This study is motivated by a recent experimental study of the substrate material SrTiO3 STO showed the presence of excitonic signals originating from the optical conductivity has unique characteristics. Some exciton signals were found to have energy above the bandgap edge where as we have known that exciton formed from the excited electron bound to its hole that it has energy below the bandgap edge. We expect that excitons have been formed in the ground ... "
