"Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterised by elevated levels of blood glucose known as
hyperglycaemia. Diabetes is due to impaired insulin action in the metabolism of glucose and can result in impaired
wound healing. Excessive production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, an increased number of macrophages and
neutrophils, and decreased levels of transforming growth factor ? beta 1 (TGF-β1) serum can be characteristic of
impaired wound healing. This study aims to determine the effects of squid extract on certain wound parameters such as
levels of tumour necrosis factor ? alpha (TNF-α), and TGF-β1 serum and the number of macrophages and neutrophils.
Methods: This was a post-test only, randomized controlled group study that was conducted on male Wistar rats.
Experimental animals were divided into 6 groups; (1) normal wound with standard diet, (2) diabetic wound with
standard diet, (3) diabetic wound with chitosan supplement, (4) diabetic wound given squid extract orally once a day,
(5) diabetic wound given squid extract orally twice a day, and (6) diabetic wound given squid extract orally once every
two days. Levels of TNF-α and TGF-β1 serum were observed using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay.
Haematocylin and eosin staining was used to observed macrophage and neutrophil counts. All data was analysed
statistically by one-way analysis of variance. Results: TNF-α serum levels showed a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in
subjects that received squid extract orally once every two days. The mean levels of TGF-β1 showed no significant
differences. The mean number of macrophage cells showed a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in all treatment groups.
The mean number of neutrophil cells also showed significant decrease (p < 0.05) in all treatment groups. Conclusions:
Squid extract is effective in lowering the TNF-α serum levels and the number of macrophages and neutrophils cells in
Wistar rats. However, there were insignificant findings on increasing levels of TGF-β1 serum. This data suggests that
squid extract is most effective during the inflammatory phase of wound healing which takes places about 2-4 days after
wound creation."

"Squid Game (2021) merupakan drama karya Hwang Dong Hyuk, menggambarkan orang-orang yang berjuang untuk memenangkan permainan-permainan dan rela mati demi mendapatkan hadiah uang yang besar jika menang. Drama ini juga memperlihatkan realita masyarakat Korea kontemporer dan secara implisit menunjukkan adanya sistem meritokrasi. Sistem ini menghadirkan kesempatan yang sama terhadap masing-masing individu dalam masyarakat untuk menggapai suatu posisi berdasarkan bakat atau prestasi. Pendekatan deskriptif dan kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam menganalisis meritokrasi dalam drama Squid Game. Melalui teori semiotik Roland Barthes, penulis menemukan bahwa meritokrasi dalam drama Squid Game terjadi pada latar belakang, kostum, peran, dan permainan. Denotasi yang ditunjukkan pada para tokoh pada adegan drama Squid Game, memperlihatkan adanya gerak tubuh, katakata, dan tindakan kepercayaan pada meritokrasi. Sedangkan secara konotasi, terdapat sistem yang tergambarkan dalam drama Squid Game yang menunjukkan meritokrasi. Terakhir, di bagian mitos, terdapat wacana yang merupakan narasi tentang neoliberalisme dan dampak kapitalisme global.

Squid Game (2021) is a drama by Hwang Dong Hyuk, depicting people who struggle to win games and are willing to die in order to get a big prize money if they win. This drama also shows the reality of contemporary Korean society and implicitly shows the existence of a meritocracy system, a social system that gives someone the opportunity to lead not because of wealth or social class but based on talent or achievement. This system provides equal opportunity to all individuals in society to occupy a position. A qualitative descriptive approach is a research method used in analyzing meritocracy in this drama Squid Game. Through Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, the writer finds that meritocracy in Squid Game takes place in the background, costumes, roles, and games. The denotation shown to the characters in the Squid Game drama scene shows the gestures, words, and actions of belief in meritocracy. Meanwhile, connotatively, there is a system depicted in the drama Squid Game which shows meritocracy. Finally, in the myth section, there is discourse which is a narrative about neoliberalism and the impact of global capitalism."

