"Skripsi ini membahas sistem manajemen yang saat ini berjalan untuk pengembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia dalam sub sektor kuliner. Penelitian ini disusun dengan desain studi kasus dengan mengadaptasi model Lazuardi & Triady (2015). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pandangan yang berbeda dalam mengembangkan industri kreatif melalui pendekatan sistem dinamis. Industri kuliner sendiri adalah industri yang sangat menjanjikan di Indonesia dan telah menjadi penyumbang nomor satu dalam banyak aspek untuk Industri Kreatif. Hasil analisis ini adalah pemerintah harus menerapkan kebijakan Pengembangan Pendidikan dibandingkan dengan kebijakan Pendanaan Langsung untuk UMKM dalam industri kuliner.

This research discusses the existing management system for the development of creative industries in Indonesia in the culinary subsector. This study was compiled by case study design by adapting the Lazuardi & Triady model (2015). The purpose of this study is to provide different views in developing the creative industry through the system dynamics approach. The culinary industry itself is a really promising industry in Indonesia and have become the number one contributor in many aspects for Creative Industry. The results of the analysis is government should implement Education Development policy instead of Direct Funding policy for MSMEs in culinary industry."

"ABSTRAK
Pada era ekonomi digital terjadi transformasi di bidang industri dengan tingkat persaingan yang semakin ketat. Setiap karyawan dituntut untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan yang terjadi dan memberikan hasil kerja yang terbaik kepada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dunia kerja tidak lepas dari tekanan kerja. Wartawan merupakan salah satu profesi berpotensi menimbulkan stres karena tekanan kerja yang berat serta tingginya tuntutan atasan yang menimbulkan perasaan tidak nyaman. Salah satu bentuk perilaku karyawan jika mereka merasa tidak nyaman dengan pekerjaan atau lingkungan kerja mereka adalah munculnya keinginan untuk keluar (turnover intention) yang dapat berujung keputusan karyawan meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Workload (WL), News Autonomy (NA), Stress (ST), Social Support (SS), Burnout (JB), dan Job Satisfaction (SA) terhadap intensi turnover Wartawan di Wilayah DKI Jakarta. Terdapat 300 wartawan di Jakarta dari berbagai jenis media (TV, radio, cetak, online) yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti diolah menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equity Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Workload memiliki pengaruh terhadap job burnout dan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap intensi turnover wartawan (2) News Autonomy tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job burnout dan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap turnover intention (3) Job stress memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap job burnout wartawan namun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan turnover intention wartawan (4) Job burnout memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention dan job satisfaction wartawan dan job burnout memediasi hubungan diantara job stress dan turnover intention (5) Social support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja namun tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi turnover; (6) dan Job satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention wartawan di Jakarta. Temuan ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan media khususnya di Jakarta yang ingin memperbaiki strateginya dalam mengurangi burnout yang dialami wartawan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan menjaga tingkat turnover wartawan tetap rendah.
Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memperkaya hasil-hasil penelitian dari burnout, kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, peneliti menyarankan untuk menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada para wartawan guna mengetahui pandangan dan opini mereka terkait profesi wartawan, risiko dari pekerjaan, dan solusi yang mereka berikan khususnya dalam hal yang berhubungan dan memengaruhiturnover intention.

