"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap pria serta intensi pembelian untuk produk body lotion khusus pria. Lebih jelasnya penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel personal self image ageing effect physical attractiveness health concern variabel sosial budaya beliefs lifestyle reference group dan variabel pemasaran advertising shopping situation brand consciousness terhadap sikap dan intensi pembelian produk body lotion khusus pria. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan structural equation modeling SEM yang dilakukan terhadap 320 responden menemukan bahwa lima dari sepuluh variabel pengaruh signifikan dalam sikap pria terhadap body lotion variabel tersebut adalah self image ageing effect physical attractiveness shopping situation dan brand consciousness. Sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap konsumsi. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sikap pria secara signifikan mempengaruhi intensi pembelian produk body lotion khusus pria. Berbagai interpretasi dari penemuan akan didiskusikan pada bagian akhir penelitian.

This research aims to investigate the attitude of males toward the consumption and purchase intention of men's body lotion. More specifically the research intends to clarify the impact of personal variables i.e self image ageing effects physical attractiveness health concern socio cultural variables i.e beliefs lifestyle reference group and marketing variables i e advertising shopping situation brand consciousness on the toward the purchase and consumption of men's body lotion From the data collection and processing with structural equation modeling SEM committed against 320 respondent found that five of the ten variables which were self image physical attractiveness ageing effect shopping situation and brand consciousness had significant influences to attitude toward consumption and purchase intention of men's body lotion However in this study it was found that others variables didn't significantly affect the attitude toward consumption. The possible interpretations of these findings are discussed in the latter part of thesis."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan pada respon konsumen terhadap suatu iklan yang terdapat di suatu website dan mengambil studi kasus iklan Pizza Hut di website detik.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksploratif dan deskriptif yang dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode (cross sectional design).Peneliti menggunakan sampel 198 orang yang pernah melihat iklan Pizza Hut pada bulan November 2012 dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji reliabilitas, validitas, dan analisis regresi. IBM SPSS Statistics 15.0 digunakan sebagai alat bantu penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara cognitive response terhadap website attitude, cognitive response terhadap brand attitude, cognitive response terhadap purchase intention, website attitude terhadap brand attitude, dan brand attitude terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara affective response terhadap website attitude, affective response terhadap brand attitude dan affective response terhadap purchase intention meskipun terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan.

This study aims to know positively variable influence significantly on consumer response against an advertising websites and take a case study advertising Pzza Hut at detik.com website. This research uses exploratory and descriptive design research conducted one time in one period (cross sectional design). Researcher uses sample of 198 people who have seen the advertising Pizza Hut at detik.com website in November 2012 using nonprobability sampling method. Data analysis methods used are frequency distribution, reliability test, validity test, and regression analysis. IBM SPSS Statistics 15.0 used as a research tools.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive influence between cognitive response to the website attitude, cognitive response to the brand attitude, cognitive response to purchase intention, website attitude to the brand attitude, and brand attitude to the purchase intention. Whereas, there was no positive influence of affective response to the website attitude, affective response to the brand attitude, and affective response to the purchase intention although there is a significant influence.

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini menganalisa tingkat penerimaan konsumen terhadap penggunaan electronic money sebagai kategori produk baru untuk alternatif alat transaksi uang tunai di Indonesia. Penelitian ini diadaptasi dari Technologi Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dan eksploratif. Dalam pengujian hipotesis digunakan regresi linear untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan konsumen terhadap e-Toll Card dipengaruhi oleh attitude towards use, intention to use, perceived compatibility, perceived security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, subjective norm, dan individual mobility.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes consumer acceptance of electronic money which is consider as new product categories and alternative of payment tools in Indonesia. This study is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. This study is descriptive quantitative and exploratory quantitative research. Linear regression is used to test the hypothesis and evaluate the effect of hypothesis research. The result found that the consumer acceptance to e-Toll Card infulenced by the attitude towards use, intention to use, perceived compatibility, perceived security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, subjective norm, dan individual mobility."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh faktor atribut determinan service quality terhadap perceived value konsumen Starbucks yang ada di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dari setiap kelompok menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang konsisten antara Service Quality dan Perceived Value. Terdapat pengaruh antara Service Quality dan Perceived Value dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Coffee Quality, Service, dan Extra Benefits memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis dan fungsional. Dimana Extra Benefits hanya memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis. Selanjutnya, Food Quality dan Variety of Food tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis maupun fungsional.

