"Praktik Kerja di PT Aventis Pharma bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja ini juga memberikan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi dan bagaimana menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, salah satunya adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran kinerja dan efektivitas mesin yang terdiri atas tiga faktor utama yang saling berhubungan, yaitu kinerja, ketersediaan, dan kualitas. Jika nilai OEE meningkat maka produktivitas akan meningkat, begitu pula sebaliknya. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE pada mesin blistering, tableting, dan filling suppositoria sesuai standar target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dan identifikasi OEE losses. Metode yang digunakan adalah menganalisis data OEE pada mesin blistering (Marchesini MB421, UPS300, dan UhlmanB1240), tableting (Fette dan Korsch), filling suppositoria (Dott Bonapache) tahun 2022 serta melakukan pengamatan langsung dan wawancara pada operator yang bertugas. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah peningkatan nilai OEE dengan mengganti actual speed mesin sehingga rerata OEE vs target pada mesin blistering dan filling suppositoria sebesar 89,67% sedangkan pada mesin tableting sebesar 82,40%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah penggunaan actual speed dapat meningkatkan nilai OEE vs target tahun 2022 di PT Aventis Pharma mencapai 89,67%. Berdasarkan diagram pareto dan selisih kerugian terhadap OEE losses adalah change over sebesar 12,75%.

Internship program at PT Aventis Pharma aims to understand the role and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship program also provides a real picture of pharmaceutical working problems in the pharmaceutical industry and how to solve these problems, one of which is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE is a method of measuring the performance and effectiveness of machinery, which consists of three main interrelated factors, namely performance, availability and quality. As OEE increases, productivity increases and vice versa. The purpose of this report is to increase the OEE of the blister, tablet and suppository filling machines according to the target standards set by the company and to identify OEE losses. The method used is to analyse the OEE data of the blistering machines (Marchesini MB421, UPS300 and UhlmanB1240), tabletting machines (Fette and Korsch), suppository filling machines (Dott Bonapache) in 2022 and to carry out direct observations and interviews with the operator on duty. The results obtained are an increase in the OEE value by replacing the actual speed of the machine, so that the average OEE vs. target on the blister machine and filling suppositories is 89.67%, while on the tableting machine it is 82.40%. The conclusion obtained is that the use of actual speed can increase the value of OEE vs. target in 2022 at PT Aventis Pharma to reach 89.67%. Based on the Pareto chart and the difference between losses and OEE losses, the change is 12.75%."