ABSTRACT
In the era of the digital economy there was a transformation in the industrial sector with increasingly fierce competition. Every employee is required to adjust to the changes that occur and provide the best work results to the company. Therefore, the world of work cannot be separated from work pressure. Journalists are one of the professions with the potential to cause stress because of the heavy work pressure and high demands of superiors that create feelings of discomfort. One form of employee behavior if they feel uncomfortable with their work or work environment is the emergence of a desire to quit (turnover intention) that can lead to the decision of employees to leave their jobs. For this reason, this study aims to look at the effect of Workload (WL), News Autonomy (NA), Stress (ST), Social Support (SS), Burnout (JB), and Job Satisfaction (SA) on journalist turnover intentions in the DKI Jakarta Region . There were 300 journalists in Jakarta from various types of media (TV, radio, print, online) who were respondents in this study. The data obtained by the researcher was processed using the Structural Equity Modeling (SEM) analysis method.
The results of this study are (1) Workload has an influence on job burnout and does not have a direct influence on journalist turnover intentions (2) News Autonomy does not have a significant effect on burnout jobs and does not have a direct influence on turnover intention (3) Job stress has significant positive effect on journalist burnout jobs but does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction and turnover intention of journalists (4) Job burnout has a positive influence on turnover intention and job satisfaction for journalists and burnout jobs mediating the relationship between job stress and turnover intention (5) Social support has a positive influence on job satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on turnover intentions; (6) and Job satisfaction has no influence on the turnover of journalists' intention in Jakarta. This finding can be a guide for media companies, especially in Jakarta, who want to improve their strategies in reducing burnout experienced by journalists to increase job satisfaction and keep journalist turnover rates low.
This research is also expected to enrich research results from burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention. For further research, researchers suggest using in-depth observations and interviews with journalists to find out their views and opinions regarding the profession of journalists, the risks of work, and the solutions they provide specifically in matters relating to and influencing turnover intention"

"Dengan adanya banyak factor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Bank Syariah, peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari kepercayaan, kepuasan pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kepada Bank Syariah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepercayaan, kepercayaan berpangaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap citra perusahaan sedangkan untuk kepuasan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

With many factors that are affect on Customer Loyalty in Islamic Banking, researchers want to know how Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Image affecting Customer Loyalty in Islamic Banking. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results show that image has a significant and positive effect on trust, trust has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on image and customer satisfaction does not has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh dari service fairness terhadap emosi dan behavioral intentions di restoran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metodologi survey. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari price fairness dan outcome fairness terhadap emosi positif Sedangkan ada pengaruh negatif dari price fairness dan procedural fairness terhadap emosi negatif Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari emosi positif terhadap behavioral intentions Penemuan ini menjadi hal yang penting untuk membantu manajemen restoran untuk bisa mengatur restoran dan hubungan dengan konsumen dengan lebih baik.

This research investigates the effect of service fairness on emotions and behavioral intentions in restaurants This is a descriptive research using survey as a methodology The result of this research suggests that price fairness and outcome fairness have positive effect towards positive emotions while price fairness and procedural fairness have negative effect towards negative emotions Moreover this research also proves that there is a positive effect of positive emotions towards behavioral intentions This finding is a pivotal point to equip restaurant management in managing their restaurants and relationship with customers."

"Tujuan dibuatnya skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari sikap dan perilaku anggota komunitas merek terhadap komitmen dan pengaruh dari komitmen terhadap tipe loyalitas dengan komitmen sebagai mediator. Studi kasus dilakukan kepada komunitas automotive Bintaro Bimmers Community. Penelitian ini diolah dengan software SPSS 20, menggunakan teknik Regresi Linier Berganda.
Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan perilaku anggota komunitas BBC berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen dan komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap tipe loyalitas. Selain itu, Komitmen terbukti memediasi affect terhadap komplain yang membangun dan kepercayaan terhadap seluruh tipe loyalitas yaitu minat pembelian ulang, WOM, dan komplain yang membangun.

