Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh CSR terhadap kepuasan kerja yang Berdampak pada Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan dalam Industri Perbankan.

Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan perbankan yang bekerja di Jabodetabek ataupun luar Jabodetabek. Data dihimpun pada bulan Mei-Juni 2012, dengan total responden sebanyak 284 orang.

Analisis pengaruh CSR dilihat dari empat dimensi, yaitu ekonomi, hukum, etika, dan pilantropi. Kemudian akan mempengaruhi kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sehingga berdampak pada komitmen organisasi dan intensi turnover pada karyawan.
