Various new forms of work emerge and fill every space in the Post-Fordism era, especially immaterial jobs which no longer produce products in the form of goods, but services, knowledge, and feelings. Meanwhile, even though these jobs are products of modern labour, exploitation of workers continues to occur and leaves workers in a precarious situation. But instead of bemoaning their fate, they try to form a subjectivity that can support their daily lives and at the same time strengthen their sosial existence. Taking the case of barista in small shops in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang, this paper attempts to explore how baristas try to build and accommodate their subjectivity in their work to survive the vulnerable conditions they are currently facing. By using data collection techniques in the form of participation observation and in-depth interviews, and analyzing them descriptively, I try to show how these barista workers try to build their subjectivity in the work practices they carry out—which is pursued as a profit- making strategy."

Fueled by the relentless disruption of emerging digital technologies, businesses are pressured to adapt through digital transformation. However, research on digital transformation in the context of developing economies like Indonesia remains scarce, creating a gap in the knowledge.  This study aims to bridge this gap by leveraging dynamic capabilities theory. It delves into how digital transformation in Indonesia's service sector unfolds to influence organizational performance, specifically exploring the potential roles of digital innovation and customer experience in this process. Analyzing survey data from a substantial sample of 122 service sectors and utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for analysis, the study yields crucial findings. Empirical data collected from IT directors, managers, transformation officers, and employees with over a decade of work experience through a questionnaire reveals a clear link between digital transformation and improved organizational performance. Interestingly, the study also identifies digital innovation as a mediating factor, strengthening the positive effect of digital transformation on organizational performance. Furthermore, the research reaffirms the independent contribution of digital innovation to improved organizational performance.

This thesis analyzes the effect of improvements of trade facilitation on Indonesia export to the country's trading partners. The index of trade facilitation such as port efficiency, customs environment, service sector infrastructure, and regulatory environment are the indicators that affect the export of Indonesia. Panel data method with the gravity model is used to estimate 20 trading partners research during period 2002-2007. Empirical results show that port efficiency. custom environment, and regulatory environment in Indonesia and the country trading partners have significant and positive effect on Indonesia export. In addition service sector infrastructure in Indonesia is also positively and significant effect on the export of Indonesia.

Services sector is growing relatively faster than other sectors in Indonesia. The growth of the service sector according to the hypothesis Baumol (1967, 1985, 1989) negatively affect aggregate growth rate. This study intends to assess the effect of the growth of the services sector to aggregate productivity growth rate in Indonesia. Empirical methods used are decomposition and estimation of the Solow growth model extended. The results showed that growth in the services sector had a positive impact on productivity growth rate.