The focus of this study is researching the influence of determinant attributes factor - service quality - on perceived value of Starbucks' customers in Jakarta. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The study revealed that there is a consistent relationship between Service Quality and Perceived Value, Service Quality has a significant impact on Perceived Value (sample size: 145 respondents). The study also revealed that coffee quality, service and extra benefits has a significant influence on symbolized and functional value; where extra benefits only has a significant value on symbolized value. in the other side, food quality and variety of food don't have a significant influence on nor symbolized neither functional value of Starbucks's customers in Jakarta."

"Kinerja reksa dana merupakan faktor penting dalam penentuan keputusan investasi. Banyak cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja reksa dana. Salah satu metode yang baik dalam menjelaskan kinerja reksa dana adalah metode Jensen Alpha berbasis 4 faktor Capital Asset Pricing Model yang dikembangkan oleh Carhart. Dimana kinerja dilihat dari nilai konstanta intercept (α). Selain nilai intersept, digunakan juga 4 faktor lain untuk menjelaskan kinerja reksa dana saham di Indonesia, yaitu : kelebihan tingkat pengembalian pasar saham (Rm - Rf), kapitalisasi saham (SMB), rasio nilai buku terhadap nilai pasar saham (HML), dan faktor momentum pasar saham (WML). Dari penelitian ini didapat hasil bahwa selama periode pengujian reksa dana saham di di Indonesia tidak menghasilkan excess return, dengan kecenderungan gaya investasi yang mengikuti portofolio pasar, dan memilih saham - saham yang secara sejarah memiliki tingkat pengembalian yang tinggi.

Mutual fund performance is one of important factor in determining investment decision. There are many ways to measure mutual fund performance. One of the method that good to explain the mutual fund performance is Jensen Alpha Method based on 4 factor Capital Asset Pricing Model developed by Carhart. Where the performance determined by value of intercept (α). In addition to the value of intercept, there 4 another factor to explain indonesian mutual fund performance, namely : excess return in stock market (Rm - Rf), stock capitalization (SMB), book value to market value ratio (HML), and stock market momentum (WML). Finding from this research that during the testing periode, mutual fund in Indonesia doesn`t produce excess return, with investment style tendency to follow market portfolio, dan pick stocks that historically have high rate of return."

"Mobile Banking merupakan produk perbankan yang menawarkan kemudahan bertransaksi perbankan dimanapun tanpa harus repot pergi dan mengantri pada kantor cabang atau atm,ini yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah terhadap produk tersebut . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived Credibility, Compatibility, Perceived Cost, Risk dan Trust terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh perceived usefulness dan Compatibility terhadap behavioral intention mengadopsi layanan mobile banking. Dan tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung perceived ease of use, Trust dan Credibility terhadap behavioral intention untuk mengadopsi layanan mobile banking.

Mobile banking is a banking product that offer a way for banking customer to do transactions without actually coming to the bank, therefore customer is attracted to use the service as the easiest way to do transactions.The purpose of this research is investigate the effect of Perceived ease of use, Perceived Credibility, Compatibility, Perceived Cost , Risk dan Trust. To behavioral intention to use mobile banking service in customer. This is a quantitative research using structural equation modeling method. The result shown that there's an relationship between perceive usefulness and compatibility to behavioral intention using mobile banking service. On the other hand, there's no relationship shown between perceive of use, trust, and credibility to behavioral intention using mobile banking service."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk (product quality), design, nama merek (brand name), lingkungan toko (store environment), kualitas pelayanan (service quality), promosi (promotion) dan harga (price) pada loyalitas merek. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey kepada 100 responden yang sedang menggunakan produk kosmetik perawatan kulit. Pengolahan data ini menggunakan SPSS dengan uji regresi linier berganda (Multiple Linear Regression). Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapat hasil bahwa variabel kualitas produk, desain, nama merek, promosi dan harga mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan toko dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Melalui pengujian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman secara empiris berkaitan dengan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas merek.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of product quality, design, brand name, store environment, service quality, promotion, and price upon the brand loyalty. This research was conducted through a survey of 100 respondents who currently using skin care cosmetic products. Data was analyzed by using SPSS multiple linear regression. From the research, that product quality, design, brand name, promotion and price variables were affecting significantly on brand loyalty. Meanwhile store environment and service quality were not affecting significantly on brand loyalty. Through this research, it is expected that the research can provide an understanding of empirically associated with efforts to increase brand loyalty."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan pelanggan hotel Sofyan saat proses service encounter terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta citra merek yang terbentuk di benak pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan terdiri dari dimensi wujud nyata, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan kepastian, dan empati. Untuk menjaga relevansi penelitian terhadap kasus yang diamati, peneliti menambahkan dimensi Islamic value factors pada variabel laten kualitas pelayanan. Sejumlah 200 responden tamu pada unit Hotel Sofyan Betawi dan Sofyan Inn Tebet yang minimal pernah menginap 1 malam. Pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan program LISREL 8.5.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan sangat lemah terhadap citra merek, namun berpengaruh kuat secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Maka dari itu, penting untuk membangun citra merek sebagai unique value proposition di tengah persaingan industri perhotelan yang didominasi hotel konvensional.

