 0.1895, p > .05). Further analysis revealed that self-control, gender, and sexual orientation significantly influenced cybersex addiction among college students. In this study, self-control was found to have a negative impact on cybersex addiction, where as the ability to exercise self-control increases, the risk of cybersex addiction tends to decrease."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara tipe motivasi akademis dan burnout akademis yang terjadi pada siswa SMA selama pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis spearman correlation Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel burnout akademis adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) dan motivasi akademis diukur menggunakan Academic Motivation Scale (AMS)-Bahasa Indonesia versi singkat. Seratus lima puluh tiga (153) siswa SMA sederajat yang menjalani pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian yang diadakan secara daring. Penelitian menunjukkan tiga hasil, pertama motivasi intrinsik dan burnout akademis memiliki korelasi negatif signifikan dengan (r= -0.51**, p<0,01). Kedua, motivasi ekstrinsik dan burnout akademis berkorelasi negatif signifikan dengan  (r= -0.41**, p<0,01). Ketiga, amotivasi dan burnout akademis berkorelasi positif signifikan dengan (r= 0.36**, p<0,01). Dari penelitian ini diketahui tiga tipe motivasi akademis: intrinsik, ekstrinsik, dan amotivasi memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan burnout akademis.

This study aims to look at the relationship between types of academic motivation and academic burnout that occurs in high school students during distance learning in the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative correlational study using the Spearman correlation analysis technique. The measurement tool used to measure academic burnout is the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) and academic motivation is measured using the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS)-short version. One hundred and fifty-three (153) high school students who underwent distance learning became participants in the research which was conducted online. Research shows three results, firstly intrinsic motivation and academic burnout have a significant negative correlation (r= -0.51**, p<0.01). Second, extrinsic motivation and academic burnout have a significant negative correlation (r= -0.41**, p<0.01). Third, amotivation and academic burnout have a significant positive correlation (r= 0.36**, p<0.01). From this study it is known that three types of academic motivation: intrinsic, extrinsic, and amotivation have a significant relationship with academic burnout."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah terdapat hubungan antara parenting stress ibu dengan regulasi emosi anak usia prasekolah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengujian Korelasi Pearson. Parenting stress ibu diukur menggunakan instrumen Parenting Stress Index - Short From (PSI-SF) dan regulasi emosi anak usia prasekolah menggunakan alat ukur Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC). Jumlah partisipan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 128 ibu dengan anak usia prasekolah (3 - 6 tahun). Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting stress dengan regulasi emosi anak usia prasekolah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi parenting stress yang dialami ibu, maka regulasi emosi anak usia prasekolah semakin rendah, dan sebaliknya ibu yang cenderung memiliki tingkat parenting stress rendah maka regulasi emosi anak akan semakin baik.

The study aims to examine whether there is a link between parental stress of mothers and emotional regulation of preschool children. It is a quantitative research with Pearson correlation testing technique. Parenting stress of mothers was measured using the Parenting Stress Index - Short From (PSI-SF) while the children's emotional regulation was measured using the Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC). The total number of participants in the study was 128 mothers with children of preschool age (3 - 6 years). The main results of the study show that there is a significant negative relationship between parenting stress and preschool childhood emotional regulation. This suggests that the higher parental stress that mothers experience, the lower the emotional regulation of preschool children, and vice versa, mothers who tend to have low level of parenting stress, the better the regulations of their children's emotions."
