"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran respon Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) pada pelaku perselingkuhan yang mencakup kebutuhan-kahutuhan utama, pandangan atau konflik-konflik yang dirasakan, kecemasan dan defense, terutama yang berkaitan dengan relasi interpersonal dengan lawan jenis, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rnenggunakan TAT sebagai alat utama dan wawancara, serta observasi. Metode anatisis hasil TAT yang digunakan adalah metode Bellak (1993). Hasil penelitian terhadap 3 orang subyek (28-42 tahun) memperlihatkan bahwa tema yang banyak muncul dalam respon adalah mengenai kekecewaan, kesedihan, serta ketidakpuasan yang dirasakan terutama kepada pasangan. Mereka memiliki pandangan yang negatif terhadap pasangan, dimana pasangan dilihat sebagai orang yang tidak dapat rnemenuhi dan memahami kebutuhan dirinya. Lingkungan dianggap sebagai tempat yang menekan, mengabaikan dirinya serta mengecewakan. Konflik yang banyak muncul adalah antara harapan dan kenyataan dimana pelaku ingin rnemenuhi kebutuhan mereka tetapi terbentur oleh situasi yang tidak memungkinkan mereka memenuhi kebutuhannya tersebut. Kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang banyak muncul adalah kebutuhan akan cinta dan kasih sayang perhatian, dan komunikasi. Ketidakmampuan untuk mengatasi konflik membuat mereka merasa tidak berdaya. Mekanisme pertahanan diri yang rnenonjol adalah rasionalisasi dan represi yang menandakan kurangnya kemampuan mereka untuk memecahkan permasalahan.

The aim of this study is to have a profile of persons who's engaged in extramarital relationships through Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) analysis. It consist their main needs) conception about the world, conflicts, anxiety dan defences especially in their relation with their spouse. This study use qualitatitative method with TAT as a main tools. The analysis of TAT use Short Fonn method from Bellak. Responses from three participants (28-42) who's engaged in extrrunarital relationship shows that dominant theme of their stories are about their dissapointment and dissatisfaction with their spouse and their life. They have a negative conceptions about the world, where spouse is seen as a person who can not fulfill and understand their needs. The world is seen as a place that ignoring, pressing, and disappointing. The main conflict is conflict between expectancy and reality, where a person who's engaged in extramarital relationships can not fulfill their needs because of the situation. They all have main needs, such as need for love, attention) and communication. Their inability to cope with the conflict create a situation that lead them to state of anxiety. They show helplessness and despair. The main defences are rationalization and repression, that show their inability to cope with the problems."

"Pembangunan sosial hendaknya mampu menyentuh seluruh wilayah secara merata, dimana kesejahteraan dirasakan oleh semua kelompok masyarakat. Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang masih memiliki banyak permasalahan sosial seperti pengangguran, kemiskinan, kesehatan atau penataan wilayah adalah kampung. Berbagai program telah dilakukan pemerintah sebagai upaya meningkatkan pembangunan sosial agar kampung tidak lagi terdistorsi dalam pembangunan. Salah satu upaya perbaikan kampung di Indonesia adalah program kampung tematik. Beberapa daerah di Indonesia menggunakan kampung tematik sebagai sarana mempromosikan potensi lokal, solusi pembangunan wilayah atau penciptaan ide-ide baru untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penerapan kampung tematik berhasil berjalan di beberapa daerah seperti Kota Semarang, Kota Malang, Kabupaten Bandung, Kota Bogor dan Kota Banjarbaru. Kajian ini mencoba menganalisis salah satu kampung tematik yang mampu bertahan dan mendapat perhatian sampai ke mancanegara yaitu Kampung Purun yang ada di Kota Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pembangunan sosial apa yang diterapkan pada program kampung tematik ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan manfaat kesejahteraan sosial dari program kampung tematik di Kampung Purun. Kemudian, riset ini menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dan pendukung pengembangan Kampung Purun. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur, dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program kampung tematik ini menggunakan tiga strategi pembangunan sosial yaitu melalui pemerintah, komunitas dan individu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan hal baru, mengingat penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya tidak membahas secara mendalam tentang strategi pembangunan sosial pada kampung tematik, indikator kesejahteraan sosial yang tercapai pada kampung tematik, dan faktor kendala dan pendukung perkembangan Kampung Purun

