"Pneumothorax iatrogenic merupakan suatu kondisi dimana terdapat udara pada rongga pleura yang disebabkan oleh tertusuknya paru saat prosedur medis dilakukan. Pneumothorax menyebabkan masalah ketidakefetifan pola napas. Salah satu penatalaksanaan untuk pasien dengan pneumothorax adalah pemasangan WSD. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi pemberian posisi dan monitoring WSD pada pasien dengan pneumothorax yang dilakukan selama lima hari. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan berkurangnya keluhan sesak dan menurunnya frekuensi pernapasan pasien dari dari 36 x/menit hingga 24 x/menit, serta nyeri dapat terpantau. Positioning dan monitoring WSD dapat direkomendasikan sebagai tindakan untuk pasien pneumothorax dengan WSD.

Iatrogenic pneumothorax is a condition where there is air in the pleural cavity caused by puncturing the lungs when a medical procedure is being carried out. Pneumothorax causes ineffective breathing patterns problems. One of treatment for pneumothorax is the using of WSD. This paper aimed to analyze positioning and WSD monitoring interventions in pneumothorax patients that was done for five days. Based on the evaluation results showed that shortness of breath decreased subjectively, respiratory rate decreased from 36 bpm till 24 bpm, and pain level monitored. Positioning and WSD monitoring intervention can be recommended as a nursing intervention to pneumothorax patients.  "

"Di era digital, internet sudah menjadi komoditas hidup bagi manusia, hingga PBB memutuskan bahwa konektivitas internet merupakan bagian dari hak asasi manusia, namun hingga saat ini, sekitar setengah dari penduduk dunia masih belum terhubung dengan koneksi internet, dan mereka yang belum terhubung ternyata tinggal di daerah rural, dimana penyelenggaraan internet konvensional membutuhkan biaya yang sangat tinggi. Teknologi TV Whitespace merupakan salah satu teknologi alternatif untuk menyediakan internet di daerah rural, dimana internet ditransmisikan pada spektrum frekuensi yang tidak dipakai. Skripsi ini membahas tentang teknologi TV Whitespace, standar yang digunakan yaitu standar IEEE 802.22 dan kebijakan dari FCC beserta analisisnya berdasarkan simulasi yang dilakukan di Indonesia. Analisis teknologi TV Whitespace pada skripsi ini dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu dari ketersediaan kanal maksimum dan analisis interferensi WSD terhadap DTT. Simulasi dilakukan di Pulau Bali yang sebagian dari kabupatennya masih merupakan daerah rural. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan kanal maksimum terbesar di Bali berada pada bagian barat dan WSD yang didesain di suatu area sampel di Bali tidak menginterferensi cakupan dari DTT yang sudah ada.

In the digital era, internet has become humanity rsquo s necessity, to the point where UN stated that internet connectivity is the right of human being. Unfortunately, half of the world population have not been connected to the internet yet, and studies found that those who haven rsquo t live in rural area, where traditional internet service will be very costly. TV Whitespace technology is one of the alternative to provide internet in rural areas, where internet is transmitted with unused frequency spectrum. This thesis explains about TV Whitespace rsquo s technology itself, existing standards, that is IEEE 802.22 standard and FCC rsquo s policy along with its analysis based on the simulation conducted in Indonesia. The TV Whitespace technology analysis in this thesis is divided into two the maximum channel availability and WSD interference toward DTT analysis. The simulation is conducted in Bali Island where some of its regencies are still categorized as rural areas. Simulation results show that the maximum channel availability in Bali is located at its western side and the WSDs designed in a certain sample area in Bali don rsquo t interfere with the already existing DTT rsquo s coverage.

"Televisi (TV) whitespace menjadi salah satu solusi layanan internet di daerah rural yang beroperasi tanpa lisensi dengan mengutilisasi alokasi frekuensi TV yang tidak digunakan. Dengan beroperasinya divais whitespace, dapat menimbulkan interferensi bagi Digital Video Broadcasting Second Generation Terrestrial (DVB-T2). Untuk menghindari terjadinya interferensi diantara divais whitespace (WSD) dan DVB-T2, dibutuhkan nilai rasio proteksi sebagai selisih maksimum kekuatan pancaran sinyal kedua divais.
Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool (SEAMCAT), dengan pendekatan Monte Carlo. Hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa semakin besar nilai rasio carrier to noise (C/N) yang dihasilkan setiap variasi coderate dan tipe modulasi DVB-T2, menghasilkan nilai rasio proteksi yang semakin tinggi, dengan catatan jarak diantara kedua divais ≥ 1 km. Selain nilai C/N, lebar pita frekuensi kerja WSD juga berpengaruh dalam perbedaan nilai rasio proteksi.