"Analisa panas jenis pada temperature rendah untuk La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) dilakukan dengan menggunakan PPMS (Physical Properties Measurement System) SQUID Quantum Design di Tanaka Lab, Department of Physics, Tokyo Institute of Technology Jepang. Sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ), merupakan campuran dari bahan dasar La2O3, CaCO3, MnO2 dan CuO dalam bentuk serbuk dibuat sesuai dengan perhitungan reaksi kimia. Cara membuat sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) dengan penggerusan secara ball mill. Setelah di ball mill diuji dengan XRD (X-Ray Difraktometer) untuk mengetahui struktur kristalnya. Hasil dari pengujian XRD masing-masing sampel memiliki struktur kristal orthorombik dan space gro up Pnma. Panas jenis pada sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) menunjukkan suatu anomali pada temperatur 144 K ketika medan magnetik 0 dan 9 T. Untuk menganalisis panas jenis digunakan suhu kisaran 3 K - 31 K. Suhu Debye dari sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn0,95Cu0,05O3 sebesar 364,8890 K sedangan sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0.15 dan 0,20 ) sebesar 459,7314 K. Energi fermi dari sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) masing-masing sebesar 3,5256 x 1024 /eV.mol, 1,1267 x 1025 /eV.mol, dan 1,7117 x 1025 /eV.mol tanpa medan magnetik sedangkan yang dipengaruhi medan magnetik 9 T sebesar 1,1216 x 1025/eV.mol dan 1,5457 x 1025 /eV.mol. Dengan nilai x semakin besar maka energi ferminya juga semakin besar. Dari hasil pencocokan persamaan panas jenis diperoleh bahwa kontribusi lattice sangat mempengaruhi. Di bawah 51 K, diperoleh data panas jenis untuk sampel La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) dapat diterapkan hukum exponential decay. Hasil dari exponential diperoleh energi gap sebesar 5,178 meV.

Specific heat analysis at low temperature for La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) has been done by using PPMS ( Physical Properties Measurement System) SQUID QUANTUM DESIGN in Tanaka Lab, Department of Physics, Tokyo Institute of Technology Jepang. Sample La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ), be mixture from base material La2O3, CaCO3, MnO2 and CuO in the form of powder is made as according to calculation of chemical reaction. The sample La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) is mode by Ball Mill. After that, the sample is tested with XRD ( X-Ray Diffractometer) to know the crystal structure. Result from assaying of XRD show that each sample has crystal structure of orthorhombic and space group of Pnma. Sample La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) shows an anomaly at 144 K when magnetic field 0 and 9 T are induced. We analyze specific heat at temperature range of 3 K - 31 K. Debye temperature of sample La0,5Ca0,5Mn0,95Cu0,05O3 is 364,8890 K of sample La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 015 and 0,20 ) is 459,7314 K. Fermi dissociation energy of diatomic of sample La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) are 3,5256 x 1024 /eV.mol, 1,1267 x 1025 /eV.mol, and 1,7117 x 1025 /eV.mol without magnetic field while influenced by magnetic field 9 T are 1,1216 x 1025 /eVmol and 1,5457 x 1025 /eV.mol. With greater x value hence the Fermi dissociation energy of diatomic is also greater. From specific heat theoretical analysis it is obtained that contribution lattice is hardly dominated. Below 51 K, specific heat of La0,5Ca0,5Mn1-xCuxO3 ( x = 0,05; 0,15; 0,2 ) show an exponential decay. Resulting from dissociation energy of diatomic 5,178 meV."

Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dewasa ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat.
Kontrol keamanan komunikasi jaringan tidak bisa ditawar lagi untuk memastikan
sirkulasi data dan informasi berjalan dengan baik dan benar, begitupun standar yang
disyaratkan ISO 27001 : 2015 (Standar Internasional Sistem Manajemen Keamanan
Informasi) pada bagian Annex A ISO 27001 : 2015 mewajibkan adanya kontrol
kemanan jaringan yang memadai untuk menunjang kelancaran proses bisnis.
Permasalahannya adalah keamanan jaringan informasi tidaklah cukup hanya sekedar
menggunakan password dan username saja, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem
keamanan yang lebih canggih lagi. Pada penelitian ini penulis mencoba untuk
menghadirkan sebuah alternatif sistem gratis yang handal untuk memenuhi Annex A
ISO 27001 : 2015, yaitu Squid Proxy System. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisa yang
dilakukan oleh penulis, bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Squid Proxy ini
cukup mumpuni dan layak untuk diterapkan di dunia industri sebagai salah satu
alternatif kontrol untuk keamanan komunikasi jaringan dengan beberapa persyaratan
yaitu antivirus yang handal, membuat jadwal dan SOP (Standard Operation
Procedure) mengenai pemeliharaan jaringan (termasuk semua aplikasi yang ada,
contohnya: email, software-software, dll) dan melakukan pengawasan terhadap
pelaksanaan jadwal dan SOP yang telah ditetapkan, memilih provider jaringan yang
terbaik dan memastikan tenaga ahli IT tersedia, baik yang direkrut secara langsung di
dalam organisasi dan atau menggunakan jasa konsultan IT