Social development should reach all regions, where welfare is felt by all groups of society. In Indonesia, areas with a large number of social-welfare problems such as unemployment, poverty, poor standards of public health and hygiene, a degraded urban environment, and the prevalence of slum housing, are kampongs. Kampong is an urban settlement with a unique characteristic, where the identity of urban inhabitants are transfered to rural residents. Programs are run by Indonesian government to improve social development and to prevent kampongs from distortion. One amongs many attempts to enhance village development is the growth of so-called thematic village programs. Several regions in Indonesia are developing thematic villages as a mean to promote local potential, as a regional development solution or as new insights to achieve community welfare. The implementation of thematic villages has been successful in several areas such as Semarang, Malang, Bandung, Bogor and Banjarbaru. This study analyzes one developed and internationally recognised thematic village in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, called Kampung Purun. The study analizes which social development strategies are applied in this particular thematic kampong program. Moreover, this research describes social welfare which are found at Kampung Purun. . Later, this research analizes supporting and constrain factors of Kampung Purun development. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include literature study, documentation, in-depth interviews and observations. The results show that this thematic kampong applies three social development strategies, namely social development through government, social development through community, and social development through individuals. The research is expected to produce constructive feedback considering that previous studies on thematic villages are not profoundly discuss social development strategies in thematic village, fulfilled social welfare indicators at thematic village, and contrain and supporting factors in Kampung Purun development"

"Setiap penyair memiliki ciri kepengarangan dalam setiap karyanya. Bentuk kekhasan tersebut terlihat dari puisi yang sudah dihasilkan. Pada kesempatan kali ini penulis memilih untuk mengkaji ciri kepengarangan Rita Oetoro melalui karyanya yang terangkum di dalam buku kumpulan puisi Dari Sebuah Album. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah mengenai kecenderungan tema yang menonjol yang terdapat dalam buku kumpulan puisi tersebut. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan struktural dan metode deskriptif analisis. Pendekatan tersebut tidak terlepas dari unsur intrinsik puisi, yakni stilistik. Setelah melakukan analisis diperoleh ciri kepengarangan Rita Oetoro dilihat dari unsur stilistik dan tematiknya.

Each poet has a characteristic of authorship in his/her work. The characteristic can be found in any of the poem that they have made. At this time, writer makes a decision to analize the characteristic of Rita Oetoro through her poetry that listed on a book of poetry entitled Dari Sebuah Album. The problem raised was the tendency of the prominent themes contained in that book. The writer uses a structural approach and methods of descriptive analysis. That approaches cannot be separated from the intrinsic element of poetry, which is stylistic. After doing the analysis, the characteristic of authorship can be found through stylistic and thematic elements."

"Peraturan Menteri Luar Negeri Nomor 02 Tahun 2016 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Luar Negeri menyebutkan bahwa Pusat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Kementerian dan Perwakilan Pustekinfokom melaksanakan tugas penyusunan kebijakan teknis, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, evaluasi dan pelaporan dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan sistem keamanan informasi dan persandian, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, dan sistem komunikasi berita pada Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan Republik Indonesia. Sistem komunikasi berita yang dikelola Pustekinfokom KP tidak mencakup prosedur pengamanan pada konsep berita dan penyimpanan berita yang sudah terdistribusi ke pejabat pengguna. Hal ini menimbulkan ancaman terhadap keamanan informasi berita seperti yang sudah terjadi dengan beredarnya draft berita rahasia di salah satu majalah nasional Indonesia. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu ketentuan baku seperti pembuatan Prosedur Operasional Standar POS pengelolaan berita. POS pengelolaan berita tersebut disusun menggunakan Soft System Methodology SSM yang telah dimodifikasi. Kebutuhan prosedur yang harus dirancang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara yang hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 8 delapan rancangan prosedur pengelolaan berita yang terdiri dari pembuatan konsep berita, kirim berita biasa, kirim berita rahasia, terima berita biasa, terima berita rahasia, monitoring berita, pengarsipan berita, dan komunikasi darurat.

The regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs number 02 year 2016 about The Organization and Working Procedures of the Foreign Ministry, said that the Center of Information and Communication Technology for Ministry and Indonesia Representative ICT Center has the functions as a technical policy formulation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in the development and management of information security system and encryption, the information and communication technologies, and news communication systems on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. News communication systems of ICT Center not included procedural safeguards for the concept of news and the news that already distributed to official users. This conditions poses a threat to information security as there are already happened with the release of a draft of secret news in one of Indonesia 39;s national magazine. Related to it, ICT Center required a Standard Operating Procedures SOP for news management. SOP for news management was compiled using Soft Systems Methodology SSM that have been modified. The needs of the procedure must be designed from the results of the interview results that were analyzed using the thematic analysis. This research resulted in 8 eight draft procedures for news management that consists of the creation of the concept of news, submit regular news, submit secret news, received regular news, received secret news, news monitoring, archiving, and news emergency communications."
