"Isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan kredit bermasalah dan juga pencabutan izin usaha suatu Bank BPR merupakan salah satu fenomena lazim yang ditemukan dalam dunia perbankan dan keuangan. Pada tahun 2005 sampai dengan April 2021, terdapat 110 Bank BPR yang perizinannya telah dicabut dan di likuidasi. Rumusan masalah dari skripsi adalah Bagaimana peraturan perundang-undangan terhadap penyelesaian kredit bermasalah pada BPR yang perizinannya telah dicabut oleh OJK dan juga bagaimana Penyelesaian Hukum terhadap nasabah yang gagal dalam penyelesaian kredit nya pada BPR setelah perizinannya dicabut oleh OJK. Skripsi ini akan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif untuk menganalisis kajian menyeluruh terhadap peraturan perbankan dan perkreditan yang berlaku untuk meninjau kasus kredit bermasalah pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang Perizinannya telah dicabut oleh OJK. Selain itu, skripsi ini akan menggunakan kasus PT BPR X sebagai studi kasus analisis dalam mengetahui penerapan ketentuan penyelesaian kredit bermasalah di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang perizinannya telah dicabut oleh OJK. Hasil dari Skripsi ini adalah Pemerintah telah membuat berbagai peraturan untuk mengatasi kredit bermasalah pada Bank yang perizinannya telah dicabut oleh OJK dan juga Penyelesaian mengenai kredit bermasalah pada BPR yang Perizinannya telah dicabut oleh OJK akan diurus oleh Tim likuidasi yang dibentuk oleh LPS.

Issues related to non-performing loans and also the revocation of the business license of a Rural Bank are one of the common phenomena found in the world of banking and finance. From 2005 to April 2021, there were 110 rural banks whose licenses were revoked and liquidated. The formulation of the problem from the thesis is How is the Law and Regulation for the settlement of Non Performing Loan at the BPR whose license have been revoked by The OJK in Indonesia and also How is the legal settlement for debtors who failed in the credit agreement of the Rural Bank after their license was revoked by the OJK. This thesis will use a normative juridical approach to analyze a thorough review of the applicable banking and credit regulations to review cases of non-performing loans at Rural Banks whose licenses have been revoked by the OJK. In addition, this thesis will use the case of PT BPR X as an analytical case study to determine the application of the provisions for the settlement of non-performing loans at Rural Banks whose licenses have been revoked by the OJK. The result of this thesis is that the Government has made various regulations to overcome non-performing loans in banks whose licenses have been revoked by the OJK and also the settlement of non-performing loans in rural banks whose licenses have been revoked by the OJK will be managed by the liquidation team formed by the LPS."