The objective of this thesis is to determine the effect of community member attitude and behavior toward brand community commitment and brand community commitment towards loyalty types whereas community commitment as a mediator. This study involves automotive community named Bintaro Bimmers Community. This research was processed with SPPS ver. 20 software, using multiple linear regression techniques.
The results show that there are positive effects between attitude and behavior of BBC members toward community commitment and community commitment has positive effect towards community commitment. Furthermore, commitment mediates between affect towards constructive complain and trust towards all loyalty types e.g repurchase intention, WOM, and constructive complaint.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran employer brand dalam memperkuat hubungan brand personality dan employer brand attractiveness. Responden dalam riset kali ini melibatkan 415 sampel mahasiswa aktif S1 dari Universitas Indonesia (Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta Fakultas Ilmu Komputer) serta mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Bandung (Program Studi Teknik Informatika). Syarat responden riset adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau pernah magang setidaknya satu bulan. Pengujian data dilakukan secara simultan dengan metode Structural Equation Method (SEM). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand personality sincerity, competence, excitement, dan sophistication secara signifikan mempengaruhi employer brand attractiveness. Pengaruhi tersebut dimediasi oleh employer brand affect serta employer brand trust, dimana efek employer brand affect juga dimediasi oleh employer brand reputation. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, berikut masukan kepada GO-JEK bahwa untuk dapat menarik minat calon pegawai. GO-JEK harus menciptakan perasaan positif pada pegawai potensial, pesan-pesan tersebut adalah pesan yang mencerminkan kejujuran serta adanya janji kepastian kerja.

The purpose of this research to examine the role of employer brand in strengthening the relationship between brand Personality and employer brand attractiveness. Data was collected from 415 registered students University of Indonesia (Faculty of Economic and Business as well as Faculty of Computer Science) as well as Bandung Institute of Technology (Information Engineering), specifically final year students or students with at least one-month internship experience. The data was tested using Structural Equation Method (SEM). The result shows brand personality traits sincerity, competence, excitement, and significantly and positively impact employer brand attractiveness. The effect is mediated by employer brand affect and employer brand trust, where employer brand affects effect is mediated by employer brand reputation. Based on the findings, the author would like to propose a few strategies to GO-JEK to maximized its employer brand effort. GO-JEK should able to create positive messages which highlights honesty as well as job certainty. Potential employee are interested to work at GO-JEK due to the fact that GO-JEK brands are able to convey youthfulness, honesty, as well as a brand that is successful which in turn elicit a positive response from university students. Thus, the university students feel that GO-JEK is a trustworthy employer and that job certainty at GO-JEK. It can conclude that those are the reasons potential employee are interested to work at GO-JEK."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transformational leadership, organizational climate, dan organizational culture terhadap innovation performance, serta menguji peran organizational climate, dan organizational culture sebagai mediator dalam dinamika pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovation performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada organisasi layanan publik. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 241 responden yang bekerja di DJPK (95 responden) dan SETJEN (146 responden). DJPK dan SETJEN merupakan unit eselon I pada Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM).
Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan kembali bahwa transformational leadership, organizational climate, dan organizational culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap innovation performance dan terdapat peran mediasi parsial organization culture dan organization climate pada dinamika pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovation performance pada DJPK dan SETJEN.

ABSTRACT
This study analyze the impact of transformational leadership, organizational climate, and organizational culture on innovation performance And tested the role of organizational climate, and organizational culture as a mediator in the dynamics of the influence of transformational leadership on innovation performance.
This research was conducted at public service organizations. Primary data were obtained through a questionnaire with a total of 241 respondents who worked at the DJPK (95 respondents) and SETJEN (146 respondents). DJPK and SETJEN are echelon I units in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and tested using the structural equation model (SEM).
The results of this study reaffirm that transformational leadership, organizational climate, and organizational culture had a significant influence on innovation performance and there is a partial role of organizational culture and organizational climate mediation on the dynamics of the influence of transformational leadership on innovation performance on DJPK and SETJEN.

"Pesatnya pertumbuhan perusahaan rintisan berbasis digital di Indonesia tidak lepas dari peran sumber daya manusianya. Mengingat kondisi perusahaan yang masih tergolong baru dan masih berjuang untuk tetap eksis, perusahaan perlu untuk mengoptimalkan peran SDM nya seefektif mungkin. Sehingga penting halnya bagi perusahaan rintisan berbasis digital untuk menjaga karyawannya tetap engage pada pekerjaannya, serta meminimalisir intensi karyawan untuk keluar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh career adaptability dan leader member exchange (LMX) terhadap work engagement dan turnover intention, serta melihat peran mediasi Job insecurity pada pengaruh antar variabel tersebut. Sebanyak 312 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif di perusahaan rintisan berbasis digital di Indonesia berhasil dikumpulkan datanya dan di olah dengan structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa work engagement dipengaruhi secara positif oleh career adaptability dan LMX, serta dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh job insecurity. Turnover intention dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh LMX dan secara positif oleh job insecurity. Job insecurity dipengaruhi oleh career adaptability dan LMX. Serta terbuktinnya peran mediasi job insecurity pada pengaruh career adaptability dan LMX terhadap work engagement dan turnover intention.

