"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh persepsi dan harapan terhadap derajat kualitas layanan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL. penelitian menunjukkan jika skor persepsi (p) sama dengan atau lebih besar dari pada skor harapan (h) maka dapat dikatakan persepsi kualitas cenderung memuaskan atau bahkan cenderung ideal, tetapi jika skor (p) lebih kecil dari pada skor (h) maka persepsi kualitas dirasakan kurang memuaskan. Pengelompokan kedalam 5 (lima) dimensi SERVQUAL sangat penting bagi penyedia jasa layanan web online Bidikmisi agar bisa mengetahui, mengukur dan membuat perbaikan yang diperlukan sehingga dapat menemukan di dimensi mana kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan terjadi.
