"Bisnis berbentuk e-commerce di Indonesia tumbuh dengan pesat, salah satu e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia adalah Lazada, yang memiliki marketshare dan tingkat awareness tersbesar diantara e-commerce lainnya. Namun, persaingan Lazada ke depan akan semakin ketat, dan mempertahankan konsumen menjadi permasalahan utama bagi Lazada. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-shopping value dan transaction cost (information searching cost, moral hazard cost, spesific asset investment) sebagai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi repurchase intention belanja online. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Lazada.co.id dalam kurun waktu enam bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-shopping value memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Sementara itu, moral hazard cost memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, sedangkan information searching cost dan spesific asset investment tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signfikan terhadap repurchase intention. Disamping itu, information searching cost memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signfikan terhadap e-shopping value, sedangkan moral hazard cost dan spesific asset investement tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhdap e-shopping value.

E-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly, one of the largest e-commerce in Indonesia is Lazada, which has the largest marketshare and the highest level of awareness of e-commerce among others. However, Lazada competition in the future will be more competitve, and retain customers become a major problem for Lazada and other e-commerce. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of e-shopping value and transaction costs (information searching costs, moral hazard cost, the specific asset investment) as factors that affect the repurchase intention of online shopping. The sample was consumers who ever shopped at Lazada.co.id within the last six months. The data is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling.
These results indicate that e-shopping value has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the cost of moral hazard have a significant negative effect on repurchase intention, while searching information and the specific asset investment cost doesn?t have a signiffficant effect on repurchase intention. In addition, information searching cost has significantly negative effect on the value of e-shopping, while moral hazard and the specific cost of assets Investments does not have a significant effect terhdap e-shopping value."

"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan satuan perdagangan (lot size) dan fraksi harga (tick size) memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap likuiditas Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diukur dengan volume perdagangan, value of transaction, dan frekuensi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan melakukan transaksi selama periode yang ditentukan oleh peneliti yaitu dimulai dari tanggal 11 November 2013 sampai dengan 3 Maret 2014 dengan membagi waktu penelitian menjadi 4 periode yaitu t-10 t+10, t-20 t+20, t-30 t+30 dan t-40 t+40. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dan dengan teknik analisis paired t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada keempat periode uji, volume perdagangan, value of
transaction dan frekuensi meningkat secara signifikan setelah terjadinya perubahan satuan perdagangan (lot size) dan fraksi harga (tick size). Sehingga jika likuiditas bursa diukur dengan volume perdagangan, value of transaction dan frekuensi maka perubahan satuan perdagangan (lot size) dan fraksi harga (tick size) dapat meningkatkan likuiditas Bursa Efek Indonesia.

This study aims to determine whether changes in trading unit (lot size) and tick size provide a positive effect on liquidity in Indonesian Stock Exchange, as measured by the increased volume of trade, the value of transaction, and the frequency at the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample used in this study are all companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and make transactions during the period specified by the researchers that begins on November 11, 2013 until March 3, 2014 and devide the study into four time periods: t-10 t+10, t-20 t+20. t-30 t+30 and t-40 t+40. This research method using an explanative and used analytical techniques paired t-test. Result from this study indicate that in fourth test period, the volume of trade, value of transaction and the frequency increased significantly after the change of trading unit (lot size) and a fraction of the price (tick size). As the result we can conclude that if the liquidity of the stock measured by trading volume, value of transaction and the frequency of the stock exchange, than a change in trading unit (lot size) and tick size can improve the liquidity of the stock., This study aims to determine whether changes in trading unit (lot size)

Meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi membuat masyarakat beralih untuk memesan tiket pesawat secara daring. Selain itu, kepemilikan smartphone membuat aplikasi menjadi media yang paling sering digunakan untuk melakukan pemesanan. Meskipun demikian, loyalitas pengguna masih menjadi permasalahan penyedia layanan pemesanan tiket pesawat. Hal ini dikarenakan pengguna masih sering berpindah-pindah layanan secara tidak menentu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perceived value dan hubungannya dengan loyalitas dan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi pemesanan tiket pesawat di Indonesia berdasarkan alasan transaksi pengguna. Faktor-faktor tersebut dikelompokkan berdasarkan siklus transaksi, yaitu pre purchase, purchase, dan post purchase. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 1.160 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui aplikasi. Data diolah dengan metode Covariance Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) menggunakan AMOS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived value, kepuasan pengguna, dan loyalitas pengguna. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa pengguna hedonic lebih mengutamakan pengalaman sebelum, saat, dan sesudah melakukan transaksi dibandingkan pengguna utilitarian yang lebih mengutamakan transaksi yang cepat, aman, mudah, dan ringkas. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dengan topik serupa dan penyedia layanan pemesanan tiket pesawat dalam mengelola loyalitas pengguna.

 


The use of technology make people switch to order flight tickets by online. In addition, the increasing of smartphone usage makes the application the most often use medium for booking tickets. However, user loyalty is still a problem for flight booking service providers. This is because users still move from one-to-another service provider. Therefore, this study aim to determine the factors that influence perceived value, user loyalty and satisfaction of flight ticket booking applications in Indonesia based on user’s reason to make a transactions. These factors are grouped based on transaction cycle: pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase. This study uses a quantitative approach by surveying 1.160 respondents who had purchase flight tickets through applications. Data is processed by Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) using  AMOS 24.0. The results show that there is a relation between perceived value, user satisfaction, and user loyalty. In addition, this study is also found that hedonic users are more prioritize experiences before, during, and after making transactions, utilitarian users who prefer transaction that fast, safe, easy, and concise. The results of this study can be use for further research with similar topics and flight ticket booking service providers to manage user loyalty.