The rapid growth of digital startups in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of human resources. Given the condition of the company which is still relatively new and still struggling to exist, the company needs to optimize its HR role as effectively as possible. So it is important for digital startup companies to keep their employees engaged in their work, and to minimize employee intention to leave. This study aims to analyze the effect of career adaptability and leader member exchange (LMX) on work engagement and turnover intention, and to see the mediating role of Job insecurity on the influence between these variables. 312 respondents who are active employees of digital startups in Indonesia have successfully collected their data and processed them with structural equation modeling (SEM). The results revealed that work engagement is positively influenced by career adaptability and LMX, as well as negatively influenced by job insecurity. Turnover intention is affected negatively by LMX and positively by job insecurity. Job insecurity is influenced by career adaptability and LMX. And the mediation role of job insecurity on the influence of career adaptability and LMX on work engagement and turnover intention is proven in this study."

"Perilaku keinginan berwirausaha di kalangan para mantan pekerja migran sangat diharapkan di tengah masyarakat dalam menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dengan pikiran kreatif dalam melihat peluang usaha yang semakin kompetitif, meningkatkan pendapatan negara, dan menurunkan tingkat penganguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Proactive Personality dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention yang dimediasi Attitude Toward Entrepreneurial. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 140 mantan pekerja migran NTT dan NTB dengan menggunakan metode survei yang disebarkan secara daring. Studi ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proactive Personality dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention, yang dimediasi melalui Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengambil kebijakan di bidang sumber daya manusia untuk menciptakan entrepreneur yang handal dalam menciptakan peluang usaha dan kemajuan perekonomian negara.

Societies highly expect entrepreneurship among ex-migrant workers to compete and create new job opportunities in such increasingly competitive markets to improve economic activities and reduce unemployment rates. This study examines the impacts of Proactive Personality and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intention and its indirect influences through the mediation of Attitude Toward Entrepreneurial. Data was collected online by administering surveys to 140 former migrant workers from NTT and NTB provinces. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis to prove seven proposed hypotheses. This study demonstrates that Proactive Personality and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy positively influenced Entrepreneurial Intention mediated by Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship. Finally, the results of this study would benefit policymakers in the human resources sector to help produce creative and competitive entrepreneurs in creating new job opportunities and be a part of the economic development of the country, Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi person-organization fit terhadap organizational attractiveness baik secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh employer branding dan use of social media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 311 Mahasiswa Strata 1 dan Strata 2 di Indonesia dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi person-organization fit memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap organizational attractiveness, namun persepsi person-organization fit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employer branding dan use of social media. Kemudian employer branding dan use of social media ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational attractiveness. Sehingga employer branding dan use of social media memediasi pengaruh persepsi person-organization fit terhadap organizational attractiveness secara penuh. Selain itu, employer branding juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap use of social media.

he study aim to discover the effects of perceived person-organization fit on organizational attractiveness both directly and mediated by employer branding dan use of social media. This study uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional design and purposive sampling method to collect primary data. Sample was obtained from 311 Undergraduate and Graduate Students in Indonesia while data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Result indicates that perceived person-organization fit has a negative effect on organizational attractiveness, but perceived person organization fit has a positive effect on employer branding and use of social media. Afterward employer branding and use of social media was found to have a positive effect on organizational attractiveness. Which means employer branding and use of social media fully mediate the effect of perceived person-organization fit on organizational attractiveness. In addition, employer branding was also found to have a negative effect on use of social media.
