Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perempuan WNI yang mengawini laki-laki WNA dalam prakteknya mengalami banyak hambatan dalam mengakses haknya sebagai warga negara, seperti hak sipil, hak politik, hak ekonomi, dan hak sosial.