This research investigates the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand image of Hotel Sofyan as a Sharia Compliant Hotel. Service quality consists of dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. In order to keep the relevancy of the research, researcher adding up Islamic Value Factors as a dimension of service quality. The 200 respondents are guests at Hotel Sofyan Betawi and Sofyan Inn Tebet. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.5 has been used to process the data.
The results show that hotel service quality affect directly to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Direct effect of service quality to brand image is relatively weak, however the indirect effect indicating a strong effect mediated by customer satisfaction. Therefore, building brand image of Sharia Compliant Hotel as an unique value proposition have greater importance to deal with the hotel and accomodation industry competition that dominated by conventional hotel-base."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh publisitas negatif celebrity endorser pada sikap konsumen terhadap merek, endorser yang bersangkutan, dan endorser lainnya dalam kasus Ariel dan merek XL. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksploratori dan deskriptif. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik Structural Equation Model untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel yang diobservasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi moral celebrity endorser mempengaruhi sikap konsumen, baik terhadap sikap konsumen terhadap selebriti yang bersangkutan dan juga terhadap merek yang di¬-endorse. Akan tetapi, reputasi moral selebriti yang bersangkutan tidak mempengaruhi sikap konsumen terhadap celebrity endorser lainnya yang sama sekali tidak terlibat dalam publisitas negatif tersebut. Implikasi bagi manajerial terkait celebrity endorsement juga akan dibahas.

The focus of this research is about the the effect of negative publication of celebrity endorser on consumer attitude toward aformentioned endorser, brand and others endorser study case endorser ariel and brand XL. This research is a quantitative research with explanatory and descriptive research design format. Using methods of statistical analysis of structural equation modeling to investigate the effect of negative publication of celebrity endorser on consumer attitude toward brand, aformentioned endorser, and others endorser.
The results indicate that moral reputation of celebrity endorser has a effect to consumer attitude toward target celebrity and endorsed brand, but moral reputation or celebrity has no effect to attitude toward other celebrity endorser who didn?t involved in negative publication. Implications for managerial and related to celebrity endorser will also be discussed.

"Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh kebiasaan membaca koran ikatan sosial dan hambatan pergantian terhadap loyalitas dan WoM Word of Mouth pada media cetak khusunya koran di era kemajuan teknologi informasi Dengan menggunakan metode SEM structural Equation Modeling sebanyak 191 sampel didapatkan menggunakan metode snowball sampling dan convenience sampling penelitian ini menemukan kebiasaan dan hambatan pergantian berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas dan WoM Word of Mouth akan tetapi ikatan sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas dan WoM Word of Mouth.

A study about the effect of reading habits social ties and switching barriers towards loyalty intention and WoM Word of Mouth printed media especially newspaper in condition of the transformation in journalism because the rises information technology Using SEM to process data this research has 191 respondents gathered by convenience sampling and snowball sampling The research found that habits and switching barrier does affect loyalty intention and WoM Word of Mouth Otherwise a Social tie does not affect loyalty intention and WoM Word of mouth.