ABSTRACT
Advances in communications technology today are growing rapidly. Security
controls for network communication are not negotiable to ensure an adequate flow of
data and information to run properly, as well as the standard requirements of ISO
27001: 2015 (International Standard Information Security Management System) in
the Annex A of ISO 27001: 2015 require an adequate control network security to
support the business process. The problem is the security of information networks is
not enough to simply use the password and username only, therefore the system
needs more advanced security control. In this study, the authors tried to present a free
reliable alternative system to meet Annex A of ISO 27001: 2015, the Squid Proxy
System. From the research and analysis conducted by the authors, it can be
concluded that the Squid Proxy system is quite qualified and eligible to apply in the
industrial world as an alternative control for the security for network
communications with some conditions which should be applied, such as: providing a
reliable antivirus, providing network maintenance SOP (Standard Operation
Procedure) and schedule (including maintenance for all application to be used, for
example: email, software, etc.) also conducting monitoring for the implementation of
SOP and maintenance schedule, selecting the best network provider, ensuring that
reliable IT experts are available, either recruited directly in the organization and or
use IT consultants."

Cumi-cumi merupakan salah satu sumberdaya ikan yang bernilai ekonomis.
Kapal penangkap cumi (kapal lampu) dengan alat tangkap jaring yang digunakan oleh
beberapa nelayan skala kecil di kabupaten Cirebon membutuhkan stabilitas kapal yang
baik. Selain stabilitas yang baik, kapal tersebut juga membutuhkan nilai hambatan yang
rendah agar dapat menghemat konsumsi BBM yang harganya terus naik. Untuk
mendapatkan kedua hal diatas, muncul ide untuk menggunakan portable cadik yang
mampu memberikan stabilitas yang baik dan hambatan yang yang kecil karena dapat
dipasang atau dilepaskan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa
terdapat selisih nilai koefisien total hambatan sebesar 0.02 dan 0.01 untuk metode
eksperimental dan numerik. Nilai koefisien hambatan total terbesar tercapai ketika harga
Fn ≈ 0.5 pada kondisi cadik terpasang.

Abstract
The squid is one of the economically valuable fish resources. Squid fishing
vessels (light ships) with net fishing gear used by some small-scale fishermen in the
district Cirebon requires good stability of the vessel. In addition to good stability, the
vessel also requires a low resistance value in order to save on fuel consumption which
price continues to rise. To get both of the above, the idea to use a portable outrigger is
able to provide good stability and barriers that are small as it can be installed or removed
as needed. From this study shows that there is a difference in the coefficient of total
resistance of 0.02 and 0.01 for the experimental and numerical methods. Highest total
resistance coefficient value is reached when the value Fn ≈ 0.5 on an outrigger attached
conditions.;"

"Untuk menjaga keseimbangan sumberdaya cumi-cumi perlu dievaluasi tingkat pemanfaatan dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan sumberdaya aspek biologi maupun aspek ekonomi agar dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar kebijakan dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya cumi-cumi secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat optimal pemanfaatan sumberdaya cumi-cumi atas dasar pertimbangan bio-ekonomi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman Jakarta PPSJ dan Pelabuhan Muara Angke.
Fokus utama penelitian adalah para nelayan kapal jaring cumi dan pancing cumi yang menangkap cumi-cumi di WPP 718 serta mendaratkan hasil tangkapannya di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan berdasarkan studi kasus. Pengelolaan pemanfaatan sumberdaya cumi-cumi berdasarkan kondisi MEY memberikan solusi yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya dilihat dari segi lingkungan atau sumberdaya dan ekonomi masyarakat. Tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya perikanan cumi-cumi di WPP 718 sejak tahun 2006 sampai 2015 belum melampaui JTB, berarti bahwa pemanfaatan sumberdaya cumi-cumi belum mengalami overfishing dan masih dapat dikembangkan.

In order, to maintain the balance of squid resources it is necessary to evaluate the level of utilization with the ability to be used as a basic for security in sustainable resource management of squid. The purpose of this study has to determine the optimal level of resource utilization of squid on the basic of bio economic considerations. The research was conducted at Nizam Zachman Ocean Fishing Port of Jakarta PPSJ and Muara Angke Port.
The main focus of the research the fishermen aboard the squid nets and squid fishing line that catch the squid in FMA 718 and landed the catch in DKI Jakarta Province. Method used is the quantitative research method and case study. The management of squid resource use based on the condition of MEY has seen to provide better solution in resource management in terms of environment or community resource and economy. The utilization rate of squid fishery resources in FMA 718 since 2006 until 2015 has not been over than Total Actualy Catch TAC , meaning the utilization of squid resources has not been overfished and can still be developed.
