"[Jurnal ini membahas tentang fenomena remaja yang disebut yankee sebagai salah satu bentuk premanisme di Jepang. Pembahasan ini menggunakan konsep budaya populer, penjelasan definisi dari kata premanisme serta konsep budaya anak muda (youth culture). Hal yang dianalisis akan difokuskan pada labeling premanisme yang diberikan masyarakat Jepang untuk remaja yankee serta bentuk-bentuk premanisme yang menjadi kebiasaan dari mereka. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif melalui pendekatan definisi serta studi kepustakaan. Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi serta pemahaman tentang satu budaya remaja di Jepang yang dinilai sebagai sebuah bentuk premanisme.;This journal discusses adolescent phenomenon called yankee as a form of thuggery in Japan.
