"Penelitian ini berjudul " implementasi Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu Pertamina terhadap Citra Masyarakat industri -- studi korelasional antara technical service dengan citra masyarakat industri pada produk Pertamina. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kredibilitas komunikator, materi informasi, teknik komunikasi dalam penyuluhan teknik dengan aspek kognisi,aspek persepsi, aspek motivasi dan aspek sikap masyarakat industri selaku peserta penyuluhan teknik.
Metode yang digunakan adalah studi korelasi dengan teknik analisa deskriptif dan inferensial melalui uji statistik Rank Spearman. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket,wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari duabelas sub hipotesis yang diajukan, sepuiuh ditolak dan dua diterima. Pengujian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan technical service dengan citra masyarakat industri pada produk Pertamina.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, pertama, tidak ada hubungan antara kredibilitas komunikator dengan aspek kognisi, aspek persepsi, aspek motivasi dan aspek sikap peserta. Kedua, tidak ada keterkaitan antara materi informasi technical service dengan aspek kognisi. aspek motivasi dan aspek sikap peserta tapi ada keterkaitan dengan aspek persepsi masyarakat industri pada produk Pertamina dan ketiga tidak ada hubungan antara teknik komunikasi technical service dengan aspek.

The title of this thesis is " Implementasi Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu Pertamina terhadap Citra Masyarakat industri - studi korelasional antara technical service dengan citra masyarakat industri pada produk Pertamina. This research has objective to know causal relations among communicator's credibility, content of informations and communication technic in technical service with aspect cognition, perception, conation and motivation of participants in technical service.
The method that used by the writer is study corelation with descriptive analysis and explanative analysis. Survey is the way on this method. Data is taken by questionairs to know about the attitude and cunsumer behaviour of this event.Data is processed by software,named SPSS 11.5 and analyses by distribution frequency for descriptive analysis and for the explanative analyses using rank spearman corellation coefissient and multiple regretion.
Result of this research shows from twelve sub hipotesis , ten is denied, two is accepted. Overall research shows if there is no corellation between technical service with product image among industrial society.
The conclusion are no corellation betweem comunicator credibility with aspect cognition,perception, motivation and behaviour.Second, no corellation between content of information with aspect cognition,motivation and behaviour just perception. Third, no corellation between technic communication with aspect cognition,motivation and behaviour just perception.