Whitespace television (TV) is one of the internet service solutions in rural areas that operate without a license by utilizing TV frequency allocation that is not used. With the operation of the whitespace device, it can cause interference for Digital Video Broadcasting Second Generation Terrestrial (DVB-T2). To avoid interference between whitespace device (WSD) and DVB-T2, a protection ratio value is needed as the maximum difference in signal strength of the two devices.
Simulation is done using Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool (SEAMCAT) software, with the monte carlo approach. The simulation results show that the greater the C/N value produced by each coderate variation and modulation type of DVB-T2, the higher the value of the protection ratio, with the distance between the two devices ≥ 1 km. In addition to the carrier to noise ratio C/N value, the bandwidth of WSD also influences the difference in the value of the protection ratio.

"Praktik Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah peminatan respirasi memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai kompetensi Ners Spesialis Respirasi. Pencapaian kompetensi dilakukan melalui 3 bentuk kegiatan, antara lain: pengelolaan 30 pasien gangguan sistem respirasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori model Adaptasi Roy, pengelolaan kasus kompleks dengan pendekatan teori model Adaptasi Roy, penerapan Tehnik Pernapasan Buteyko pada pasien asma sebagai suatu praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti (Evidence Based Practice Nursing), dan pelaksanaan inovasi keperawatan: pembuatan WSD Pionir dengan sistem 1 botol sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan keamanan pasien (patient safety). Praktik dilaksanakan selama 9 bulan di RSUP Persahabatan sebagai rumah sakit pusat rujukan nasional penyakit paru. Ners spesialis respirasi mencapai kompetensi sebagai expert practice, educator, innovator/agent of change, researcher, dan consultant selama praktik di rumah sakit. Hasil dari pencapaian kompetensi didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa teori model Adaptasi Roy dapat diterapkan dengan efektif pada kasus-kasus gangguan respirasi terutama kasus TB Paru, Kanker Paru, dan pasien Pneumonia. Penerapan teori Adaptasi Roy pada pasien dengan ventilator sulit diterapkan terutama pada mode pangkajian konsep diri, fungsi peran, dan interdependensi. Pelaksanaan EBNP tehnik pernapasan Buteyko selama 1 bulan memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien asma, nilai Arus Puncak Respirasi (APE), dan nilai control pause (CP). Pembuktian keefektifan botol WSD Pionir terhadap kualitas dan kemananan pasien akan diuji secara ilmiah melalui proses penelitian.

The residency practicum of medical surgical nursing with a specialization in respiratory aimed to facilitate residents in achieving the competences as Respiratory Nurse Specialists. After the completion of the residency practicum, students would be able to achieve the competences as clinical experts, educators, innovators/ change agents, researchers, and consultants in respiratory care. Three major activities during the practicum were: 1) the application of Roy adaptation model- based nursing care and complex case management to 30 patients with respiratory disorders, 2) the application of Buteyko breathing method to asthmatic patients as an evidence- based nursing practice, and 3) the implementation of innovative project: the creation of water- seal drainage- pioneer with one- bottle system as an effort to improve patient safety and quality care. The practicum was completed in 9 months at Persahabatan Hospital as a top referral hospital for respiratory care. Results of the practicum activities revealed that Roy adaptation model was effective to improve patient safety as well as quality care to patients with respiratory disorders, particularly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer, and pneumonia. In addition, the results showed that the application of Buteyko breathing method for a month significantly enhanced the quality life of asthmatic patients, increased the respiratory peak flow and control pause values. Further studies, nonetheless, are required to examine the effectiveness of WSD pioneer to the improvement of patient safety and quality care."

Praktik residensi keperawatan medikal bedah peminatan sistem respirasi memiliki tujuan untuk menjalankan tiga peran ners spesialis. Peran sebagai manajer kasus, pemberi layanan dan inovator. Sebagai manajer kasus, residen mengelola kasus utama pasien tuberculosis dan diabetes mellitus, dan 30 kasus resume dengan menggunakan Teori Self-Care Orem. Masalah keperawatan utama yang paling sering muncul adalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Sebagai pemberi layanan, residen telah menerapkan intervensi keperawatan berdasarkan pembuktian yaitu oral hygiene dengan chlorhexidine 0,12% yang dapat mencegah terjadinya Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP). Inovasi keperawatan yang dilakukan yaitu modifikasi Water Seal Drainage (WSD) 1 botol yang telah mendapatkan respon yang baik dari para ahli dibidangnya untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien dan keselamatan pekerja atau petugas kesehatan dalam proses asuhan keperawatan.ABSTRACT The purpose of medical-surgical nurse resident in respiratory system clinical practice is to perform three roles of a nurse specialist as a case manager, healthcare provider and innovator.
